Store very clutteted with product boxes. Better if they keep boxes in one location instead of in the aisle making it difficult to navigate especially for.cane usersShelves appeared to be fully stocked.Only 2 people working which may account for clutter. Prices were slightly higher but in line for location and building rent. Now, if they could work on the clutter - it would makeshopping more enjoyable.

I was looking for a particular nail polish, and I found it there. I didnt really check out the rest of the store. Ill revisit soon.

They have weave in boxes just on the floor all over i cant even walk down the isle without moving stuff. they stare at me when i walk in. they rush me to shop and they stand by the front door and nosey i dont like this place at all.

I’ve been going to Sunny beauty supply since I move in the area and that was about 6 years ago. I move and I still go there because they carry big borates most supply store carry small one for babies and it’s annoying to have to drive around looking so I go there and I am never disappointed. They’re very friendly and helpful and it always a good sale on jam and gels there. Gotta love it

This store is awesome!!I found it thanks to a store I had frequented for years suddenly always being out of an item I purchase regularly. I googled for beauty supply stores&this one had very good reviews so I decided to give it a try.The young man I spoke with on the telephone before my initial visit was extremely cordial&very helpful. Things improved from there. The staff in store are friendly,knowledgeable,&most important to me so very very friendly!This is now the ONLY beauty supply store I patronize. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!My thanks to the staff for having competitive prices,items always in stock,&(most importantly to me)friendly demeanors. I went in to get crotchet hair on a Sunday and was delighted to find the 3D inca braid which cost $4.99 each. The staffs were helpful and I spent less than 10 minutes here. I recommend Sunny beauty supply.

AVOID! AVOID AVOID!!! Must read: Please give your money to quality businesses. We drove an hour so my sister can look for a wig for her play and walked in right at 8. (They close 8:30 on Fridays) Walked around found one we liked and asked if she could try it on.The Man and woman ended up saying that they were closing... But it just hit 8.. by the time she was bsing explaining how they’re closing my sister could have tried the wig on. A few minutes later I said “You close at 8:30.. It’s 8:13pm right now” she said yes we are closing.. Blah blah. Don’t know why we took time to talk and discuss what the hell these employees are on, she could have tried and bought that wig.So why couldn’t she take 30 seconds to place the wig on my sister? Instead of taking the time to pressure us out of there? By the time we got out of there after speaking to her we could have tried on multiple wigs! We drove an hour to give them business.We left about 8:15 or so.. Doors were OPEN sign said they closed 8:30! One minute of customer service is too much? I’m a business owner myself and this is unacceptable “service”.Disgusting customer service. Nobody should be turned away like that. They were open. If you’re closed LOCK THE DOOR, change the sign, and change the online hours too. Don’t say “we’re closed” just cause it is a hassle to assist with a wig.With that service the store will LOSE customers and will be closed in no time.They pressured us out, but the store didn’t know that we had an entire crew of 50+ that needed wigs and beauty products too. You just lost thousands of dollars. Enjoy your day.

My sister and I went into the store to look at different products and were accused of stealing mixed chicks while purchasing gel. The Asian man that was there- which I assume is the owner, was extremely rude and falsely accused us. I would NOT suggest/ recommend ever going to this store. This store does not deserve a dime of African American money. If I could rate this store no stars, I would in a heartbeat.

The staff is absolutely terrible. They act like you are bothering them & they didnt understand anything that I was saying- I paid good money for the items I purchased and I will never give them my money again because that kind of service ruined it for me - also I referred so many people there over time and I have made sure to let them know ( as they agreed anyways) to not go back and spend their hard earned money on people that are ignorant and miserable.

I have been coming to this store off and on for 8 years. I have never had a problem, until I had to do a exchange. A refund for them is out of the question. Lets do the math, I purchased a curling iron for 7.99, it didnt work well, I purchased another curling iron for 16.99 and exchanged it immediately, for another curling iron totaling 24.99. Well, I was charged 24.99, whereas I should have been paying the difference, 24.99 - 7.99 = 17.99. They refused to give me my credit and attempted to talk to me as though I was mentally challenged. I gave them all of the receipts I had and a copy of my account & which it clearly showed all debits and no credits from their store. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I do not do business with dishonest people.

I LOVE Sunny Beauty. Ive been going there for several years. Its just recently that I discovered that Jesse is a licensed cosmetologyst. I had her intall individual eyelashes a few weeks ago for a special event. They were amazing. I had a nail salon do them before and the glue clumped and my eyelid was glued open. Jesses install was not only beautiful, they were comfortable to wear and lasted about 10 days. Today, I decided to let her shape my eyebrows. They have never looked so good!!!! She also informed me today, that she can do microblading. Im so excited to try that soon! The positive energy at Sunny Beautiful make me feel welcome. Definitely a 5 star!

Most of the staff is fine, but some are extremely rude. When I went there to look for a wig, I was accosted about being on my phone (not at the counter, in the aisles). It seems they are scared of price comparisons. Look elsewhere for your beauty needs folks. This place is awful!!

Me and my Friend was racially profiled and disrespected on different occasions. We support other businesses yet every black person is accused of stealing, and they are very disrespectful and rude. Making a scene due to a misunderstanding. Fyi the police was called nothing was found. A bad experience will never be forgotten!!!!

The employees here are amazing individuals. The prices are right on point. What won me over is this... One day I went into Sunny Beauty feeling not so great about life in general. An employee named Jesse introduced herself and helped me with my puchase. Then she did something else... She acknowledge the stress on my face and gave me some wise words of encouragement. Sunny Beauty Supply won me over as a life long customer that day. Sometimes its just the little thing that changes someones outlook on life. I definately recommend this clean, organized, friendly, affordable priced store.

They think all black people steal. I had a horrible experience in there last wknd. I bought some tights and as I was leaving the store the sensor went off. They asked me to come back inside so they could check my purse me and my cousin went ham on them we told them to call the police cause you aint going in my purse. They are a very disrespectable group of people and need to be boycotted. There music is tired they think their playing what we want to hear but they dont know what they think they know about our music. They dont ever have to worry about me ever spending my money in there. I also hope other people dont let them look inside their purses.

Service here is HORRIBLE! They dont speak english well, they are very rude, and their hair extensions are HORRIBLE quality unless you purchase their $300 Bohyme brand. They also lie and say weave is Remy when it isnt. Bad service, bad store, never shopping here again.
