Not a fan of the staff here. I understand there are certain policies but some people should really learn how to speak to others. I’d never be at work & treat a customer like sh*t because I made them feel some type of way. I’d only & always give the best customer service shoppers deserve….
My visiting family uses this chain store online for their childrens clothes. They dont have a local store to use. I look around as my family shopped. ZARA has a good selection for every member of a up and coming family. The store was inviting and well displayed. More help for check out would have been helpful.
Good store with really nice styles. My biggest problem is the line takes 20 min on Wednesday & even longer on weekends. I just needed to pick up a shirt I ordered and was here for 30 min. And of course since the dressing rooms are closed, more people are in line returning things. The upstairs line was empty but returns/pickups are only downstairs in the main line so we were all stuck waiting
The store manager Micheal pointed at us and gave us a rude warning because we came here to return clothes according to the official hour from the web. On Google Maps, it showed the store would close at 8 pm, but when we arrived before around 7:10, the staff and store manager told us they close at 7:00. I said they need to correct their store hour online so people will know if they could come in or not. People like us usually need to check on Google Maps before driving to the store, and no one likes to waste time. We saw the cashier was still open at that time, so we moved forward; we just want to do a quick return. And then the store manager Micheal came, pointed at us and shouted:” close is close, next time you can’t go in! “ and then he tries to walk away like a wind. I saw he walked so fast, so I want to let him know what happened; I want to let him know they need to change the close time on google. And then the store manager Micheal warned us been too loud and told the cashier to stop helping us! My kid was there also! She was terrified by Micheal’s behavior! Just think about, what if we were there was to check out instead of doing returns? Will they let me check out? My answer is yes! Because there was customers after us trying to pay! And it made me feel because we were there to do returns, so he looked terrible at us. The way he talked to us was rude and unacceptable. I thought good customer service is to ask about what happened first instead of a warning and accusing your customer. As an old customer of Zara, my feeling is hurting by poor Michael’s poor customer service. So sad, but it was true.
It was ok. The clothes were really expensive, and it looked like I could pick up some of the prices from target or Walmart for way cheaper. The staff were nice however
I tried to return some on my purchase. I paid with chip card before. They require the same card when returning and I have my card on my phone wallet but they didn’t accept that. The manager name is Yeng. He kept asking about same card. I have the same card same account but not have chip. Their system doesn’t work well on refund with different methods when using card (chip, slide, Apple Pay, or tap). The manager cannot solve the problems and rude. He ignored the problem and went away. He even didn’t say sorry for the inconvenience. I can’t believe how a big company has a manager like that. But the girl at register was really nice. I’ve never written a review but I have to do it now. I really cannot accept the way this manager act in anyway.
Overpriced and very limited selection. Not one employee greeted us or asked if we needed help finding something. Seems like just about everything was on sale and picked over. Racks were not organized and it was difficult to figure out what was where.

Love shopping here, the store is always very clean and the customer service is ok. Although based off reading other reviews I noticed they seem to have issues regarding returns- I wanted to return an item that I made in September online and because it was past the 30days they said I could not return it in store but that I would have to contact customer service and request a shipping label. I was not asking for a full refund just store credit- I had my receipt as well as the item never worn with all tags attached.

The sizes were all over the place, most very cheaply made and I didnt know tank tops could come in sizes for chihuahuas.
Worst customer service experience. One 1 in maybe 10 staff wanted to help. Stood in like to checkout/return for 30 minutes with only 5 customers in front of me. Either I’ll trained staff or horrible management.

Waited forever to check out. Only 2 checkers. It was around 7pm on Fri. Night. Some lady was trying to get a refund on sa top with no tag or receipt I think. There was about 5 people in front of us and after waiting for 25 mins. I turned around and there was nine people in line behind us. Too long to wait.
Seems dirty and very out of order. The employees were just standing around as there was clothes everywhere everything was mismatched and stuff scattered on the floor! As they seen me taking pictures they came over and told us that they were closing even though there were tons of other people they walk past on the way to us and they didnt say anything to them

Love this store! Staff is super friendly and selection is amazing. I am a busty gal and for sure curvy with a tiny waist and ample hips and the sizing is perfect for my shape. I have ordered items online and if I needed to return them the staff was great! I am so happy Zara is in Roseville. Thank you Zara.
This review is based off their costumer service: I purchased some clothes for my husband that ended up not fitting. The card that I bought them on was deactivated and the bank sent me a new one. I had the receipt and both my old card and new card with my same name on both cards and it is the same account just a new card number. The manager Georgie was very rude and short with me and refused to put the money back on my card. They gave me a gift card instead even though is was a pretty large amount and my husband couldn’t find anything to buy in there so a gift card did us no good.I had to make returns at multiple other places with the same card situation and had NO problem at all getting my money back.Georgie the manager, just said they don’t allow putting it back on a different card; however, if there is proof of purchase and the old card is presented with the same name on it as the new card there should be no problem! I’ve worked in multiple retail stores and this just didn’t make sense.

I made an order on 6/30, it said it will ship same day standard order. Later recieved email that expected delivery is on 7/11. That is almost half a month of waiting. I would prefer a warning so I can plan accordingly before I order. BTW it is second time I have that experience with ordering online with Zara. Unless you have time to wait, do not recommend.

I always like the products and the huge discounts they offer to their clients. The selections to choose from are wide and the designs, fabric, sizes are just right.
Its a very simple clothing store to work at and its fun because task oriented but most managers force micromanaging so they obtain tenure its not a company to move up at.

GARBAGE clothing---item ripped at the seam after 20 mins of wear, took the item back to store and was told they do not return or refund on manufactures defects, called customer service and was told the same thing. I called the New York corporate office and tried to get an e-mail, phone number or pt through to the CEO, COO, or any corporate level officer and was told their voicemail was not set up, they were not in and that they were not allowed to give out the e-mail address to contact such a person.
Weird place. Kinda seems like a place that John Wick would have to fight a bunch of goons. Bizarre meme shirts. Kinda fun.

They are still falling behind on trend. There are no sales or seasonal sales. Still selling out of fashion stuff at the regular price. The employee tend to follow you through out the store which makes the shopping experience a little saddening because ur being harrassed by the employees.
As a shopaholic and Zara devotee - I can easily say this location was one my worst shopping experiences. It was sooo disorganized and when requesting help from the staff, you get an eyeroll and a hard no.
Less than one star. The return policy is really horrible and they dont support their customers as all the good brands do. Very tough policy for the return or exchange. Just you have to keep what you get if the 30 day passed. They dont have a free dropp off at ups or many branches to make it easier.
Great staff and store. Just need to get more clothing for men. The clothing is always the same! Gold chains are painted on the shirts lol. It just looks bad to alot of people. I dont wanna wear shirts that make me look like a Cartel member

LOL - store closes at 9. Im there at 8:30 - find some items I want for try on. Its 8:49 and I want to quickly try them on. Lazy store attendant puts out a rack in front of the fitting room to close them. Seriously? Why is the store open then? Im expected to buy things without trying them on then be subject to their return policy if they dont fit? Or maybe they dont care I buy things and just want to close the store extra quickly? Either way - super lazy employee move and my time was totally wasted here. The fitting rooms shouldnt close until the store does - basic retail rules.
When I first discovered Zara I spent a ton of money there! Loved it so much I brought my sister there. She bought multiple clothing items. When she got home she noticed one of the shirts she bought had a hole in it. Realizing that it was a defect she took it back to the store and was told she could return it BY A MANAGER. Then came back when she had time to find something else (one day later) and was told by every manager she could not exchange it. She even spoke with the manager who remembered her and he said never mind, you cant return or exchange it. I called to get corporates number and was told they couldnt give the number out. I googled the corporate number and was promised a follow up after they apologized profusely. Did I ever hear back? NOPE! I called corporate again to follow up and STILL never heard back. Zara could have had thousands of dollars from me for years to come as I would have gotten all my work clothes there but nope. They lost me, all my friends, and all my family. Hope the $25 piece of crap shirt was worth it, Zara.

So most of the problems I have with Zara are with the policies that are set by their corporate. That being said the clothes are ok, very flashy but thats European style. Their customer service model is also European- as in limited. They dont do holds, you cant keep the hangers for suits/coats you buy, and I dont think they even have garment/suit bags. Help for general stuff e.g. finding an item is ok. They never have sales either.

Cashier is really bad, me and my daughter are waiting for pay, the cashier in the kids department was helping the other lady and her daughter ( she just one step fast than me to the cashier), after she finish to pay, the cashier just come to me and told me CAN YOU GO TO the MANs department,because their is NO CASHIER at KIDS here. I really for made with her, she just helped the other customers, and told me NO cashier. What the fxxx. Really a good services.
Cool clothes for kids
I like Zara as a brand, especially at a time of sales. But in Roseville CA Galleria Mall something going on and need to be checked! Customer Service is terrible, management is even worse. There are some sales clothes without the price tags, when you ask them the price they just grab pieces from your hands and tells you that these pieces are at an original price. When you tell them you still want to buy those, they wont sell you and the reason is that they cant find it in a system. When you call manager she says: you cant buy it, I am sorry, this item is not taged and not in a system. What is that?????? I do not know. Maybe in the end of a day they just get those sales (7.99$, 9.99$) items to them selfs? ??? I think Zara stores manager should check this location quietly. Bad for business.

Bad customer service! The tend to sell old clothes that are out of fashion! Their gray wool coat has been sitting on the racks for about three years now and they are charging $325 for it still. Some clothes sold here are either used or dirty! No Sense of fashion. They are defrauding customers by charging outrageous prices for clothes that are old and out of fashion for so many years. It seems like the things that cannot sell in other stores are being brought here and customers are overly charged for the things that have been out of fashion for so many years ago! The people that work here are very rude and mean!
