Got in line at 2:41.. just left at 3:15. We were served an incorrect order after waiting over 30 minutes. How hard is it NOT to put whip cream on a mocha? On top of that my drink had been so watered down from sitting on the counter while they struggled to keep up with getting cars out of the drive thru. This place has just been such a disappointment lately in executing the product in a time manner.

I got a strawberry Red Bull cream freeze. It sounded really really strange. It tasted like heaven. And it put a little pep in my step. Highly recommend it.

This biggby location is convenient because its nearby. But boy, do they disappoint most of the time. They do not participate in the weekly specials, they have made my drink wrong numerous times, and their toaster is always broken. Some of the employees at nice though. I just wont return.

I have never been a coffee shop guy. Just a cup of java and Im good. Then I stopped into this place. I get it now. Ariel and Hanna were so sweet and friendly. Then made me a beautiful perfect frozen coffee drink. The whole experience was amazing. I wish I could give 10 stars to get closer to the 12 that they are. I am now coffee shop guy. Nice job BIGGBY

Coffee is always amazing and flavorful, order is never wrong, you might have to wait in line a long time, so give yourself am extra 30 minutes in line... But its worth it, THANK YOU LADIES!!

One guy and two girls was working there and i went to pickup for door dash, i was waiting 10 minutes no body even didnt ask me if i need any help. After i asked them for my pickup they r actimg like ignoring me. They just keep busy talking each other. After 25 minutes than igot my order.

We got the iced pumpkin spice latte with whipped cream and Caramel apple cider!! Any drink you get from this location will be delicious and employees do a great job making it expect a long line though but worth it!

I have been going to this Biggby for years. I have never had a bad Butter Bear…Until today! This 7$+ drink is absolutely the worst I have ever had. I only hope the one I got for my daughter tastes better as she is working outside on this chilly morning, for the city of CenterLine. So disappointed. Down the drain it goes.🤮

Absolutely amazing! Great service. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I am a regular here and the staff knows me by name! Its so personal and they always get my order right! Theyre always willing to fix or tweak a drink if need be.

Coffee is good!! But if you are expecting a quick trip this Is definitely not the place to go too. They are extremely slow.

Pretty good ! Kind of slow in their service. Expect tips. & discounts from neighboring businesses but dont like to give the same back. Oh ! They r friendly to everyone.

The ladies here are always friendly, the service is great and the drinks are always delicious!

Be sure to allocate enough time to sit in the drive-thru for 15 to 20 minutes with only 5 cars ahead of you.

Absolutely great service! I was greeted upon entry and the employees were so kind and understanding. 10/10. The matcha green tea was pretty tasty as well, but could stand to be a bit sweeter I think. Still a great experience. Would recommend.

Went here a few weeks ago on a Sunday and the butter bear latte was delicious. Antoinette had such a bubbly and sweet personality which is rare and hard to find!Depending on who makes the drink it can be hit or miss. I went back there last week and my drink was not as good.

While, I dont have pictures Id like to say bigbys is great. They are cheaper and tastes better than Starbucks. Came for iced coffee to cool down on a hot day. Was worth it. I ordered a mocha iced which came with whipped cream and drizzle on top. The ladies there were very nice and timely. They had extra of my drink which was a med and they upgraded it to a large for the price of a medium. Made sure to tip and went on our way. This is customer service done right.

This morning these ladies made our day. We were the first order of the morning. 8 coffees and 6 bagels to get our cheerleaders ready for stunt clinic. Not one mistake was made and done with smiles and laughs. Thanks so much for starting our day the right way!!!

I went through the drive thru today with my sister in law whos worked for Biggby previously. She ordered me a birthday cake STEAMER (and clearly said steamer), but when I got it there was coffee in it. So I ended up going inside to let them know, not even being rude! The manager, I guess Paige, had a very rude response to me saying it was made wrong. Said to me I should have said steamer (when we did!) And then she proceeded to tell me that next time I should make myself more clear because everything there is coffee related. Dont talk to me like Im stupid when I can clearly see the biggby COFFEE sign!!

Small plain coffee $2.11. They hand you a cup. Go over to the push down dispensers, three of them are empty, two are not even Luke warm... Went to McDonalds across the street. $.80 coffee.. fresh and hot.. never going back! Roseville MI on Gratiot and 696.

This is the one that I think serves Halal foods. Great find. Can get crowed in the am of course. As is common with fast food breakfast places they dont have enough help.

I used to frequent Starbucks and stopped in here one day, and never looked back :) their coffee is amazing, they have so much more to choose from and the girls that work here are the best! So friendly and helpful. If you like frappuccinos from Starbucks but wish they had more flavor and more of a coffee taste give this place a try!

Stopped by several of there locations- Garfield, Hayes and Roseville. It was a get together for my dad and I several times. Cheaper than Starbucks, but seating is not as good. Still worthwhile and welcoming.

I enjoy the food and drinks at this place as well as it being close enough to my home for me to go and work on my book and have some tea but the music especially in the back corner of the cafe that has enough room for a group to sit and work, is WAY too loud . To the point where people have left early, I have left early, because of having headaches and not being able to even think or talk clearly to each other. It is loud enough and so bad that the music alone is worth 2 stars off the review and Im taking another star off because the staff claims they cant turn the music town which doesnt make any sense .They turn it on and control the playlist . I was thinking about holding a writers group here in the summer but unless they turn the music down its not happening .

How can this be the same place as all the other positive reviews? I had a horrible experience!! Two cars in the drive thru before us and we wait for 9 minutes. Finally, we decide to just go inside. Were only getting two iced coffees and a water after all. But no. Im standing in line behind one couple - two simple drinks as well - right now writing this. I have been here an additional 8 minutes and counting... Hope I can speak to the manager I plan on requesting as i reach the counter.

For what you pay, you might as well get Starbucks

This place use to be really good years ago. The drinks were better as well as the customer service. I decided to give them another try a few months ago because I love their flavors. However, I went there last weekend and my drink didnt taste as good as usual so I went to let them know. I was told by I guess the Manager that they couldnt make it over. Thats what sets Starbucks apart from the rest. They will always remake your drink and give you a coupon for a free one. I give up on this place. Its been hit or miss for me.

I’m leaving a 1 star because this location is entirely to slow me and my wife just set In line for 25 min with barely any cars in the line. General Manager, Owners please do better this is ridiculous to sit for that long for any type of coffee. I never went here until my daughter fell in love with this place. Their frozen coffees are fantastic. The place we go to is always giving away coupons and when you buy a coffee they have a little lotto thing to win free coffee or discounts. The people that work here are so great too. Biggby is by far our favorite coffee stop.

This place is absolutely horrible,I ordered the same drink I always get an I dont know if the new people didnt get enough training or what but where is the confusion? Just get me a large cold brew with coconut and caramel with extra sweetener how hard is that? Ugh someone better give me a couple of gift cards before I put them on blast again.

Even if it was a year ago, it still matters when we stopped in and I ordered a mocha latte. I wanted a refill of brewed coffee, but barista refused to give me a refill!? Rude, and arrogant of her.

They cant get my order right half the time! And most of the the person taken the order gives us attitude! If we have a choice we will go to the one in Madison heights,mi only!
