Had my daughter first bday party today. The staff was so friendly. All the attendants had so much fun. Kids were safe. And loved the whole experience. Definitely choosing this place again for my kids bday parties.

Arranged a birthday party here and loved the entire experience from planning to arranging. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are very easy to work with. Our guests were very happy and we were very pleased with our experience. Yes, they stringently follow the timeline and have strict ground rules but that is what makes this an exceptionally well maintained and a wonderful place to arrange a party at. And trust me, the hosts help you a lot to prevent delays in winding up.

We have a membership and been coming here pretty often with our toddler.Today we were told to leave the place due a private event. We werent able to play for our full time which was very disappointing.Its either a membership place or a place for private events with open play windows. You cant enjoy both worlds.They charge 5$ for a second parent each time even when the place is literally empty and you are the only family there.Other then those issues, our son enjoys this place and having fun when he is there.

Overall I really like this place and my two boys really enjoyed it. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. I did take off one star, though, because of the fact that socks are required (otherwise there is a surcharge of around $3 per person, per pair of socks). I went on the website before visiting this location to see whether there were any special parameters because of COVID, and didn’t see anything about socks being required. I also checked the site again just now (I’m currently at the Roseville location) and also didn’t see any info about socks. I feel like it should be clearly presented on the site if there is such a high surcharge.

We love it here! Staff is always super friendly! The only complaint I have is we have a membership and they want to charge extra $5.00 for both parents to go back with kid I think this is crazy. My daughters dad doesn’t come all the time but when we come as a family it shouldnt be extra.

Good spot for kids to play once in a while when in the mall. Will i get a monthly subscription with all the parks and similar spots in the area? Probably not.

It is a great place for my 2 year old son! He had a great time playing the slides as well as doing some role playing with the toys. Thank you for opening up this new location!

Good place for little ones! Add more balls to the slide area, like 10X more

EDIT: I will not be coming back!!! I noticed I was charged general admission($12) when my daughter is only 1 years old. I contacted them to ask for a price adjustment and I was told at the roseville location every child is full price. I informed her that the website says under 2 years old are only $7 and there were no signs posted at the register nor did the attendant state the price when I rang up at the register. Over the phone she acknowledged the website was not updated and the Roseville location has only been open for 2 days and they havent gotten around to posting the price at the register. I let her know that I am not okay with this and that is bad business and service. I dont do business with companies that are wrong and are not willing to rectify the situation.I was very excited to finally visit BusyKids. My daughter, who is 1 years old, enjoyed herself even though the slides are a bit dangerous. There are 3 slides and each of them are very slippery and the children come down fast and shoot out the bottom onto the ground. My little one is a bit of a thrill seeker and even she would not come down the slides unless she knew I was at the other end to catch her. There were about 4 other kids there and I watched each of them slide down and get dinged on the head, arm and leg as they came down the slides. I mentioned my concern to 1 mom and she agreed and said her 3 year old will not go down the slides because she is afraid. I did like the padded merry go round and the pretend play area.
