Very fast service! the seasonal pumpkin drinks are great! highly recommend the chicken chorizo burrito also!

Caribou is better than Starbucks. Thats not saying much, but its consistent. No GREAT cup of coffee will ever come from an automatic espresso machine.Caribou should consider going back to its roots. In trends of whole bean coffee.... its great. However... They didnt have the coffee I wanted when I stopped in at this location.

Love getting cinnamon sugar bagels with strawberry cream cheese but their c&s bagels were super different and extremely messy. On the other hand, this is a suuuper clean eating area. I love how chill the atmosphere is and their customer service and baristas are extremely kind and friendly. I am not a coffee drinker. I get white hot chocolate with a shot of peppermint and white chocolate shavings on top of the whip cream. It’s to die for. Amazing. So tasty. Caribou coffee is the only coffee house that can make that drink right. If I could give them 4 1/2 stars I would. I would give 5 stars if I actually drank coffee and could rate on what people actually go there for.

Ignored me at their door, didnt answer phone call. Lobby opens at 11:00 but I have a high roof van and couldnt enter drive thru. Phone couldnt download app. Tried to get their attention to see if they could accept me but i was just ignored.

Somebody needs to teach them how to toast a bagel, I’m 4 for 4 requesting a toasted bagel and it comes out as warm bread. The employees were all on their phones and then touching my food. The kicker, they make you swipe your card on a stick and hand you your food In a bin that you need to reach in and dig out....I understand your trying to “look” like your being safe but touching phoneS and that nasty wand that the credit card machine is attached to and then handing me my food is disgusting.

Great management and the team they have seem to enjoy what they’re doing regardless of being short staffed! 10/10 would recommend to everybody I know!!!

Every time I’ve been to this location my drink has gotten messed up. I order the same thing every time, an iced caramel latte, and they mess it up every time. They either use the wrong milk or forget half the caramel? On top of that there’s always grounds in the bottom, wether it’s a hot or cold drink. I don’t usually write reviews but I now avoid this location at all costs.

Great coffee and bruegger bagel sandwiches. Love the camp fire mocha and the campfire mocha white chocolate.

I came in today for a business meeting. Of course I wanted some coffee to get me going, but the line was pretty long. I almost talked myself out of getting anything, but then I heard the cashier speaking. She was so friendly and personal, witty, and caring. She was moving quickly while being relatable. When I got to the counter not long after getting in line, I complimented her because I felt she really needed to hear how great of a job she was doing. She then told me she was the manager of this location. So awesome. Everyone seemed happy to be there and working well as a team. Shout out to this team for creating a space of positive interactions. As a former cafe manager from a different chain, I completely understand how hard it can be to stay positive and upbeat during a busy time of day. Great job you guys! This will be my place to have my future business meetings, hands down!

7:30am and they are out of bagels... the bagel store is out of bagels? Took them 5min to tell me as I sat at the window. Im flabbergasted. Seriously have been going to caribou for 18yrs and never been this frustrated.A very nice young worker just came to the window and indicated that I should call in advance if I want a dozen bagels. Wow... wow... wow... I buy 5 dozen a week as a sales person on the road. Never have I had this...

Ordered two blended drinks. Both came out incredibly liquidy. When I mentioned it to the drive through lady she said oh sorry and closed the window. They taste like pure flavoring and sugar. Not even a single hint of espresso or coffee. Good thing another caribou was willing to fix my order since this one wouldnt

My first and last visit. There was literally no one waiting inside for service and I had three employees look direct at me and say and do nothing. Seriously? The garbage is completely out of sight it you need it at all. The chairs and tables on the sidewalk blocked the entire route to walking safely to the front door. This place needs much better management. Yikes.

9/10 times that I’ve used the drive through at this location my drink has been made incorrectly. As a caribou perks member I reliably order the same thing, and all the other locations seem to have no issues when it comes to making my drink. However, the staff are very friendly, and if you go inside you might have a better experience than the one I’ve consistently had when using the drive through.

Wow, Im not one to comment however worst customer service at any Caribou. Unstaffed and they simply dont care. Painful to even place an order, as I know they are just going through the motions! Ownership, please no lip service response, your savvy enough, thus just see for yourself then make the appropriate changes.Dreaded it when opening the door, but have returned to this store recently including again today 11-7-19. WOW....there clearly a new sheriff at the helm of this store and it shows. From the time you walk in the door to the time you depart, there is a positive vibe you sense and see throughout your service experience. Staff says good morning and yes,they really mean it. They smile and interact, you know like they actually enjoy being there. Amazing! Management, well done on removing the toxic previous staff. For that a big thank you. My guess is your recent sales numbers also thank you.

Normally its okay... (Thus its not 1 star), but today was pretty bad. Waited 10+ minutes for a sandwich. Once I got it, it was good.

Used the drive thru. Had to repeat my order 4 times to the employee. They told me theyd have my total at the window. I get the same thing every day so I already know what my total is. I got to the window and my total was almost $1 more than usual...so even after repeating my order 4 times, they still didnt get it right. They remade my drink correctly, but when I looked at my receipt when I got to work, I noticed that they hadnt reduced my price and had charged me for the incorrect, more expensive drink.

I am consistently given a different bagel than what I order. My husband and I were inside ordering once and the young girl working knew a particular bagel was out of stock and said to her co worker “I’m just going to give them this one”. The problem starts from inside, poor management. Lack of care or respect for paying customers.

Im from St Louis, mo. The one thing I can say Minnesota has over Missouri is that Minnesotan love coffee. It shows that you have coffee competition up here. I get to reap the benefits of the competition. The seasonal maple boundino is absolutely my favorite. The reason I choose Caribou is I have to drink decaf (boring I know). The way decaffeinated coffee is made in a natural filtering manner versus harsh chemical treatment is by far a much preferred method as it retains a wonderful flavor. The turkey and egg bagel sandwich definitely rounded out my morning. The egg was fluffy and not a rubber ornament added to the sandwich. Most people dont stop and think of their starters in the morning with care, but that the first thing you put in your body. Trust me coming from Missouri you got a good thing going up here. As far as baristas go Ive been to over a dozen different locations up here and not one time have a came across poor service. The member rewards are also very substantial usually with a free item after about $40 of purchase. Ive also tried so e of the competitors up here I just cant seem to stop coming back to Caribou. Caribou, oh Caribou, how I love you!

The nearest caribou that has reasonable seating areas for me when it comes to doing homework. But I’ve been here about 3 times this week. More often then before since Exams are coming up. I order the same thing off the menu every time and for the past 3x my coffee has tasted more water down as if they went cheap with the chocolate in my coffee. I was never able to finish my coffee on all three occasion. I’ve had more richer and more satisfying coffee at other locations.I just bought my 3rd one tonight, I had a free size upgrade from perks but unfortunately I probably won’t finish it.

Ordered my favorite drink- the caramel crafted press - from the drive-thru and it was an overload of caramel. I took it inside and let them know, the manager was extremely responsive. She apologized right away and offered a new drink, no questions asked. Great service and Im a happy customer!

This is my favorite Caribou in the area. Not only is it a Brueggers and Caribou combined, but the staff is always friendly. I feel welcomed and that my business is appreciated. I go a little out of my way to stop at this location when I need a morning pick me up on the way to work.

I have been avid customer at caribou and when in the past couple months I have ceased Ordering coffee because they started tasting sour and had a vinegar smell to them . I then only order bagels and sandwiches and at my last few times I got a bagel non toasted and my requests for cream cheese on both sides were not done . I am hoping that things go back to good coffee and things toasted and how a customer wants it as it was well worth the money before.

This place would get zero stars if it were possible. EVERY single time I come here something is happening, out of bagels, out of coffee, poor service, people not knowing what they are doing. Today I ordered an herby turkey sandwich and it came with exactly ONE piece of meat. It is a 7 dollar sandwich and every other Brueggers Bagels puts a good amount of meat on the sandwich. It is safe to say I will never eat here again, and make sure to tell everyone else not to either. The cherry on top was the manager on duty is incredibly rude.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! When this store first opened, it was wonderful. They had great service and fun employees. This has happened several times, however today, due to the issues, is the last time I will visit this store- you have lost my very loyal business. While waiting in line (for 17 minutes, with only 2 cars in front of me)... Finally got to the window (after driving through the GORGE of a pot hole they have had in their drive-thru for over a year now) I gave the attendant my money. I receive my coffee and bagel- 7 minutes later, after watching her chatting with her co-workers, cleaning up the receipts from the register and trying to make change.. I received my change. SEVEN MINUTES! I asked her what the problem was (as she ignored my horn honking).. as she threw my change in my hand, she said we are having issues slammed the window shut and smirked at me through the window. As I told my co-workers of my early morning escapade, 2 of them agreed with me- they no longer go to this Caribou due to the sloth-like employees and the huge pot hole. **Dont Do it!!!!

Caribou is so good. I always get vanilla soy lattes, either hot or iced. I got iced and it was really 👍. Some Caribou ☕ make it better than others and this is one of them.

The previous review is pretty dead on. Sat there for close to 15 minutes watching a male employee play basketball with a coffee cup while I was waiting for a bagel. The guy that came in directly behind me got his within two minutes. Maybe bagel trick shots is part of the marketing scheme. Left without the bagel. Wont go back.

Conveniently close to my house, so yeah I want to go there for my 5:30 am coffee, but it’s kind of hard to when therE’S NO ONE THERE. Hours say you open at 5AM so where’s the staff at when 3 cars are waiting in the drive thru line ??Not the first time this has happened to me either ....

Great coffee and delicious sandwich. I ordered a mocha and a pastrami with swiss and apple cider coleslaw. Shoutout to Christina for remembering customers and their orders - it’s always good to start the day with a smiling face. Five stars.

Two words: Amazing improvement!Despite their drive-thru being down, I absolutely loved my time here. I came around 9 am today and I noticed that their baker (who I think is new) was extremely fast and their bagels were fresh and hot. Usually every other sunday I come in, there’s only like four types of bagels available, which creates crabby customers if you ask me. I have gone to this caribou for a while now and there can be some bad days, and good ones. But this Sunday takes the cake : ). My crafted press tasted AMAZING, my sandwich was SUPERB, and I loved the quickness and speedy service I received today. I’ll definitely come back to this location !!!!

I work from home and occasionally pop in to get some coffee and get some work done or try and relax. I hadnt been to Caribou for awhile and stopped in this morning around 9 and oh boy do I regret it. Understaffed and my coffee tasted like piss. Almost every time I have been here they have been extremely understaffed, and some of the employees that are there just stand around! A few occasions ive been in I can see one woman I assume is a manager basically yelling at people to do various tasks and then disappearing. A lot of the employees look visibly stressed and just by sitting and watching for a few moments, you can tell who works harder. I remember coming in one particularly busy morning and watching the barista struggle to keep up while there were people just standing around! Poor girl looked like she was 16 and was on the brink of tears and no one offered to help her. I will not be returning to this location. Starbucks has a better variety anyhow.

Everytime we come to this specific location it is super slow and there are always problems with the order. We order very basic drinks (regular iced coffee and iced caramel latte). Not sure how it takes so long and is messed up every time...

I always love going here for coffee. The staff is so polite and always pleasant, they make the drinks exactly right and if they are a bit off have no issue making it again.I drive past 3 other branded places to get coffee here. Its worth it.

Rosemary olive oil bagel and smoked salmon cream cheese and a large Earl grey tea. Friendly sevice. 5 minutes from my work. All the workers are laughing and joking with each other this early in the morning!

I wish I could give this Caribou 0 star. I came around 12:00 noon today and asked for a light roast coffee and was told they only have medium roast left. But she said to hold on to see if she could make me a fresh light roast coffee. she came back and told me she would be able to make me a new light roast coffee that I would have to hold on so I was happy for that. 50sec later she comes back and says here is anew fresh light roast coffee for you. I grab it and drive off. My cup was cold plus my coffee was not light roast old taste to it. I called back and talk to the manager Tammy and she was so rude basically telling me that I was laying for a $2 dollar coffee she even informed me that it takes about 7mins to brew coffee. I let her know that it was not 7mins and she brushed me off like I was lying and I informed her that I was going to complaint and she basically told me good luck with that and hung up on me so rude. This starts from the top thats why the managers act and treat people this way.

Been going here for the last two weeks mon-thurs morning. Today was the third time in a row my order was wrong. I stopped ordering cream cheese on my TOASTED bagel due to the fact the amount they shovel on is enough to feed a family of 4 for a week. I dont know if theres a new person at the register but she cant hear or just isnt paying attention. Ive had to repeat my orders several times and they still come out wrong. Today when i returned the not toasted bagel I was scolded by another employee and told that I need to let them know. Which I do for every order. As I sit here writing this, another customer is complaining about not getting her ICED tea. And not being scolded by the same employee who rudely scolded me. I guess i need start going somewhere else.

Terrible experience. Didnt get any of the drinks I ordered correct. Long wait, so I didnt have time to have them remake them. Asked for a refund, but the manager only offered to remake the drinks and I was out of time. I usually go to a downtown location. They are much better.

Ive been to this Caribou/Brueggers several times, but theyve been getting progressively worse. The other day, I ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese (how easy can you get?) and got it, but there was only a tiny amount of cream cheese, and only in half of the bagel. This morning I ordered a dark chocolate hot chocolate, and when I got my order after waiting in the drive thru for 20+ minutes, it was some sort of wanna be much that tasted more like someone tried to make hot chocolate with leftover coffee grounds. Im not a coffee drinker, at all, in any way, shape, or form, and my breath and mouth still taste like coffee. So thanks for that. I guess Ill be going to Starbucks from now on.Edit: Just discovered that my bagel was not toasted, either. 1/5 do not recommend.

Ive been here a few times after work with my girlfriend and its always an experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the cozy atmosphere is great.

Staff is generally friendly, but not very efficient. Driverthru can sometimes take 10+ minutes.I don’t understand why they keep ringing people up and leave one barista to drown in orders. Seems like if you’re super backed up t might make sense to have the cashier help the barista get caught up, then start ringing again. Just a thought. Never worked a coffee shop, so I have no idea how things work - just seems like this location is particularly inefficient.

Want to wait over 30 minutes for your morning coffee? Come to this location!! Register girl is open mouth yawning while taking customers orders and has no sense of urgency.Avoid this location unless you have time to waste.

Bad service and accuracy. I have been multiple times and it never ceases to amaze me how long it takes inside or at the drive thru, even during non-peak times. I have received the wrong drink more than once. Whoever is managing this place is doing an awful job.

Constantly slow. I have gone several times and i go inside and sometimes its a 10 minute wait for a bagel and cream cheese. I missed my bus this morning because of this. I was one of the people who helped train your staff when this location first opened and that was not okay. The drive thru should not be more improtant than the people in front of you. This used to be my familys neighborhood coffee shop, but because its so slow we go elsewhere now.
