My low rating has nothing really to do with the service or the coffee at this location. Both of those things were good when I went! The two stars is for the environment of this coffee shop. I loved that this shop was connected to the library but other then that there was nothing appealing to me. When I go to a coffee shop I want the environment to be warm and cozy so I can sit down and study for a while, but this one was weirdly cold and unwelcoming. If you sit on the top floor be prepared for the ground to constantly be shaking. If any other person moves or if anybody around you is shaking their legs while sitting, you are going to feel it. This just didnt make for a pleasant time while studying. To many things with the environment distracted from the work I was there to get done.

Great building and atmosphere. Great coffee. Has a more comfortable feel than the bigger name coffee places. Service is terrible. I’d have given it 5 stars if staff were just a LITTLE nicer. They’re rude and seem annoyed and inconvenienced.

Came in at 7 am in the morning trying to study with 2 tables for computer and notebooks. An older guy came in, I’m guessing the owner, asked me if there is anyone sitting there. I answered no, and said if you have more people, there are four tables right there. He started to move the second table away and move my personal belongings to another chair across where I’m seating. He said a customer might come in. I said it’s 7 am in the morning, if there is anyone come in I will move my belongings, plus another 4 tables were right there. He insisted and moved my personal belongings to another chair. I’m like??? He said do you really need that much space... I had my computer and notebook lying there... it was so rude.

Clean, friendly, inviting. Service was prompt, friendly and helpful. I dont frequent coffee shops and didnt know what to order. My questions were answered and we got through it :) Only downside 4 bucks for an iced tea...?! Crazy.

It seems like a good place to study after school. Its 4pm on a Monday and the second level seating area is empty except for myself. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Theres outdoor seating which is very nice. Theres only two outlets in the upstairs area compared to the 7 places to sit so I can see how this would be a disadvantage to some. Over all my first experience at this specific location has been one that will have me coming back.

They roast their beans in the store so theyre always very fresh, and theyre $2 off per lb. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and they give you a free cup of coffee to boot! This location is connected to a Ramsey County Library, which is a nice bonus. Ive always been happy with my experiences at this Dunn Bros location!

The drive thru speaker is not good, but the staff usually are great.

The staffs there needs some customer services skills. They werent mean or rude, just dont know how to greet or take customers order while theres people in line. they just chatted til someone interrupts them. drinks wasnt good, a piece of pizza slice sandwich cost 5.00+ tasted awful, limited in items compare to other dunn bro coffee shops. only good thing about it, its convenient being at the library.

Worst Dunn bros out of all of them!!!!!! The lady seemed annoyed when I asked a simple question of how many shots in a medium and how many in a large. She never said thank you or hi. The lady who made my drink looked very mad to be there and when I asked for cinnamon because it was not out on counter, she grabbed it in back and slammed it out the drink counter. Whoever hired these 2 people needs to be fired. Why would I pay $5 for a latte from two very rude women? I rather make my own for much cheaper or go to a place that values customers.

I lived near this Dunn brothers about a year ago, and it made for a good stop in the morning, depending on the day. Much of my ability to focus or do much of anything depended on who was the DJ that morning. The baristas have extremely different tastes which makes it tough to find any consistency.The upstairs seemed like the best place to study but it tended to be very hot and stuffy. I think this was more of an issue in the wintertime when the heat was on. The downstairs was the exact opposite in the winter time as there is no good barrier between the outside door and main room, causing blasts of cold air to come through.The biggest sore point with this Dunn brothers was the early closing hours. On the weekends this place shuts down at 6PM.

Holy SMOKES, worst latte Ive ever had, tasted like a good ol cup o burnt rubber. Service was fine, but my beverage was treasonous. 0/10 would not recommend latte.

We received very friendly service at this Dunn Brothers Coffee located inside the Roseville Public Library. I wish more libraries would make something like this available. They serve a variety of coffees, smoothies, and other treats.

Small and cramped. Tacked on to the side of another small business, this is not my favorite Dunn Brothers around. Good for a quick cup of joe, not someplace youd want to meet with more than 1 other person. All the tables are for 2 people.

Dunn Bros coffee is always exceptional. Great to have this at the mall. Could be more power outlets and comfortable seating at this location.

Inconsistent coffee is either weak and burn your tongue off hot or gritty and luke warm. Its a convenient location but I cant waste any more $$ on this one. They get is right only 30% of the time

Coffee shop attached to a library - what could be better?

Dont expect to get what you ordered ever. And when you tell them its not what you ordered they will tell you they will make you a new one by dumping it in a new cup and handing it back to you 30 sec later. While I watched her do this and make it the 1st time. Was biting my tongue and just left with the wrong drink. Beyond angry at the service I received today and in the past.

Online shows store closes at 9 pm, however they actually close at 8pm. Please fix your online hours .
