Quick response and outstanding customer service! Whenever something wrong with our washers or dryers in our hotel, the Managers JR or Remington would respond my messages and they come by themselves or send Nathan or Brad to take care of them on the same day or the latest on the next day. Awesome team, thank you so much for your help and support!

Shipping cost more than the items I purchased. $80 to ship. I was very disappointed with that. The more I ordered the more it cost to ship.
