Dan the Manager made getting my new Epson V600 photo scanner quick and easy. I called to verify inventory as the website said they only had one. Dan put his eyes on it and then said it would be waiting at the register for me. I was in and out in about fifteen minutes. Id say five of those minutes was thanking Dan after a short chat.I forgot to laugh with him about the differences of our hair...Thanks again Dan for your excellent service.John W.

Curbside pickup is absolutely ridiculous. Youd do better going inside. I pushed the Im curbside option to tell them I was here.I have been waiting for my item for over 15 minutes and am still currently waiting because its in lockup. You call the number listed on the sign and hit option 7 as directed and you dont get to the right extension. You have to push a random option to get to anyone. Just overall unorganized, understaffed, and unappreciative of your time.

There was a very nice lady named Elodie that was working in the print and copy Department. She was very helpful and very professional and the store looked amazing. I was in and out in no time which was very important to me at the moment. I was able to complete my copying by using the machine that is available to the public without having to bother anybody or wait on anybody to do it. The price I paid for the copies I had to make was very reasonable. I highly recommend Office Depot off of Douglas Boulevard to get their office supplies for copying Printing and scanning done. They also are a FedEx pack and ship store which is also very convenient.

We recently had an issue with a previous employee making a fraudulaunt order on our Company act. I immediately called Office Depot to cancel the order, I spoke with a woman and she assured me the order was cancelled. I get in the office on Tuesday and the status shows that the order has shipped. I call them again, and they AGAIN assure me the order was cancelled. Today, It shows the fraudulent order was delivered.... I am currently on the phone with them again and theyre telling me that they cant reimburse me for the order. Theyre saying they will send someone to pick up the items from the woman who ordered the items and IF she gives them back, My boss will get his money back. Like the woman who stole my bosses credit card info will willingly give these items back.... But this is the ONLY way they will reimburse us for this fiasco... After 3 phone calls and 3 times being assured this order will not go out, THIS is where I am. Ridiculous. We will no longer be using Office Depot.

This store always has what I need to buy. But I feel very uncomfortable when the staff rushes their custobners in making a purchase. I was approached and was told to make my MInD up because they wll be closing in an hour. Every couple minutesj I would be bothered. I got frustrated forced to go and not buy anything. Bad customer service.

We walked in a 540pm on Sunday knowing they closed at 6pm. All we needed was to buy, purchase order carbonless paper. Well we found it and within 2mins 3 employees approached us. 1 employee we close in 20mins. Next employee we asked where staplers were and he told us then said we close at 6. Yeah we know. Then the lady approaches us and says we are closing. We are like yeah. She goes well we have to count down the registers before 6pm. Well that’s not how a normal business runs. Normal business counts down the drawers after the closing time. I know we do at our businesses. We don’t rush the customers. We are there till 630-7 closing and not rushing customers. We felt very rushed and like they don’t need our business. So won’t be back!

Office Depot is the place to go. Had a great experience and Lindsay in the printing section made it happen. She guided me through the process to print with the corporate benefit that my association offers me and it was more simple than I thought.Instead of a color print for 66¢ it was 22¢ and instead of B&W prints for 25¢, theyre only 2¢. Thanks Lindsay for taking care of me. Cheers,-Tony Reed the Aflac Lead

I am updating my review for Office Depot. I originally had an issue with them honoring a warranty on a refurbished computer. Customer Relations from their corporate office in Florida contacted me after review and we came to a mutual conclusion. I am happy to say that I will continue to do business with Office Depot.

There really isnt much to say about this Office Depot. It is similar to most of their other locations but I am giving it 3 stars because they could benefit from a wider selection of products. The place could also use better lighting in the store. The staff were attentive enough to come and ask you if you needed or were looking for something.

I was one of maybe 3 customers in the store. I was going to buy a computer desk chair. I was in that department testing out the chairs for quite awhile. There were several employees wandering the store and not one of them offer to help me. This is the second time this has happened in a matter of a couple of months. I wont be going back. Horrible customer customer service.

Same old Office Depot. You name it-- theyve got it. Prices on some things seemed outlandish (paper $55-64/case, staplers $23-45 each), but maybe Im just out of touch. Its been a while since Ive shopped for office supplies. Checkout system/procedures were slow and cumbersome. Need to be updated to Winco standards!

Just was at this place and horrible experience. Costumer service sucks, i asked few times for help with their printer, everybody were minding their own business. Then, i asked if they have a shreder, the girl said yes and dropped in a big garbage box with locks on it. I asked her, is that a shreder? She said no, but some kind of company will come when it is full and shred it. What a miscommunication!!! If she told me that before dropping my papers in that box, i wouldnt give it to her and shred it at home.

If you want horrible customer service and nothing in stock that is in their sale ads, then this is the place you want!let me start by saying i dont believe the customer is always right; that being said, a customer service reps MAIN JOB is to make a customer want to come back (thats how employees get paid, after all).instead, when you go to the office depot on douglas blvd, you get 15 year old, with the justin-beiber-side-swept-hair-mop, Jakob, who seems to be on his first job so he knows everything, therefore, by default, the customer is an idiot and should be treated accordingly (because, obviously, the hair should indicate his level of expertise.)1st example: i misheard what he said and his response was Whats the confusion? (i let that slide)2nd example: i came in to purchase a computer and take advantage of the buy-a-computer-get-a-free-monitor deal. they were out of the monitors. Jakobs solution was for me to drive to madison ave store where it is in stock. he does not offer to get it for me (as in, inter-store transfer like most retail chains have) but says I can order it online but it wont give me the deal if i do that. At this point i ask to speak to a manager (who was awesome) and he offers to order it FOR me, online, and give me the sale price that was advertised.3rd example: after Jakob has been proven to be a peon that has no power OR authority over anything but a cash register, Jakob proceeds to explain (loudly across the store) how advertising works. i have to explain to him that, if the ad is out for us to use, and it does not say limited supply, while supplies last, etc. they must uphold the ad. if they run out of a sale item (monitors for example) they must either remove the ad or get it in for the customer and still give them the sale if the customer has tried to take advantage of said sale in the time allotted for said sale. Jakob proceeds to yell across the store about his beliefs on advertising (as if its up for negotiation) of which he apparently has no knowledge; typical teenager, always thinking they know things.i generally dont boycott a store because of one dumbass employee, but Jakob has ruined any chance of me ever spending money there because they obviously hire children that werent taught the meaning of how to behave in public.JAKOB, if you read this (and i hope you do), you will not last long in ANY job if you treat the money-machines (read: customers) like you dont need them; they are the ONLY reason you have a job (in case thats too abstract for a child: more customers = more money for the business = more money for you in the form of raises, benefits, and perks). Grow up, get over yourself, and realize you are as big an idiot as the rest of us so why try to be superior to anyone?(i have pasted and copied my review to as many places as possible. youre welcome, JAKOB or little jake as his co-workers call him.)
