Horrible service, treated like a nuisance every time I go there. The pharmacist is asking me if this is the right medicine that I need like it’s doesn’t clearly state it on the prescription. MOST OF ALL BEWARE, this pharmacy tried to tell me my insurance didn’t cover a DME I needed and I’d have to pay $400. I went to Walmart pharmacy and what do you know? My insurance covers it! These people are a joke and don’t want to help others.

I went to get my 2nd Covid shot and the pharmacist was administering shots in the waiting area. When I told him it was against HIPPA he said thats how they have always done vaccines. I then replied not it isnt, as I got my first vaccine there and they put me in the patient room to do it. He also was not monitoring patients after their shots and told the two people before me they could leave right after I watched them get their vaccine. The whole situation made me uncomfortable. He also did not wear gloves or a mask. When I mentioned HIPPA he said he could do it in the patient room.

Got a vaccine shot from Sunny in the pharmacy. Super nice guy and I didnt feel a thing! Thanks Sunny!

Workers are rude for years, but recently with the Covid vaccine I went there and they were very unprofessional. They didn’t wear gloves or a mask they didn’t use a bandage after, they didn’t make us wait 15 minutes after and they also didn’t have us fill out any papers they said to return them next time but that should be done before you even get your vaccine. Pharmacy is very unprofessional. I don’t recommend.

I love coming to this pharmacy because they have good service and friendly people.

I go here often to get most of the things I need. I can usually find what I need pretty quickly. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. The store and always clean and organized.

The pharmacy is horrible. First they shorted me on a script for my child’s ear infection- only gave me enough for a week instead of 2. So dr calls in another script. I call to find out a time limit and they tell me they haven’t received a script. So I call my drs back leave a message and call the rite aid in mt clemens because sometimes it gets sent to the wrong one. Drs office calls me back and said pharmacy said I never called. Well I can’t wait to go up there speak to the pharmacist show them my call log and let them know their staff is incompetent. 🙄🙄

Had a club member recommend me to this store as possible job opportunity but nothing came of it. Still visited there for my own needs and liked the staff, mgmt and stock selection. Will return to see if anything has changed or for holliday Dale specials.

So i went into the store to ask to use the restroom of which i was also to purchase something but i was told by this white cashier that there is no public rest room. Now mind you i have been in there before purchase items and also used the restroom with no problem.This is the store in rooseville of 9 mile and gratiot.

Good Store, Mean Staff.It was literally below 0 outside. I needed to get back to Sterling Heights. All I needed was a way to call a taxi or get an Uber. I have money, cash & card, but still no help with this. My phone had died after walking for an hour to find this stupid store and was so cold it barely worked when I turned it on. God forbid the store let me use their wifi for one sec so I could get back home. (Im not from this area)I even bought items from the store, including a charger and gloves...Freezing, literally, after asking for help from the staff, I had to leave and walk to somewhere else that would actually help.Terrible how people treat others in such unbelievable weather conditions. Terrible.
