People are really nice and service is what I like about this location. Drive thru can be a little busy though. Other than that, its a good store.

Service was fine However I purchased sour cream in your refrigerated aisle...Wow you guys need to clean your floors in your refrigerated areaI sawWhat look to be spilled milkAnd all kinds of garbage and disgusting stuffIn your refrigerator dialWow someone from corporate really has to look at that...I am surprised the health department has not tagged you for thatPlease clean it

This represence Walgreens very well. They have all the same decor as most Walgreens.All the employees I come in contact when ever I come in there. The Pharmacy has a drive through area. The pharmacy did not take long and theres a nice waiting area.The cashiers do a good job making it so that you dont have to wait in that long of a line even when there is alot of people!

Older native amerucan worker has some serious attitude issues as an employeer you should be embarrassed at how she is willing to talk to employees. Most unprofessional thing i have ever seen in my life

2 women working check out yesterday mogning. 1 wearing her mask perfectly. One pointedly wearing her mask intentionally wrong, nose completely exposed, mask smoothed squished flat below her nose so not even a chance it will catch anything. Very intentional. Walking around a bunch. Barely staying behind the plexiglass even when ringing people up. Clearing her throat. Showing no regard for customers safety. At a store where people go to buy medicine when they feel sick. Like extra chance of catching something and a 100 percent chance of spreading it.

I was there to pick up my FedEx package and Ashley Divine the shift lead is the one I called for help. Her communication skills were below the bar. She was loud, and seemed to having a very bad day.

Super unprofessional and races to clients and rude

Very rude beahvior of the lady who takes picture when I first went there for passport photos. I had to go there a second time, and she said the camera is broke.

I actually have had a couple negative experiences at this Walgreens but today I had great customer service so felt the need to review. TIM R. in the pharmacy was so kind and went out of his way to help me find a coupon that saved me 20 bucks. Thanks for your help!

Highly impressed with the pharmacy staff especially Regina. She went out of her way to help me with a prescription issue in a timely manner and was friendly and understanding throughout the entire process.

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, purposely dont wear name tags or hide them so you cant report them for rude behavior, litterally had a lady yell at me any day now!!! Because it was early morning and I didnt read the card reader fast enough, my card was having issues and didnt work I ran outside to grab cash and came in and overheard the cashier talking down on me with a customer bc I held up the line for a couple seconds...this place sucks take your business to CVS across the street they are much better!

The drive through pharmacy process has continually degraded the last few months and is terrible. Ive been in line now for much longer than I would like to admit. You may want to try CVS across the street. THIS SUCKS!

Great people but pharmacy hours suck. I work 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Pharmacy is SOMETIMES open when i get home around 6pm. Showed up on a Saturday at 7pm and they were already closed. Irritating and inconvenient.

The pharmacy staff at this store (Co Rd C and Rice) are extemely helpful and kind. I feel like they know I am an individual. When there was a glitch with insurance the pharmacist was on the phone before I knew there was a problem and I had my prescription within 15 minutes anyway.My only complaint is they rely on automatic phone system too much when I call to speak to the pharmacist. I left a message to speak to the pharmacist and I got a call from their phone system.

I wasnt greeted at all. Not one staff said anything to me. At the register the cashier had a conversation with the lady before me. When it was my turn, it was the most uncomfortable checkout experience because the cashier did not say a word to me. Didnt greet me or thank me or say bye. Nothing. I even asked a question about how to deny cash back on the card reader and he did not say a word to me. I figured it out. He handed me the receipt. I said thanks, picked up my bag and left. Never have I felt so not welcomed in a store before.

Im physically disabked and waited at the pharmacy for over 1/2 hour while the 1 person at the pharmacy took care of the drive thru. No one even acknowledged me. Then I couldnt get what I came for because they said they needed permission from my doctor when on Monday I stood at my doctors listening to them talk and fax Walgreens. Then they didnt give me my rewards points. The manager was rude and made it very clear that she didnt want to handle this. Then she called the pharmacy in front of me and yelled at them because it was the 4th time she had to redo rewards points. When I left she was busy smoking. Ill drive farther to Setzers. They treat the elderly like human beings.

2nd time Ive had this same cashier during the day, shes just rude..no please or thank you very unpleasant and unprofessional. Has the attitude that everyone is inconveniencing her by shopping there. Avoid this place

Overall I like to place and everything but one thing that bugs me was that they need to work on the pharmacist workers. I dont know if I came in the wrong time or wrong day but the pharmacist was not helpful when I brought in my daughter prescription.

Love Walgreens this location was clean and had everything on my list plus a allpoint ATM which is free thru my Bank so thats a plus

Tonight at 4:32pm I called to see if a script could be filled. The tall blondish pharmacist answered the phone when I called. Because we are a ONE income family, AND I need to plan out sometimes a week in advance when I can pick up my scripts and HOW MUCH they are, because my Husband works very odd hours, and to save on my time by NOT running back and forth to that Mickey Mouse operation because staff has no damn idea what they are doing most of the time, I asked a simple question.Since the Walgreens App says this was filled on July25th, can you run it to see if it by chance might go through while Im out and about, as I have NO idea when I can try again.This is what was said to me by the snotty guy, who clearly took his crappy day out on me. NO, I will NOT run this through for you! You got it filled on the 30th of last month and it is WAY too early. Me: No, I got it filled on July 25th, not July 30th. All I need to know is if it will go through perhaps tonight or tomorrow so I can plan for it. Him: I Am NOT RUNNING IT THROUGH FOR YOU!Dude, you are a piss poor guy for talking to me that loudy and talking down to me, so I hope corporate sees this and calls me. NO one deserves to be treated like that at all. So I have a few little prescriptions that Im moving to a different pharmacy. I HAD LEFT YOU NUTTERS A YEAR AGO FOR BEING TREATED LIKE GARBAGE, AND LIKE AN IDIOT, I WANTED TO GIVE YOU GUYS ONE MORE TRY. I had been a customer of this very same Walgreens for 18 years before I left the first time. Shame on you!Just remember this, Mr. Crabby Pharmacist, a pleased customer MIGHT tell two people. A WRONGED customer will tell everyone she knows.

I used to work for walgreen, saying hi to everyone and doing my best to welcome everyone, but this store has the worst experience, I waited in line ANd heard the cashier saying hi to everyone, when it was my turn i put my pop on the counter and she just say can i help you???, i told her just the pop,and she say, if i got nothing to but move aside so she can help who is behind me, I told her again just the pop, finish paying and walk out to heard a hi to the person behind me
