Amazing plushies, posters, and games! They keep everything nice and clean. Im trying to collect the last two eeveelution plushies that I need, and Im extremely satisfied with them! Theyre very soft and huggable and hopefully I can get enough money to buy the last two that I need.Oh! If youre a fan of Animal Crossing (or really anything Nintendo) they have a bunch of plushies, not just limited to pokemon; as you can see in the photos that I took from excitement; they have Splatoon, Mario, and tons of games! Id really suggest paying them a visit and seeing what they have!And if my review hasnt convinced you into going just yet, my brother and I even rode there on our bikes in the rain! It was definitely worth getting soaked.

Very well organized and clean ........ They have the biggest variety of 4k movies as well as most things they sell there ! Ive stopped at all 4 in the metro detroit area and this one by far was the best ! Will definitely go back

Ive been to this location several times over the past couple weeks. My experiences were all very positive. The staff was incredibly helpful, and if youre looking to sell games/blu-rays etc they offer very nice prices compared to Gamestop. If youre looking for retro games especially they have a pretty great selection for NES/SNES/SG/X-Box/PS2/GBA. Overall a very cool place where they will treat you nicely, and pay your a VERY fair price for your goods. I highly recommend DiscReplay Roseville.

I have been coming to this store for years and I love it. They have much better trade in prices than Gamestop. The prices on their games and consoles are very fair compared to most stores. All of the employees there are super friendly and helpful. I will not buy video games from anywhere else.

First time visiting. Loved it! Need a video game? Accessories? Dvd? Wanna sell one? This is the place! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Son brought in a game console and games...walked out with a smile and handful of cash. Collectibles, posters for sale, too. Stop on in!

I cane in totally lost but wanted to get my son an Xbox. Tiffany was beyond amazing. Patient, kind, answered all my questions without making me feel oblivious. I had to come back the next day for some update issues with the system but she helped me through. Tiffany is totally a superstar! I had never stepped foot in the store before that day but I definitely will be back because the service was nothing short of amazing!

Great! Was able to find hard to find Yu-Gi-Oh items and cards for a friend. Used games are in good shape, better than in most other stores, even other Disc Replay franchises!

This place has all the old video games and everything. My son bought a laptop a couple of weeks ago. We went this morning and bought a playstation. Go check them out they have all your gaming stuff.

Since the remodle the stores become way worse, the workers seem uninterested, and unprofessional. You have to wear a mask even if you have a Vax Card yet mutiple times seen employees with masks below thier mouth. Mutiple times ive found over pricing errors and when being told they laughed, happy to upcharge on the game even if it was a mistake. When trading in, they low ball you cash so you accept the in store credit, be it pokemon cards or gaming systems. All in all out of all the game stores in the area its the worst and im very disappointed on how far this store has fallen since it opened. It used to be really nice

The people here at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. From the profanities they use behind the counter to the overpriced games in their inventory, I will NEVER come back to this location ever again. They cannot justify the prices tagged on their products. I confronted the staff with lower listings of the SAME PRODUCT online after I made a purchase for a game that should be been sold for 35 max but they chose to sell it to me for 79.99. They gave me a hard time about returning the item as well, hence when the swearing at me took place. Steer clear of this location people.

Highly disorganized, couldnt find any DVDs or Blu-rays due to all being out of order. Prices have seemed to have jumped substantially. They were selling used games for higher prices than new ones at other retailers.They had some un-graded pokemon cards that were listed for more than CGC 9.5 or PSA 10s are selling for.Disc Replay used to be a great place for well priced resale items but those days are long gone.

Some great stuff if you want old movies, most of the gaming stuff is kind of overpriced, hardly less than new.

They have some obscure items. But what I was most impressed by was that there were multiple employees. Trades can suck up a lot of time. So in similar large chain stores with at max 2 employees working, flagging down someone for help is a pain. (I work at one of those stores. I hate not being able to help customers out when I get backed up with retail marketing and trades). Having a manga selection was super neat too! I havent seen that at any used game store before. The anime section needs to be beefed up, but I understand that is relative to what people bring in.

Employees never just talk to you. Always feel like they are above me when I enter and walk through store. They are always hanging around behind counter. Used to be a cool place to go and get it on media and games. Just a pawn super now.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I went to SO SO many stores for three specific X-Box 360 games. Best Buy, Gamestop, everywhere! This was the only store that actually had them.

Quick and informative trip. My sons playstation 3 controller was only 11 bucks. Hes autistic and breaks them often so this was an awesome find!!

Called about a switch. Said theyd hold if it didnt sell after the store was open for a half hour. Called back and the person that answered the phone said no one had told them that but it was still there. Called again to try and reach the original clerk but it had sold.Inconsistent and really dissapointed.Also, youre gonna have to try several times to get anyone to pick up a phone (over the course of an hour)

I love buying games and electronic equipment here. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, everything they sell is good quality, their prices are great. The only thing I wish for is a better selection of switch games, but I understand that if people dont sell them to disk replay that they wont have stock.

Thus place rocks so much cool nostalgic stuff.

Cashiers were friendly and quick no complaints there.

Good memorable job visiting Walmart for seasonal, sewing and snacking on Baklava. On way back saw this new store which has some reasonable movies games and electronics. Applied while their and headed back where we found a St Petes curbside giveaway of ham and/ or turkey and Wellcare items. Already looking forward to next shopping trip and holiday festivities around.

Poor customer service with rude cashiers that lack the knowledge of the gaming systems that they have in store! What are they doing.

This review applies to each location Ive ever visited. This place is pretty ok. Its not a pip off like gamestop but Ive seen completely private operations curate better selections of titles both retro and modern. Would rate 5 stars if they could up their inventory and catalog.

Great prices and always so knowledgeable about what they sell. I was a 90s baby and its so cool to see all the gameboy items and pokemon stuff. I love my smart watch I got from them and it works like its brand new. Bottom line. This place is amazing and can do no wrong.

If they don’t have it you probably don’t need it. I have been here several times and they never disappoint. I went in the other day for a very random and older dvd and they had it! I love this place.

This is more a review for Tiffany, one of the supervisors, rather than the store. But I know management likes to see good google reviews. The store is solid, good selection and fun gems to find among the stacks of media, but Tiffany turns a 2-3 star experience to 5. She has helped me out a couple of times with some previous issues, but I have to commend her to handle pressure situations. I was overcharged by about $40 after some black friday shopping, when I came back into the store, a patron was in a full on crisis (not store related) and she personally made sure they were taken care of. She handled my issue really well, and completely calmly with a smile. Sure enough, as I was walking out, police were somehow involved, so I hope the rest of the night went ok. Whatever shes paid, its probably not enough.

Always enjoy going here and browsing their selection. Usually take advantage of their buy 5 get 1 free deal.

Ever since the Lakeside location closed down I don’t really go here anymore. Seems like the prices have jumped on many things drastically and always understaffed. Went here a few weeks ago and there was only one person working and didn’t have much time to help me with anything due to the long line at the counter. Kind of disappointing when GameStop has some of their used games cheaper than this store has.

Shelfs always stocked, Safe environment, Clean store, Friendly/Helpful staff and Short wait time in checkout line! Best deals to grab a few movies or games and so much more.

It is a game and media store with the appeal of the old school game store, where you can easily index and buy games from bygone eras. This store does what GameStop (Funcoland, EB Games, and Babbages) used to do DECADES ago (I used to work at Funcoland back in the 1990s). The only gripes I have with the store are 3 factors (one of which they have no power to fix, and isnt really their fault):1. (Not their fault, but is one of my gripes) You cant buy used games until after a certain period of time has past. This has more to do with local city ordinance, and less to do with store policy. Basically, if someone sold a console, it must be on hold for 14-21 days before they can resell. This is due to the local city ordinance, to curtail theft. There is a more simple way to solve this problem, but people often dont do the smart thing and record their serial numbers of their games, in the event they are stolen. And if it were stolen, dont report stolen articles efficiently enough.2. No setup for pre-purchase trial of software or hardware. That was a feature I liked most about Funcoland in the past. You were able to try a game before you buy the game. Unfortunately, much like the modern game stores, you cant.3. Lack of stock of most recent consoles. It seems that they do not purchase new game consoles from the manufacturers, thus they only buy consoles from people who trade-in consoles. This isnt that big of a deal if you dont yet want the new hardware, but if you are hard pressed to find new hardware (console), you arent going to find it here, until someone trades one in.Otherwise, it is a decent place to buy out of print material.

Friendly and helpful and I feel theyre pretty honest with their pricing I took a game and didnt get much for it but they had a lot of them but I sold a couple games from the original Nintendo and I was amazed at the prices gave me. Pretty good place to go if youre in a pinch and have some games you dont play any more youd be surprised by the value of some lesser known games.

Huge amount of DVD but not sorted in anyway. If you want a specific dvd plan to be there most if the day to look for. Staff was not helpful at all.

Its a good place but sold me a xbox 360 that died in 3 days red ring of death. They switch me with another and took it home and find out there was no 250 hdd just 4gb man talk about ripped off thee girl said it was a 250 but no hard drive i cant stand a lying company

Worst disc replay of them all the employees are kind of shady. I sell alot of electriconics to them and they always give me a way lower price than if I send one my friends to trade the electronics in for me. Overall they are not many deals/good buys and the game selection is very taxed.

Had the ps1 games I wanted

It was amazing, the guys working there were so helpful and its nice to go to a game place that is still mostly games and some merchandise rather than the other way around like what GameStop turned into. Also its amazing that we have somewhere to go for old games and game systems instead of having to search online.
