While a smaller store, they had a variety of merchandise on hand. Very friendly staff. They also hold classes. The attached pictures are projects I made during their Christmas event.

I needed to get my Singer sewing machine fixed, it was jamming up badly. Just Sew did a great job fixing it, delivered ahead of schedule, and did so for a very reasonable price. They also offer curbside drop off and pickup, which right now is a blessing 🙂.

I was referred to Just Sew by a friend. I hadnt had my 1960s Singer machine serviced in over 10 years and I was sewing pandemic masks. I brought it in and the owners were so kind and helpful. They quoted a very reasonable price over the phone.Im back to sewing masks and my old Singer is better than I ever remember it! Highly recommended.

Oh my gosh this is the best place ever. I have never experienced customer service like this. Not only did Carmen sell me a machine to fit my needs she made sure it was in my price range. When I went into pick it up Ernie gave me a quick lesson to make sure I understood how everything works. I had to call because I was confused about how the embroidery worked. Susan answered the phone and had me come in right away so she could make sure I understood and could back to my project. Every employee gives superb customer service. Usually you come across a person who is wonderful in a store but never have I come across a store where he entire staff is so excellent. They also offer unlimited classes on learning your machine at no cost. And I am definitely signing up for some of their other classes too. I couldnt believe all of the classes they offered. Sewing, embroidery, quilting. Definitely a place to go weather you are just staring sewing or an experienced one. I highly recommend!!!

I have one of those fancy Pfaff machines, which, to be honest, I have no idea how to thread. No matter what day, when i take the machine in to be re-thredded, it is done immediately and with good humor. The owner has tried to school me on how to do it, but I still cannot get it. She doesnt mind.

I took my machine in thinking I was dropping it off for repair, but instead Ernie looked at it, and found out it was a simple fix and I got a little lesson on something I was doing wrong. I was seeking wisdom and assistance with my sewing machine. I’m a very beginner at sewing so I know very little about it.We have an older Elna that works well but was stitching poorly while hemming jeans. Carlos and Carmine took time out of their day to show me that it was operator error.I was using thread that was too heavy, my tension was too tight and Carmine suggested a better stitch to use for jeans.I KNOW where I will go if I ever have problems, questions or concerns in the future.Thank you so much.

Called to find out about getting my Pfaff machined serviced. It would not sew. Very helpful and friendly on the phone. Drove to St. Paul, to find them very busy, but so very helpful, and immediately helped with my machine. Gave me a estimate and a time frame for the repair. Called to let me know it was ready, and told me exactly what they had to do to it. Carlos the repair man came and explained what was broken showed the piece to me that he replaced. I was totally amazed how quiet and wonderful my machine is now. A million thanks to all of you, especially Carlos for the repair.It is so great to have service like this!

This is the place if you need your sewing machine repaired. My wife and I had to repair our serger (which was still faulty even though we had it repaired by a different service 6 months ago). We were nervous about having to repair it again, but when I took it to Just Sew Studio for a quote the technician (Carlos) knew immediately what was wrong with it. On top of that, I was given an estimate of 1 week for the repair, but it was done the next day to our surprise. The price was also very reasonable. The machine is completely fixed now and feels more stable after Carlos also did a tune-up. Would definitely recommend here for sewing machine repairs.

I have taken classes at Just Sew Studio, purchased a sewing maching from there, as well as brought my sewing machine in for maintenance. The staff are friendly and the classes are so much fun. I have found my love for quilting by taking quilting classes and would highly recommend Just Sew Studio!

Brought in a machine I had fully serviced. Not used for a while, safely stored. I had someone mess with the tension and brought it back in. I stated it had not been used as it was not working due to tension not working. Manager felt I was lying. I went in to pick it up. They never called with fees. Was given a full service, altho not needed. I questioned her about the high cost. Her response was, I am not sure how much you sewed. I again stated, it was set aside, not working due to tension issues. Will never go back.

I purchased a machine from the store and received beginner classes with my purchase. The teacher, Carmen, was very personable, knowledgeable, and made sewing very fun for a new beginner. I finished the four classes with a tote bag, zipper bag, pillow case, and a newfound love for sewing. I know that the staff at Just Sew Studio Roseville will be there to help with my machine and any future projects.
