Ben Bridge Jeweler in Roseville, CA..I waited 2 weeks for (free, warrantied) repairs to be made to my wedding band (which I’ve only had for 9.5 months), 2 diamonds have already done loose. Got the call today that it was finally ready & I could come pick it up. Called to see how late they were open, was told they would be there until 7pm, even though their hours say 9pm online. Drove an hour (and burned 1/4 tank of gas) down the hill to get there right at 6:00. Walked in to the mall & see they are closed up. Lights still on inside, people still in there. Called them, no answer, but they made eye contact with me through the glass. A minute later, THREE employees walked out & locked the rolling door. I asked why they closed early and they said there was a ‘staffing issue’ & they needed to close. I explained that I just drove an hour to just pick up my band & was told they would still be open… The ladies basically told me “oh well” (in slightly nicer words), told me they could ship it to me on Monday, or I need to call again tomorrow to double check that they will actually be open.. refused to quickly open the door & give me my ring.. and they left. I am always FOR supporting smaller businesses & I understand times are tough & everyone is short staffed. But this could’ve been handled so differently & they would’ve had a happy customer (whose husband has dropped quite a bit of money with this business in the last 1.5 years). We certainly will never purchase another thing from Ben Bridge. Extremely disappointed in this customer service.

My husband and I went to Ben Bridge when we were looking for engagement rings. We bought a beautiful ring, but made a friend in Jeri, the woman who helped us. Through the years we have returned again and again and have always received the best service and beautiful jewelry and watches! I just recently had to have one of my rings sized and repaired. Even when they get it wrong they get it right! It was returned with a stone still loose. They had to send it back. But they decided not to charge me for the repair! They are awesome!! Have you been bridge 30 years and still going strong!!!

I came in looking to buy a ring and Savannah helped me find the perfect one. I thought it would’ve been like going to all the other jewelers where you just stand there and look at rings with an awkward silence in between, but it was the complete opposite. Savannah really made the process fun. She was really nice and patient throughout the entire time we spent looking at various rings. I also really liked that she was genuine and showed personality, unlike many other jewelers. She was great and I highly recommend going to her to help you find what you’re looking for!

Very poor service, first the ring was poor quality, lost its luster in a months time. Then tried to do a ring exchange and was promised 2 weeks on receipt, took a month and half. Whenever I called to ask on status, it was always waiting on corporate. Try to do a charge back because these guys too long and they ended up lying to the company. They have lost a customer forever and I will be sure to not recommend them to everyone I talk to.

June is amazing! She was really kind and helpful. I have always had a good experience at this jeweler. I always feel comfortable and never rushed or pressured to buy anything. We had a set budget and found a gorgeous emerald necklace that was in our range. When we went to pay there was a mistake on the price, it seemed that the necklace was supposed to me more than the price tag. We are happy that the manager still honored the price on the tag. We really feel that this company genuinely cares about their customers.

I followed my long time jeweler, Eddie Navarro, to Ben Bridge when she moved there. Eddie has taken care of my familys jewelry needs for over 20 years now and I will follow her wherever she goes. She has always gone above and beyond her employee duties and is truly a part of our family. When I wen to the store, everyone is so nice and helpful, always greeted with a smile and never left standing there waiting for help. I’ve had a few items repaired and they came back better than new with an affordable price. Their store is always stocked with beautiful items and extremely clean. Definitely the only place I will go to for my jewelry needs as long as Eddie is there!!

I wanted to give a gift of jewelry to my wife. She is not big on Bling, and is notoriously difficult to buy for. She is a lover and rider of horses. So, I thought if I could find something with a horseshoe and then add her birthstone, there would be a good start. The problem is, most jewelers have no idea what a horseshoe looks like. Finding one is something that my wife had already tried to do for many years, in many states and places. Luckily, I was directed to Ben Bridge Jewelers. Even more lucky, I was helped by Eddie. She was amazing and terrific to work with. Even though I don’t frequent jewelry stores, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. After a quick search on her part, she came to the same conclusion as my wife regarding horseshoes. I ended up sending her pictures of a shoe from my wife’s horse. The Jeweler accepted the challenge and made a prototype that was a perfect copy in Sterling Silver. I kept that one for everyday wear and ordered another one in white gold with a birthstone in the center. It took some creativity to get the stone to dangle in the center perfectly. The pendant couldn’t be more perfect and unique. We ended up getting a ring and earrings with matching stones of an unusual color of Montana Sapphire. This was when we really found out and came to appreciate the tenacity and quality control that Ben Bridge exercises over vendors that they sometimes use worldwide. For Ben Bridge, customer service and satisfaction is priority number one. A big thank you to Eddie for helping find the perfect gifts. There were several secret phone conversations that she was willing to spend her time connecting with me so I could surprise my wife.

The staff is knowledgeable and doesnt pressure you into making a purchase. My jeweler June was very patient. That being said this my third purchase from this location and I always get the items Im looking for. I will continue coming back especially with their lifetime warranties and trade up programs.

I’ve had my diamond warring for a long time. I wasn’t sure if there was a trade-up policy for them. Vanessa took the time to look them up, sure enough, I’ve had them for 15 years and I was able to trade them up with ease.

You know you hit pay dirt when you walk in a jeweler and they dont try to force a sale on you. When you go to Ben Bridge they treat you as a person not a sale! I have been using them since 1993 and I have never been dissatisfied! If need a fantastic Jeweler go to Ben Bridge at the Galleria Mall.

I didnt have any trouble with them at all. I had bent one of my rings that had not been purchased at Ben Bridge. I came over to them and then mended my ring perfectly with only a slight marking on the ring. Needless to say, they did a great job and they gave me back the ring in a timely manner. No one judged me either.

Horrible customer service, they told us the incorrect pickup time and never notified us when my wifes rings were ready. That was the first and last time well go there.Eddie is the only reason we had them make my wifes ring there, shes amazing. The other lady that helped us was the problem

Great help on the watch inquary. Very helpful, friendly, and professional.Just brightened my day.

I wouldnt buy anything from them. I bought a watch from them before the warranty was up. They took and said the movement was bad and replaced it with an obsolete movement. It worked for two days. The manager, Sharon would not let us turn it in for anything but the same brand of watch which was made more cheaply and less money. My wife hated it. I called the VP of Sales and he told me I could take it back and get a new watch of my choice. I got a new watch that was 4 times as much money as the original. I put the remainder of the balance on my account. I told them it was to be interest free and the manager, Sharon said she could do 18 months. I got my first payment with a 25 dollar finance charge. Needless to say I went ballistic. I called the credit company to resolve the matter and they said there was nothing they could do because Sharon again told them it was a revolving account and the interest stood. I will pay it off this month and never buy from them again.

We purchased a ring with their stone replacement warranty. The mount failed and they refused to honor the warranty, horrible jeweler, their warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on.
