I would not buy these hearing aids! I bought a pair of Alpha by Innerscope hearing aids in April 2019. They would never pair properly with my phone. I could only link up with one or the other not both at the same time. The people at Innerscope couldn’t figure out what was wrong so I gave up on that & just dealt with it. Then one of the hearing aids quit completely. I have repeatedly called them & left messages & sent several emails with No Response from them at all. Very bad service after the sell!
