They replaced the windshield on my 77 ford welding truck. They did a great job! I found only one minor leak which was due to a dent right at the window gasket from hail!! There was no glass left in the pickup which surprised me due to the condition of the original windshield. Price was very reasonable! I will definitely use them again!!! Thank you Jet Auto Glass!!

We had issues getting the correct glass for our pickup it was horrible! But the owner kept on and got the correct glass ordered and installed himself!! Turned the past three weeks of hell into something Great!! Thank you so much!!

Brought him the back hatch door from my truck camper shell. Told him it didnt need to be glass, plexi would fine, and it unscrewed so I could leave it with himSaid hed do it for $250 and hed have in 2 days. Called after a week, he was too busy. Another week suggested he didnt have time and to just come and get it and hed return my down payment. Get there and hed lost one of the pieces of the door, but hed find it. A month of Calls...nope. Meanwhile Im going nuts trying to find a replacement ...going to have have one custom made cause the camper was purchased over 20 years ago....when asked what he was going to do about replacing it, he suggested that was my problem. I wouldnt do business with them again if God himself told me to.

I brought two vehicles in for new windshields and staff was very friendly and the cost was economical. I dont have any complaints at all since everything was done to my satisfaction. Great Business and hometown owned which I really liked.

Jet Auto glass did a prompt job, nuce guts I was pleasewd with the freont windshield replacement. it was worth driving from ruidoso to roswekk to have the work done.

They do a god job vary fast quality work. Just need to maybe get a little bigger building so they can do all there work under cover and safe away from the crazy weather roswell has been having.

I had my car painted earlier this week and took it here to have the windshield replaced. My car came back with a deep scratch. They didnt even bother to clean the dashboard. I called the owner Josue and he said he was sure that the scratch was not from one of his workers buttons and stated that there was nothing placed to prevent the scratch from where his workers leaned to place the windshield. He said he is not responsible and blamed me for intentionally blaming them. Very unprofessional of him! I would not recommend this place whatsoever!

My insurance company set me up with an appointment to fix one large chip, and two small ones. After the tech repaired the large one, and I saw that I could have repaired it better myself with a tube of clear drying superglue or epoxy and a razor blade, I didnt bother to have them do the two smaller ones. I mentioned the poor quality of the repair to the tech. He basically said it was good enough and walked away. I went from having a chip, to having a cloudy chip. Hopefully they pulled enough moisture out and got enough epoxy in to at least keep it from spreading. But as stated earlier, if I wanted a poor quality repair that would have simply kept the chip from spreading, a $2.00 tube of superglue would have done the trick.

They will be fixing my window today. I think its awesome they go to your job to put in a window that way you dont miss work. Love it

Five stars for quality of windshield. Minus four stars for quality of work and lack of professionalism. I found broken glass on dash. Had some issues with install.Made an appointment with owner to correct them at his shop. He didnt show up.

My grandmother took her car to get the windshield replaced. While getting the windshield replaced the guy leaned on the fender and dented it. The door would not open. The owner said that it had been wrecked before it was took in. The car was not wrecked. The owner didn’t want to admit it was one of his employees. She had the worst experience with the company.

We had an appointment for a reason. Needed it done Friday, they couldn’t get to it til Monday so we pushed our clients back so my husband could stay in Roswell and wait for our 9:30 am Monday appointment just to find out the tech was instead sent to Maljamar for a more important client, pushing our appointment to 1:00. He Can’t be late getting back to work for our own clients in Tx, so these losers can eat the cost of the windshield and we’ll go somewhere else instead. Plus, we’ve been waiting a year for a windshield for a 1979 Ford pick up from them. I guess they have enough business they don’t care if they don’t care about the local repeat customers.
