They were very slow to produce design revisions. I was told my project was bumped to the bottom of thier priorities because they had to focus on a bigger contrat, the Braves. After nearly a month I still did not have any revised drawings, or a date they would be produced. I was told designs are delivered in 3 to 5 days.I would have given them 2 stars but they did not refund the amount I paid for the original drawings, even though I am cancelling for no fault of my own. They were not able to complete my project. Proffesional courtesy would dictate a full refund and an apology for wasting my time.

Not Fast, Not easy to work with. I started talking to Fast Signs about a sign I needed relatively quickly on 1/8/16 and by 1/25/16, I still had no sign. I received a quote and I asked for a proof to sign off on three times verbally and one time over the phone. I never got a proof and when I said I had no choice but to choose another sign company...I got no response. Really wasted a lot of my time and now I have to start over with another company.
