Sold me a Spa filter that was defective. That was bad enough but then they misrepresented timelines horribly and took no responsibility for an obvious issue with the product. Got the manufacturer to back her up with statement that there couldnt possibly be anything wrong with the filter.Sent picture and everything, no joy.You get what you pay for. Saved $5 on the filter and it cost me $200 to fix the pump.Unacceptable customer service. Cant stay in business that way.

I want to thank Debi Skains and John Hinkle for such a great experience and a great product! I purchased a Temperpedic mattress set about two years ago; and of course I was in a hurry! John Hinkle delivered and set up my bed that day! The bed is still the most comfortable bed and I sleep like a baby every night. I never wake up with back aches or soreness because I can adjust my head and/or feet, plus the mattress surface literally feels like heaven on earth! Thank you All About Spas, its nice to have a first class operation who offers excellent product knowledge and customer service!
