BUYER BEWARE! PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING!!I am so disgusted. I have never in my life felt so humiliated and mistreated by an auto dealership. I don’t know where to begin. I was as many in search of a luxury vehicle but trying to cut corners in the process. I had been to one dealership after the other looking for a deal. After an ad I found on Offer Up I thought I had found an ideal dealership with the selection of vehicles I love. BMW’s, Benz’s, Infiniti’s and with no credit check, I finally could get a BMW I wanted.I should have NEVER VISITED THIS DEALERSHIP.Long story short, they repossessed my car after I failed to make the remaining payment of my down payment although I had been in conversation with JR about bringing the car back in for repairs. They sold me a car knowing the transmission was slipping and it had engine issues. JR is has no conscious. Aaron is no better and poor Eber, their new secretary is headed right down the path of no morality.Please avoid this dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I read the reviews prior to going and said those things would never happen to me. Well I was wrong. They dont care about you or your money. Its so sad they get away with scamming so many people. Over $3000 down the drain.

They knowingly sold me a car with s bad engine. I paid them $5000 in cash. I drove the car a total of 800 miles in 6 days. The estimated cost to fix the engine is $4000. They will not refund my money or trade the car. These people are evil. Do not do business with them. I will be seeking a legal remedy for this.The sequel or end of the story:Yes, I had a case,however, the legal fees would have been equal to, or in excess of the recovery. I traded the car and lost a total of $3900.00 in 45 days and drove the car 1400 miles.They are liars and they are thieves. The best as advice that I could offer anyone is to never, ever buy a car from them. WALK! It will cost you less in the long run.

Bought an E350 on 12/21/2019. Today I having the car towed to my house. Just today, the battery went dead then the transmission. When bought had to change windshield wipers, front head light and put oil it. All in 2 days. Jr is a liar and very unprofessional. They lie to you all the time. Do not even consider them.

Me& My boyfriend came by on a Sunday and the owner was sitting outside on the porch when we got out to look and ask about the vehicle the owner walked in locked the door and closed the blinds. So I found a car on offerup I was interested in, after I ask a few questions I was on my way to see the car. I was stuck in traffic for an hour and half. So it was my fault for coming so late, I don’t know why I wanted to see if they would work with me. My son was with me he said something to the first car rep and the man points to the car. So I thought he was going to work with me. My son say can I crank the car, a different car rep come out of nowhere and said it loud enough to hear. WE CLOSED!Before returning to my car I noticed the car was not the same color on offerup and the picture have to be stock photos. It no way they can take pictures of these cars, there no parking for your car. I don’t know how they do business. My son said everything happens for a reason I don’t know why I did not check out the reviews on here first I could have saved me a trip.I was blessed not to have brought a car from this auto place so I cannot comment on that. I will say they are miss leading with the stocks pictures. Never been to a car lot that the cars was so close together. Most car sales rep want your business they did not try to earn my business. So my suggestion is take someone that knows about cars.

Rip off! Bought a car that was sold with no check engine light or shocks going completely out. Seemed like a good buy but looks was very deceiving. So first the sales guy Jr. was an A-hole and very unprofessional and struggled with honesty. We left a deposit to hold the car while repairs would be done before we could drive away. Mistake one. Jr told us he would call us the following business day, but never did. Mistake two. We called the following day to see why he had not reached out to us and to our surprise when we arrive to the place to pick up the car and final payment. We are told by Jr glad you came today because you almost lost your 4 thousand dollar deposit had you waited another day. Mistake three. We leave with the car driving fine until we get gas than the check engine light comes on. We call Jr. To ask about the repair. He said they had done the repair of something totally unrelated. Luckily for us we had in writing by Jr about doing a repair that related to the check engine light being on. We were told he would need to speak to the mysterious owner. Upon the check engine light coming in, the car air shocks go completely out not even a week from buying the car. We are told by Jr that it was normal.for that kind of car. During all.of this we still dont have a tag. The final straw was an urgent call we get from Jr about taxes he had forgotten to pay and if we paid that day we could get out tag. Of course we pay and are told.we can get tag the next day. And of course it a no go. These guys are Crooks and avoid getting any car from them!

Went to 3 pep boys and they wouldn’t touch the car, autozone gave me a diagnostic list of codes. I took it back to the dealership and wouldn’t give me back my money even at a lost ( told them since they were closed and the car stayed with me for a day, I’ll take a refund with $1000 less) and still refused.They know their cars are bad. They have engine problem, suspension and all of that. The cars they sell are trash, piece of garbage. I beg y’all stay away. Look up on the number of lawsuits they have against them. What they advertised online is not the same thing they offer when you go to the lot in person. They said a Pacific car is available for financing then you get to the lot and the price is higher than they quoted online and is a cash only purchase, not financeable like they quoted online.

On June 20 I bought a 2011 BMW 550, which I am in love with the car, it works excellent and when I changed the wheels on them they helped me buy 4 new tires for my new wheels, which paid $ 240, they were very honest showing me the receipt and not earning him a dollarvery honest ppl great to work with, jr was very helpfull.

I bought a car four days later the check engine light came on I called JR told him the issue which was a transmission solenoid then on the 14th day the car wouldnt drive at all so I had it towed back to them he said I couldnt speak to the owner, he stated that I would have 2 options either get it repaired myself or put another 1,000.00 towards another car. Not to mention when I went to test drive the vehicle there was no gas in it he rushed me & gave me $5.00 on the gas & just was unprofessional. So now I am fighting to get my money back & I reported them to the BBB. Do not I repeat do not buy a car from Roswell Auto Sales.

Do not and I repeat do not purchase a vehicle from here. Thought I was purchasing a 2002 BMW 745li. Lies and said the vehicle had 118000 miles on it, it had 129000 and it failed emissions. The state of Georgia requires a vehicle being sold to another owner to pass emissions prior to registering. I bought the vehicle on Wednesday of last week. I still dont have possession of it and its fully insured. Not to mention it was there for them to fix things I requested to be fixed if youre going to ask 5500 for the car and you deem.it in good condition. JR lied several times and wasnt honest about the car. I called to find out when I could pick it up and I was told its not ready because its failing emissions. What? Thats should have been done prior to me purchasing. I told them to scratch the deal and I want my $2800 back. Havent heard a thing other than him hanging up on my husband. I called an attorney and the news station. You Will not Rob me my next complaint is to the clean air commission who regulates car dealerships. I want my money back and they can keep their beemer. They are a joke. Steer clear!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from them. Bought a 2006 BMW X5. It had no warning lights on, until I drove away from the place and stopped to but gas. Check engine light came on. I called them and told them. He said it was because they just replaced the battery, sounded sketchy but I had already bought it. after 2 weeks we have had to sink $3000 into it with another $1000 or more to come. The BMW repair shop said they likely cleared the codes (no battery) trying to hide problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

So, I understand why all the negative reviews! One of the cars they sold was abandoned at my job for nearly a month. I called them to find out who the owner was so that I could inform them of the possibility of the vehicle being towed. In doing so, I discovered that the vehicle was actually being repossessed by them and when I spoke to them (while they were on their way to my facility to retrieve the vehicle) I learned that they would resell the vehicle for the balance owed to them = $5K...they came out, and since then, I was given 4 different prices (all escalating) on the same busted vehicle! I detest dishonesty and scammers...

Wow where do I start, they are sleezy and they dont help with the misconception that you cant trust sales people, they sold me a 2003 Nissan Murano and after the picture online showed a black with non leather seats, I drive 45min there only to find a silver with leather seats, so they basically just posted a random picture. But because I really needed a car I went anyway and after test driving it and it seeming fine, we went ahead and purchased the vehicle After about 25min of driving home the cars AC stopped working. since purchasing the car it has been one problem after the other DO NOT TRUST THEM and every time I went there I was waiting for like 30min to 1hr because someone was on their lunch break! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

My 2007 BMW 335i I bought from them had a gas leak,the turbo was messed up,the ac stop working after a month,the radiator went out,it had a coolant leak,the tires were warn out,the window regulator in the back of the car went out,the key only worked if I used it by hand,the battery was dead,the spark plugs and coils had to be replaced and the oil was low.I wish I was lying about all of this.The check engine light came on after a week.They wouldnt refund my money and was rude.I recorded them multiple times.Also they are lying about how many miles are on the cars.They told me 140,000 I got it checked in it was 230,000.They are frauds and Jr is a liar
