Back in my early 20s I had installed my own car system, but that was a long time ago. My oldest son recently turned 16 and I wanted to treat him to a nice setup. I picked out all of the components myself including a couple of amps and a dual sub bass box and had them shipped to me and then went in search of an installer. Jason was great to work with and did a very clean install that sounds 1st class! Dropped the car off and it was completed in 1 day. Pricing was very reasonable. Great value all around and if I ever decide to upgrade my own vehicle, Ill be coming back here.

After a not good at all experience at a different location, Jason provided excellent customer service and did an excellent job with my remote car starter. It was super easy to get a quote, book an appointment and receive communication and follow through. I also appreciate being treated like a valued customer.

Jason did an extensive amount of audio, video, car alarm, 12v charger wiring, big 4 upgrade and other Re-wiring of my Excursion Build. He did it on time and on budget and really takes pride in his work. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Very reasonable prices for top quality work.

The pricing is fair and the work is done when they say it will be. I have recommended multiple people for any work done there and will continue to do so. They took/stole the crystal from my vehicle. When i called they said I needed to bring the car back. Upon arrival, the guy went to the car and placed it in the cup holder which I had checked several times and said here it is. What an insult to my intelligence! You think he would have said it was in the shop or something a bit more believable. The owner defended him as well. There was no reason to remove it from the car and it definitely was not in the cup holder which is in plain sight. Beware of this place!

Our experiences with Jason and Digital Car Audio have been so good that I was compelled to write this review. First, we got all new speakers and a new stereo for our Toyota Sequoia. The installation was both professional and timely, and we also received good training on how the system works when we picked it up. Since they did such a good job on our Sequoia, we next took our Toyota Landcruiser in for a remote start, remote windows and Bluetooth connectivity for the stereo. We had been told by other shops that our only option to connect a phone was an FM Modulator, but Jason was able to install a Bluetooth connection that works a thousand times better. The rest of the installation was also done perfectly and our vehicle was put back together even better than it was. Our search for a good shop has taught us that there is no substitute for Jasons professionalism and mastery of his craft. Thank you Digital Car Audio!!!

I went in for a quote for installation. I specified what type of car, what I was looking to get installed and stated that I already have a head unit.Call me crazy, but a quote of $800+ to install a head unit (not un-installing the shaft radio, placing a bracket under my dash, and running wires) and wire 4 speakers????!!!!!!!Seemed like go away pricing. Funny thing is, I had $7,000 today, wouldve happily spent $1,000 to make my classic sound good..Ill never drive into their parking lot again.

They replaced a cracked receiver screen in my vehicle. Service was great, on time and I highly recommend them!

Took my car here to get an aftermarket stereo installed. Jason and his team did a great job with the installation, and even noticed that one of the parts I brought wasn’t compatible and offered to use one of the modules they had in stock. Would definitely take my car back there for any audio work.

The dealer recommended a company to install a new radio in my car. It never worked right. Digital Audio got all the problems resolved within minutes! A year later, the radio stopped working and, once again, Digital Audio got it working within minutes. Nice people that really know their business.

I stopped to get a qoute on replacing my radio with a bluetooth, touchscreen double din radio with camera and they made it simple. They had all of the items on hand and were able to get started right then and there- this was amazing. When they finished there was one small issue with the camera but I was not able to stay for a fix. They offered to clear it up the next day. They did so and did an amazing job! It is great to have this level of service!

Supposed lifetime warranty on installation, but when I go to ask them to look at my passenger lock because it was working before they installed speakers and stereo and now its not. I was treated as if I was crazy to think that installation of car speakers and a head unit had any correlation with my passenger door suddenly not locking. After noticing I was upset, he reluctantly said he would look at it.I totally understand that things go out. It all might be a big coincidence that the stereo got installed, and the door lock went out at the same time. This guy made it seem like it was totally impossible it could have been installation error. So much to the point, that he was obviously avoiding even looking at my car t say if it was or wasnt.

I went in to have the headlights replaced on my jeep. I didnt have the right brackets. The guy had made me pay on the front end - before looking to see if he could even install them. Instead of refunding my money, he talked me into front driver/passenger window tint. I had manufacturer tint at the time and he said I could go darker. Sounds good, just make sure not to go over the legal limit.3 days later I am pulled over by Roswells finest for having window tint darker then the legal limit. And, I leave with a ticket.I return to the shop and the guy denied us ever having the conversation about legal limit. I had to debate him and argue with him to have him even fix the tint free of charge. I wanted it fixed AND a refund to make up for the ticket. But, NOPE!Now, not even a year later, the tint is bubbling so badly, its ridiculous.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.WORST QUALITY WORK EVER.Just awful.

Digital Car Audio, simply put, is the place to take your car for any audio video needs. They have done full installs on 4 of my cars, and each time the quality of work, and value for the dollar is unmatched in the ATL metro. Jason is a straight forward guy, who i trust explicitly. I know how difficult a factory/aftermarket integration can be, and was blown away by the install quality and compatibility with even the factory remotes. Right away I knew this was the place as it showed the moment I walked in.What struck me the most is that the team is down to earth and willing to go the extra mile. Getting a 2-way remote start with bells and whistles worth learning was easily understood by the teams strategy and time taken to explain the systems full operation. Instead of the usual min wage grunt workers like from BestBuy or Frys, everyone I spoke to held my vehicle and I in the highest respect. Here is where they go the extra mile - Great Customer service!Not only that, I was shown the unit before it was installed in my vehicle - meaning it was in-stock and ready to be installed on MY time without waiting on special orders.Now Im enjoying a warm/cool vehicle every day on demand!

I made an appointment to bring the car in to remedy electrical engine noise leaking through the stereo. When I showed up on time, they were ready for me. They listened to my description of the problem and immediately went to work. They quickly found the problem which was the RCA connectors from the radio to the power amp and explained what my options were. I decided on the shielded high-end RCA connectors they had in stock, which was their recommendation. The connectors eliminated 98% of the noise. All this was done within 45 minutes. They went the extra mile spending another 10 minutes trying to get rid of the last 2% which they determined was coming from my 5 year old Pioneer radio. Replacing that would do the trick, but the noise was just barely audible and couldnt be heard while music was playing even at low volume anyway. I elected not to replace at this time.They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and their inventory was various and well-stocked. Their prices were very good as well. I highly recommend them and will go there for all my auto accessory wants and needs.

Come here, they are fast, efficient and well priced. Had a head unit, backup camera, steering wheel controlls and xm sirius installed for my dad who is disabled. It only took an hour which would have taken me almost all day and they didnt have to mount the original radio in the trunk. Everything fits perfectly and if I could give this place 10 stars I would. Very professional!!

I went to Digital Car Audio in February 2013 and had two headrest DVD players installed. They matched my black leather seats very well and everything was neatly put together. I went back June 2017 because one of the remotes was not working properly. They were able to replace it and were willing to help me more than 4 years after I purchased the items. I was very pleased and recommend them.

I just picked up my Toyota Sequoia and I had a new stereo installed along with DVD headrest. Staff was super friendly. I believe his name was John that was very patient and explained everything to us and showed us how to work the new system. The only down fall is the different color on the dvd head rest and my seat color. It’s definitely noticeable and doesn’t match. But over all I’m pleased and I will definitely be back and tell my friends about this place.

The guys helped me revitalize my ford lightning! Nothing like having apple car play, a back up camera and a freshly tuned set up in the truck. Straight up work and they stand behind their product and will make it right for you. I will only come here moving forward. Thanks guys!

Great customer service! I emailed regarding an estimate regarding fixing my Hondas CD player, and the owner called to answer my questions and concerns. I ended up choosing to install a new unit. Staff were friendly and courteous--- I highly recommend choosing them for any car audio repair or upgrade needs.

I have always had a great experience ar Digital Car Auto. I have taken both of my cars to them for tint and the job has been very professional. Just recently my mom had to take my convertible in due to defect in the tint after many years and with lifetime warranty they replaced the window tint without a problem. I would definitely recommend!

Great price! I had bew speakers installed in my dash and rear bags of my 18 k1600b. The motorcycle looks like it came from the factory the custom work was completed so nicely. Took 1 day to accomplish. If you are looking to have custom work done to your vehicle then at least give them a chance to earn your business like they have mine. Thank you for keeping me posted and wanting my opinion before just installing things as you liked. It was welcomed to be a part of the build even if it was just in idea.

I have been to two locations, the one in Roswell and the location in Lawrenceville. The staff at both places were very friendly and cordial. At Roswell, one of the staff John was extremely helpful. He understood what my car needed, worked with me to provide the best affordable option for my budget and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I felt like I was part of my car fixing process and Oh, the restroom was surprisingly very neat for a car repair shop. You wont regret taking your car to these people, they know their stuff and are very cordial to boot.

The guys here are awesome! They have put tint on one of my cars and installed a radio in the other. Both were done in a very timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Recently had them install a backup camera on one of our commercial trucks. They had to create a few custom brackets to hold both the camera and monitor in place. Was very happy with the results, better than I had expected! Will be back soon with the rest of the fleet

I got my windows tinted here about 3 years ago on my Civic, it still looks great today so I decided to bring my Mazda in. After the job was done the car looks MUCH better and it feels way cooler inside compared to no tint. Staff were very friendly on the phone and in person when braking down the price. Id recommend these guys to anyone, I had a great experience both times Ive been there.

The guys worked quickly and were nice enough but my dash is scratched up and part of the steering column cover clasps are broken. The manager was willing to help but I just dont know that I want to continue going through all the rigmarole...

Bought a top of the line radio from these guys a while ago. . Had an incident with some guys I left my vehicle with and somehow there was some damage done to the radio. I brought it back to these guys, albeit my warranty had ran out these guys stand by their work and their products and took very good care of me. I’ll be sure to return !!

Mikey up front was great at helping me find speakers for my Toyota 86 and I’m really satisfied and I for sure will definitely be back again. He was also a very nice and knowledgeable guy on what he does.

On top of everything the bass knob that was new didnt work.. And my Amp went into protection mode.. After I said well take the knob out and I was told Id have to be charged for taking it out.. The guy was irritated and took my car and claim to have took the knob out after 8min, when I got in the car the old knob was no longer on my passenger seat.. Lastly I get ready to leave and my brake knob is missing.. I just found it on my floor.. Im highly discussed with this place and I will be finding a way to contact the owner because for one I want my brake knob fixed..

I brought my car in to Digital Car Audio to troubleshoot an issue with my rear speakers which werent working. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had me on the road in no time and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. How this company still opens doors amazes me to be honest. Shocked the cars they work on do not burn to ground. You can clearly tell from the wiring alone noone there is certified as installers. Ive called numerous times as a customer just to prove to our customers how little they know about 12volt products. Be smart stay away

Let me start out by saying that I’m very particular about the quality of services I receive on mine and my wife’s cars. We both had been wanting to upgrade to the 7” touchscreen Pioneer multimedia/Apple Car play receivers. I looked around, I asked questions and I even visited a few shops. My wife had stopped by Digital Audio in Roswell to “window shop”. She came home and told me she was impressed. I stopped in to Digital myself and met John the manager who was extremely knowledgeable about car stereo equipment. There was no question where we were going to do business. John was very confident in his abilities. He was polite and respectful to both of us. He took time and he explained ALL of our options. Today, Monday, we took delivery of my car when John had finished with it. We had picked up my wife’s car on the previous Thursday. We were both perfectly satisfied with our service. Our autos were completed on time and slightly under the quoted price. John was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to further upgrades on my car in the near future. I read a review from a gentleman that stated “John was a jerk”. Let me assure you that John is anything but a jerk. He is so knowledgeable of his products and services that he could come across as cocky to some people. He is a perfectionist with a sharp memory. He pays close attention to detail. I bought a lower-end stereo from an online retailer that my specialized mechanic could not get installed. He recommended this place, and the guys here did a great job getting the stereo working. That stereo was the wrong one for me and I decided to buy a unit from these guys as they took the time to make sure that the unit I am purchasing can play Google Music and my Fiio music files (WMA format). Given the complexity of different file types, stereo models that will fit you car, and time, Id highly recommend coming to see these guys to get the right stereo for your car.

Great experience with the shop. The labor costs are extremely fair, and the service was professional. I came in for an electrical problem in my SUV that I couldnt find. The guys found it pretty quickly, and then cleaned up my messy head-unit self-installation.

These guys are awesome. Each time I interact with them I appreciate the no-nonsense approach. They helped me on two cars thus far, installing OEM parts that needed to be wired in and aftermarket equipment that needed to be connected to the fuse box. They would not accept the job until either I provided the parts or they had the know how of what to do in hand - i.e. have wiring diagrams. They are very professional and stand behind their work. I will come back with my next install request - whenever it may occur.

Manager John and owner Chris both are completely unprofessional. John has power to sell product and but when it comes to return the product he has to take permission from Chris. Chris sits at Duluth location and allocate store credit without knowing th details. I went to this place for installation of car play navigation multimedia radio pioneer 2300. While selling it to me they said this is best product. They installed it on March 20th 2018, same day I called John and I told him that the radio has pandora and it’s not working with my wife’s phone. Next morning I went to store to show him that he said no the system is fine I think there is problem in that phone. I asked him to install other device I showed him on amazon and other places but he said no we can’t. When I asked him to refund the money he said you have to talk to Chris regarding that. I called to Chris, without knowing the whole situation he said I can’t after talking to him a while he said I can give you half money as a store credit. When I asked him what about the material he said no for material we can’t they kept the all material(installation kit-250$) and charge me for the labour and give me half money as store credit. Which I don’t want to use in future. Worst people.

Good place to visit. Jason and the employers are very professional. They installed to me a window film 3m in my toyota corolla 2006 and put my new radio pioneer with apple car play and works great in my iphone 7plus. highly recomended. thanks guys good job

I did not have a good experience. My bass wasnt working. They said I needed a new amplifier which cost 170.00. It was available online for 65.00. I went down the street to Frys. They said it wasnt the amplifier at all, it was just some connectors. They fixed it for 19.99. I wont be back.

Took my Rav4 a couple months ago here because my subwoofers were rattling every time I played music and was greeted by an employee named Mikey at the front. He was very friendly and he sure knew his stuff. He tested my subwoofers and adjusted them so that they wouldn’t rattle any more. I am highly satisfied with his work and his attitude. He had a positive gesture and I could tell he has patience. If anything happens again I know where to go and who to ask for.

Labor rate quoted was 85.00. Charged me 95.00 for a 15 minute speaker install (rate of $380/hour). Required me to pay up front because he had to leave for the day (at 2:00PM). Guy who finished the job couldnt give me a receipt. Only receipt I got was my credit card receipt. Will never go back. AVOID!

I was trying to get my train horns installed and everywhere in roswell said they couldnt do it but these guys charged almost half of what big auto places like Allsouth Auto quoted me and had it done in a day. A year later it still works like a charm. Id use them again for sure.Also Ive seen a lot of poor reviews but I heard theyre under new management so maybe its all good now. May just be a rumorI was happy with my service though

Very unprofessional staff! the manager (John) was a complete jerk. damage was done to my vehicle and he refused to take responsibility. the owner will only communicate with his minions. refuses to call or email me. stay away from this shop. installers are incompetent!

Absolute criminals! I was way overcharged for the installation of speakers and an amp in my Jeep JK. I originally came in and bought an Alpine ILX107 radio from these guys and asked for competitive pricing against Crutchfield and was scolded for asking for price match (200 dollar difference). the manager did the match but was not happy about it. I brought the Jeep back for speaker installation and was charged 1789.0 to install 4 speakers and a 5 channel AMP. I recently went by and pulled my invoices when the manager was out and shopped the pricing online due to a friend wanting my setup and discovered I was more than tripled charged on pretty much everything. I was charged labor for bypassing a factory sub which my Jeep did not even have installed. I will NEVER step foot in these stores again! the manager, you should be ashamed of yourself ;-(

I had a GREAT and Satisfying Service. Nick & John were GREAT, quoted me prices that were more than resonable for the work to be completed. Installed my wired back up camera system into my Van in quite fast, it works great. I had taken my Truck to a competetor to have a radio & speakers installed and they ripped everything up. You couldnt tell Digital Car Audio had taken anything apart, Great friendly people. I will get all my future work done with DGA.

Digital Car Audio (DCA) in Roswell installed the 7” touchscreen Pioneer multimedia / Apple Car play receiver. This was an upgrade from a Sony bluetooth / navigation system which DCA had installed several years prior. Simply put -- job well done! John and his staff were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend DCA.

I have had 2 cars tinted here and bought the lifetime warranty. Brought one car back for a repair and when we picked it up our key with fob was broken. It was fine when we dropped it off so clearly they broke it! They refused to accept responsibility for this and actually had the nerve to say “it’s like 14 years old and it’s wear and tear”. The car is a 2012. Man talked under his breath and was straight rude. Gave us the managers number and said “we can’t prove they did anything”. Used to be a great place with quality service and work, must be new ownership. I will recommend going elsewhere to anyone and will until they do the right thing and replace the key fob. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS but it won’t allow me to.

So I did some research and asking around and found digital car audio was apparently the best local place to get your radio done. Their labor rates were a little pricy but hey everyone said they were the place to go. So I purchased about a $500 pioneer head unit for my fully loaded Yukon with premium sound (Bose speakers ect.) so then of course I had to purchase the wiring for the steering wheel buttons ect. I also had them wire me and amp for my subs. Its has been almost 6 months to the day since they installed. It worked perfectly for about 3 months then the problems came. My factory Bose amp is apparently not big enough so I researched and purchased a J&L audio amp from them and they installed it for a hefty price when this shouldve been one of the initial things considered since they said they see this problem all the time. Now my radio works about half the time my steering wheel buttons are iffy at best my head unit freezes up and goes through this process every time I start my car. When I went in I said I wanted it done right and that was apparently no problem. Also I was told that anything wrong with the wiring and whatnot would be covered by them since they installed it which is the whole reason I had them do it and didnt do it myself. Well not 6 months after the install they are having a hard time owning up to the fact that yes I would like them to fix and require my entire nearly $1200 radio setup. Tell me if Im wrong but I think they should do it on them since it is a product of their own work. If you have had a better experience, good for you but this is just mine.

They charged $85.00 to take out and see what the problem was. 10 days later without them to give a call to tell me what kind problem was i decide to call and someone told the tech person was going to return my call and never did.2 days later i called and one of the employees said that the ribbon cable was broken and they couldn,t fix it, however if i could find the part they could do the job. They never tried to looking for online for the part.After doing my search i found the valid replacement cable and i took to the them. When i got there the store manager (John) told me that they couldn,t do the job because they didn,t know what the problem was.YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME, that what i said.I told him that wasn,t a good way to run the business. He got the part and told me that was going to take 5 to 10 business days to do the job because he was going to send the dvd player to the Duluth location.2 hours later he called me and said one of he employees was working on it and i could go in the afternoon with my car so he could put it back.Okay..... Why he said he was going to send it to Duluth store??? And he did the job in his store....Even though they fixed the problem I was totally disappointed the way i was treated and i will NEVER recommend anyone to that store.

Digital Car Audio in Roswell is a great company to do business with. I dealt with them few times over the years and they always give me good service and fair price. I had my Toyota 4Runner there today for a new radio installation/purchase and also hardwiring my Garmin GPS and Radar detector and they gave me a fair estimate for the work. As it turns out, I did not need the specific adaptor that was originally quoted and they did not charge me for it. Most other companies would have charged me that adaptor. Anyway, I am pleased with their work once again and I will deal with them in the future

Ive going to this stereo shop for about 11 years before it was Digital Car Audio, Ive always had awesome service. Ive taken atleast 6 cars there for audio and tinting work. But after the experience i just had Im NEVER going back. About 3 months ago i had them install a hideaway subwoofer i brought them and recently i didnt like the performance of it so i purchased a new one and brought my car over and had it swapped out. They told me for a new install they charge 185, but mine wasnt a new install so it should be less. I said ok and left, about an hour and a half later they called said it was ready. I go to pay and he stillcharged me full price, there was no new install, all the wires and everything were already there. They didnt have to do anything but change the connection plug and disconnect the old equipment. They didnt even change out the remote bass control in my center console????? Yet they still charged me full price??? What kind of crooked service is that?? I was expecting he would cut the price in half, needless to say i will never bring my car back or recommend any friends or family like i have in the past.
