I would highly recommend this place!!! Although delivery times arent guaranteed, the owner went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute request. In addition, the delivery person called before and after the delivery to ensure a smooth transaction. The recipient was overjoyed with the edible arrangement! Thank you both so much!!!

I came in today just wanting some white chocolate covered strawberries! Keesh (spell check) was extremely helpful! He made a fresh batch for me and even brought it to my car. He is a great employee.

I have personally met the owners and they are amazing! This edible takes the cake! Literally the best looking and tasting arrangements anywhere! I’ve ordered numerous times and I will always order because not only are they punctual but they have it ready even before the allotted time or time requested. They are about family, love, and quality. Please go to this location because I have never had such a pleasant experience at any other location like this!

My experience with the Edible Arrangement store in Woodstock was exceptional. I needed a quick arrangement for my anniversary done in a short time. I placed my order the night before and was contacted by a store Rep. He called to inform me that, frankly, he wasnt confident that theyd be able to accommodate my deliver time criteria. He said they could try to meet my deadline, however theyd have to up-charge me for an earlier delivery. He could sense my uncertainty over the phone and instead assured me that he would only up-charge me if his delivery person was able to make it on time. Then on the next day, not only did they deliver the arrangement on time but they also decided not to up-charge me at all!!I was so grateful for both their exceptional customer service and consideration. I would definitely recommend their store to any other prospects in the greater Atlanta area!

I have never tasted fruit this good. As an Optometrist, we always have complimentary fruits and arrangements for our staff and patients. They love it, we love it! I love placing orders with the edible store in Roswell. The staff is super friendly. I highly recommend this store location to anyone who wants fresh, classy, enjoyable fruit!

When Im in town visiting my friend, this is my preferred Edible location for chocolate covered strawberries. They are SO yummy and they will always provide great service, even if it is a last minute thought!

Received a large get well edible arrangement from this location. I had to throw out 1/2 of the fruit because it was mushy/brown/spoiled. The fruit that was visibly ok was cut roughly and had no flavor. I called the location to share the details of the product I received. The manager said the fruit was fresh, just cut and my concerns made no sense. He did offer to redeliver “on Monday”when the next shipment of fruit would arrive. Never happened. Looks like a trend is being set after reading the recent comments on this location. It’s a shame because edible arrangements have always been an outstanding and a wonderful gift!

Very caring and outstanding service, they treat you like you’re a family member and give great insight for different items. I loved talking to Kishan about the different types of bouquets and boxes, and he was a great help in finding what I needed in my budget for a special surprise for a loved one!

The staff at EA went overboard to ensure my order was take care of, after I had to make several changes to the product and date of delivery. They went out of their way to take care of me. VERY personable and friendly.

Had a terrible experience with this location. I placed an order for same day delivery and then called this location and was told they would not be able to deliver the same day. The young man even stated their website isn’t true and I shouldn’t trust it. I cancelled that order and needed to order for the next day delivery. The order was delivered however the person was not home so the delivery person left the item sitting on the doorstep in the hot sun. This location let their driver leave fruit and chocolate sitting in the sun. They did not attempt to call the recipient or myself. Not a good experience with this location at all.

The people here are fantastic. They answered the phone promptly both times and helped me with all of my questions. You can tell they want to do a great job. Ive been wanting to surprise my girlfriend with an arrangement for a long time, but I was worried it wouldnt be worth the money. Im pleased to say it was worth every penny. She was ecstatic, and it really cheered her up during whats been a tough week. I rarely leave reviews, so if I do, its because the service and product were stellar. She said the bananas in particular were amazing.

This mom and pop shop may be a franchise, but Incredible they are!!!! I called to place an order on February 13th in the late afternoon for valentines the next day. The chocolate strawberries were huge fresh and sweet . Better than sherry’s and a local family business!!!! Call them, they rock !!!!

Worst delivery driver ever. Called me and was so rude and yelled at me on the phone because he wasnt capable of delivering the arrangement to an apartment. yelled and cursed at me over the phone and hung up on me. when my sister got the arrangement, he didnt even knock and the balloon flew away. worst delivery person ever and his professionalism will get him fired.

I got a Mothers Day platter from Roswell, Ga & it looked NOTHING like the picture on the website and it had MOLD on it. Its short 1 cheesecake, no mothers day hearts, no whipped cream, and MOLD on the strawberry... Just wow.Store manager at first accused us of lying because it goes through 4 people before it leaves and then when we sent pictures to prove it he only offered partial refund of $10 at first because I could have still picked around it and eaten it, it wasnt that serious to throw it away, and they were tired & ready to go home and i told him I wanted the whole thing refunded so he said he would only refund the platter and not the delivery because they still had to pay someone to deliver it.... ughI called this morning to make sure he couldnt complain about being tired and ready to go home to once again request a full refund and JOSH the store manager told me to not ever call his store again since i was so unhappy with the product. And when i told him i would be reporting to corporate how he was speaking to me he hung up on me because he didnt like that. TERRIBLE SERVICE somebody PLEASE fire this man.

After a bad experience at a different location with moldy fruit. The Roswell location honored my mix dipped fruit Bday gift coupon and gave me a choice of mix fruits or just strawberry’s. Unfortunately they did not have the mix fruits ready. However, my lovely cashier offered to make one for me right away. The wait was not long she was very nice and professional and wished me a happy birthday as I was leaving😊my only regret is I didn’t tip her but hope this makes up for it. Thank you again😇

With covid-19 going on. I have not left my house. IPlaced a delivery order from this location and it was the best fruit I have ever tasted. I called the manager and asked how their fruit is so good. I love this location. They always have the freshest fruit. The staff was super friendly to me. Even when I am craving some chocolate. I call this location and order a dozen chocolate covered strawberries.

Called and spoke with Courtney who is a customer service rep this am. I wanted to place an order to my daughter and I had a $5 off coupon sent to my email. She would not honor it and states she cannot override to complete my order. Her customer service skills were terrible. I asked for her store manager. She gave me their name as KP. I will call back and speak to them. I do a lot of business with Edibles and this woman ruined in. Train your people how to handle customers in a polite and professional manner. Do not use this store!!!!

Do they have less than 1 star? This has been aggravating me for some time now and I have been recently persuaded that I really need to write a review.I received a delivery from this franchise a few months back. It was left at the street at the mailbox. I found it two days later, after it had been marked (urinated on) by dogs. I called the franchise directly and was told to talk to the driver. I spoke to the driver and he LIED and said he did not deliver it to the mailbox at the street. I told him he must have misdelivered it and the person who he delivered it to must have been kind and redelivered. He told me that it was not his problem and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager. She listened to why I was calling and then transferred me to the same lying driver who told me it was not his problem. I then called the 800# and they took all my information and never called me back. I have used Edible Arrangements from another franchise for years without any issues. I was completely taken aback by the treatment I received from this particular location as well as the lack of concern from the 800#. It is possible that I will never use Edible Arrangements again, ever.
