I just called to get a price quote for printing copies of a business proposal. Terrible phone etiquette. I was cut off in the middle of my sentence and rushed off the phone. I have a small business and will need higher volume service soon, but I will not use them. You should value each customer that calls your business and take the time to at least hear them out. I was rushed off the phone before I could ask about any other services!
