My ring is hallow underneath. The pictures of the ring online show a solid band... After sizing my ring through this store, its hallow. Making my finger feel itch and uncomfortable. My boyfriend purchased the care package... Im assuming this happened during sizing. So if you wear anything besides a 7... Dont get it sized through the store.

As someone who buys holistic jewelry, I havent bought any in over 10 plus years because I have changed my beliefs that you should only buy what you need. Nevertheless, from being a college student with ENMU Portales, New Mexico with student loans, this $2,500.00 approved credit limit has given me the first time ti purchase something from a jeweler and Ive been to the cities close by Portales, New Mexico, and cities in Texas. At this level of detail, its not about the price or piece of jewelry but rather the experience of shopping at this jewelry store. In essence, buying a gift was an addition to the feeling of being a part of something bigger than myself. In my opinion, this is where the magic happens.Thank You,Frank Martinez

Went to shop for wedding rings, guy kept pushing for my phone number, women was wearing very low v neck shirt, very unprofessional especially when your trying to buy gifts for a loved one. Sales rep new very little about pricing of items. Needs much improvement, lost a huge sale!!!

I bought a ring here many years ago.. in the case the price tag said $7,000 they sold it out the door for $4800 however I had the account info printed out a few days ago at the Zales store here in Roswell..and the price listed was $3600.. so either they are cooking the books or someone got a nice commission that day..anyway.. I do not care about any of that but I do care about one of the diamonds falling out and Zales not honoring the warranty for a ring that I paid $4800 for.. because I either forget or do not have time to bring it to them to inspect on a regular basis.. it all seems a little shady to me.. I will take it to J&L and see what kind of customer service I can get with them.. I have heard good things about J&L..

Employees are very kind and helpful and I love the jewelry selection. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had my hopes up to buy a new wedding ring while it was on sale using their lease but was misinformed about being able to pay what the lease didnt cover so sadly I left without it. But hopefully Ill be able to save up the money over the next few months and go back to get it.

I had dropped off my ring for repairing. They said they’ll call me when it came back. Why 3 stars? Because the sales rep that helped me was kinda rude and I felt like she was rushing me.
