Easily the worst, most unprofessional company Ive had to deal with. Ive been assisting my out-of-state parents set up their new home here in Georgia. I have worked with many contractors during this processes who have been great and worked with my schedule to get things fixed in the house -- from plumbing to shower doors and closet installations. There has been a work order to adjust the from doors and locks for at least 3 months now and we finally (after both the builder and my parents sent multiple requests) heard back. Due to the nature of my work, I am only available on Thursdays and asked to be scheduled on this day of the week. The man I spoke with said he could not schedule me that far out (LESS THAN ONE WEEK) and he would tentatively pencil me in but if I hadnt heard from him by that Tuesday, to text him. Apparently it is my job to make sure he follows up on his own work orders. Tuesday came and went and no word so I sent a text the following morning. I asked to be schedule for that Thursday and his reply said his schedule has now been consumed and can I do Monday. --- So...you couldnt get me scheduled, yet now youre full and never thought to communicate that with me after I had to take the initiative to follow up on your job? No sir, as I mentioned last week, I cannot do any day other than Thursdays.Absolutely horrendous customer service and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have high tolerance, and this was extremely unacceptable.

Wow...where to start with the detailing of their incompetence and horrible customer service. We bought two sets of trusses for two jobs. The first job came in with the wrong snow-load, incomplete, and loaded up on the roof upside-down and backwards! The second job, they sent five trusses for a small 6 addition (should have only been 3). The trusses sent were wrong and should have been attic trusses. When we called, they refused to accept blame and made excuses for everything and still demanded payment. Absolutely not! These guys at the Issaquah branch are atrocious and should not be in business!
Bought a fairly expensive front door that warped and they said so sorry it is not under warranty...really? Horrible customer service....they honestly do not care if you are happy or not. Find another vendor and save yourself problems.
Not sure if youd blame the company or their sub-contractors (probably somewhere in the middle) but absolutely incompetent. Our builder (John Wieland) used BMC to install the windows on our home and we noticed that one window was foggy. Had someone out to take a look at it and all seemed okay ... fast forward to now and they have been to our home FIVE times over the course of several months (b/c every time they get it wrong, YOU have to wait 3 weeks for a new window to come in), each time with something wrong. Four times with the wrong glass (one time not even scheduled, some guy just showed up at our house??) and this time they have the right glass but the wrong trim. So I have mismatched windows until they can hopefully fix this AGAIN. And the installers response when I told him I was unhappy about the result of mismatched windows? Dont look up
Extremely mean and they don’t care about their customers. Do not honor their warranty and they send their attorny to tell you go to hell.Delivery was never ontime
A prejudice company they treat black people so badly and threaten you with your job daily.
