I had a spring pop, and the garage door was getting to a where it was binding. Called One Clear Choice on Tuesday and I was good to go by Wednesday!Brian came and knocked everything out quickly and efficiently; installed a new belt fed opener that I was planning to upgrade anyways, replaced the springs and double checked everything to let me know about potential issues. He explained everything he did, and what I should expect.Overall great experience!!!

One Clear Choice Garage Doors was an appropriate name for the company. They answered my phone call promptly, verified all my information, and had service here within hours. The technician was quick, explained the issue clearly and said we could get back with a response. No hesitation on our part and problem was fixed right there and then. The only think I would suggest is to have the company comply with Covid regulations and make sure technicians show us with masks on.

Patrick was my tech today. He gave me multiple options on repairing my doors. I agreed to the work done and my doors run so smoothly and quiet! He was courteous and polite. He had the doors fix in no time too! I recommend them highly.

I had a broken spring and called One Clear Choice for a repair. I agreed to a couple of things besides the springs but the installer kept pointing out more and more things I supposedly needed. When he was done there was a terrible screeching noise that was not there before he started. He claimed that the noise was due to my door opener and needed to be replaced. I was fed up with them trying to pad the bill so accepted the repair as is and called a different company to install a door opener. When the new company showed up, they asked if OCC had lubricated the spring. They had not so the new guy lubricated the spring and the noise went away. I feel that OCC did not lubricate the spring on purpose in order to pad their bill even more with a new door opener.

Last week I made a huge mistake by calling Precision door openers for my garage door #1. They were good & on time but I was overcharged by $337.10! I kind of thought that it was too much but since we’re still reeling from a pandemic I didn’t know what was the going on with the pricing for a nice Liftmaster garage door opener. So since I’ve taken one for the team of good consumers just do yourself a favor and call One Clear Choice Garage Doors. They’re timely (my guy was early) professional, friendly, and they installed the same garage door opener today as their competitor for much less. I guess the thing that stung the most was that I trusted Precision because they had the Trust Dale seal of approval. But I was taken for a ride. Kudos to the One Clear Choice team, I recently bought a home and the seller was unable to have the garage door repaired, I tried for about a week and then contacted One Clear Choice. Another 5 Stars !Just had our new garage door installed today and couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process from start to finish. OCC’s price match was great when Home Depot had a sale. There order processing(Andrea) was always available to answer any questions we had. Delivery was longer than normal(due to COVID), but the door arrived a few days earlier than they had projected. Installation scheduling was very quick (TWO days) and the installation team did their thing for 6 hours before giving us a walkthrough with our new door and opener. Everything was a 5 star experience.

My husband & I purchased our garage door through Home Depot. Home Depot subcontracts One clear Choice Garage Doors & I can honestly say that this has been the BEST company that Home Depot has as a subcontractor. Once the garage door had arrived, we had to move the plumbing in the garage & move boxes out of the way from our move. Unfortunately, my husband ended up having kidney stones & had to have surgery. I also suffered for several months with back issues & ended up having surgery as well. So with 2 surgeries & health issues, it took us much longer to clear the garage & move the plumbing. Well One Clear Choice was AMAZING & PATIENT. Judy was Awesome. We had one gentleman that came out to look at the garage before scheduling the installation. He was not only AMAZING BUT HONEST AS WELL. They the scheduled another appointment so the carpenter could come out to the house too, as the garage opening was all messed up because we purchased an old home. They were both great, honest & thorough. Once the job was scheduled for installation, the first day of carpentry was SPECTACULAR & we were very happy with the garage door as well as the complete installation experience. Needless to say, our experience with One Clear Choice & the team was WONDERFUL. I will definitely call them again to install our front door once we are ready & will highly recommend them.

We called this company for help with a broken spring that made our garage door inoperative. Brad sent a dispatch to a technician while we were on the call and set us up for an appointment within just a few hours. The technician, Matthew arrived early, was extremely courteous and efficient, and gave a firm price for the repair before the work began. He finished quickly, went over everything he had done. The entire experience, including what I believe to be a very fair price for the work, exceeded my expectations.

The first time I used these guys it was to replace a spring perform a torsion conversion on a busted door installed by my builder. They were fantastic then. More recently, I had to replace all of my garage door openers due to a power surge caused by utility construction on the street. Once again, they could not have been better/more professional. Ive dealt with other garage door companies that were awful, went out of business, didnt honor their word but my experiences with One Clear Choice have been excellent and I would recommend them without hesitation.

They false advertise beating any competitors price for the identical garage door to be ordered. I sent them a competitive price from Builder Specialties for an identical Clopay Garage Door, which btw was more than $1000 cheaper, and they never replied to my request to bring their price $100 lower that the Builder Specialties price. I was told by Bonny Ramsey, a very aggressive sales person, that she had to send the price for approval by her boss and the boss never approved it and she quit responding to my emails. Needless to say I ordered the garage door from Builder Specialties and everything went super smooth, great company and very knowledgeable specialists, would recommend them totally...I received a call from the General Manager Keenan Gingrich today 7-29-2020 and he apologized for the situation created by the lack of communication of the sales person, he approved the $100 lower than competitors price deal and we had no idea; thats why we ordered the door from BSI. Now, the fact that they saw what happened and are sending us $200 as a good will gesture and to compensate for the bad taste. I am so sorry they did not get our business, they surely look like the best in the industry and will recommend them to our friends and family. I can see they want their business to be streamlined by customer satisfaction, not sure exactly why this glitch and I am happy they reached out to amend...

We set up an appointment based upon the positive experience in store to replace one garage door opener and assess our other door that has had a few issues. Service was on time, extremely informative, and friendly. They did not leave until everything was completed, the new opener was programmed and area was very tidy. From time we discussed our installation of a overhead door opener to the time the job was completed, the whole process was handled very professionally.Judy in the showroom is extremely knowledgeable and the installer, Ty, is absolutely great at his job. We updated our entire exterior and it was time to replace the 35 year old garage door and door opener. They quoted. They Scheduled. They arrived and did perfect work. Both installers were professionals and treated our project with urgency and professionalism.

I couldnt ask for better service. They were very friendly with great communication and text updates on arrival time. They explained and showed me what was wrong with my door and gave several options to fix. They have all the info, prices and pics on software on the technicians iPad, so they arent just making up random prices for parts and labor. There were no surprises and they fixed it quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I feel like I got a good price for the amount of work that was done and I have a 10 year warranty. I would highly recommend them!

Update 2/10 -- I hired One Clear Choice again as I decided to replace both of my openers. Awesome service (just like last time) and the technician was super friendly and knowledgable. Programmed all my cars, keypad, showed me how to work the app on my phone. Talked to me about how to care for the doors and to maintain them. I hired other guys a few years back and the difference between them and One Clear Choice is amazing. Hire these guys if you need garage door work!!!!!Great company!!!!! I have had serious issues with my door from another company that installed it. One Clear Choice came out that day and fixed the problem correctly! Ty (the repair tech) was super knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. Highly recommend these guys (especially after having such a bad experience with the previous company).

I had two garage doors and new jacklift openers installed.I got three quotes. OCC was the middle quote. Had a good track record and their quote was thorough. I also talked to the owner for about 20 minutes. I visited their showroom off of Mansell. Good selection of doors. They were patient with me as it took us a while to choose color and style. Doors were installed yesterday. Installer was courteous and efficient. Doors look great and are super quiet. I frankly didn’t realize garage doors could be so quiet.Would definitely recommend! The big name in Atlanta came in at almost $1000 more and had poorer service.

This company truly cares for their customers. I had called this company to come out and fix my garage door and garage door system. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day and due to the age of my garage and some other issues, had to completely replace my garage system. No one enjoys spending money on these kinds of things, but nothing could bet the price and warranty I got on my new garage system. Also, after a year having my garage system, it was acting up with the remote on the wall, so I scheduled an appt for next day, and technician came out, resolved issue under an 30min, and didnt have to pay anything due to my warranty. The technician was extremely informative on what had happened and resolved issue ASAP. This company is awesome and highly recommend them. They schedule appts fast, extremely reasonable with prices, etc.

One Clear Choice did a great job fixing our garage door. The springs broke on ours and One Clear Choice had a service technician out the next day. As luck would have it, our springs broke right before a big cold front blew into town, so I was really happy they could get someone out so quickly. I received a text message with a picture of the person who would be working on my door and he actually showed up on time.He was very knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to inspect everything and take pictures. He then replaced the springs and a couple other worn out parts and had everything done in only about an hour. After everything was complete, I received an email with a report on all the work and I was shocked at how detailed the report was. This is really a great company and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly, I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work.

I am just amazed at the service that i received from One Clear Choice but i guess the name explains it all. Before i decided to go with this company i accepted 4 quotes from 4 different companies but i did not struggle with the decision to award the job to One Clear Choice.Starting from the day that i stepped into the show room and Brad navigated me through the different doors to the point when Chris came out to ensure that measurements were accurate. The way the explained things to me have me now thinking that i am a garage door expert...lolOn the install day i saw someone doing a job like it was his own house. We ran into a couple of obstacles but because of Chris knowledge in this field it was as if there was never any issue as he had a solution ready as we identify these issues.One last thing before i seat here and write an essay is that this guy was so sensitive to our time and everyone in our household was pleased with the work.
