Their pre-prepared meals (holidays) and take-aways (pizzas, sushi) are delicious. The staff is well-trained, helpful, and courteous; and they will speed your checkout when theres a crowd. The meat market is well stocked with quality products and the staff is helpful. I shop here often and highly recommend the store (Woodstock Rd, Roswell).

Looks like a great place to shop. I usually stop by here for a few specific things. The selection looks huge here. I havent bought anything here that was not great. The staff is always helpful and friendly here. Things are easy to find in the store. They have Hawaii Springs water here which I really like.

A bit expensive but worth it!You can find different kinds if organic and healthy foods.Additionally, their store design is tempting. I like their blossoms as well.I think they have the most variety of olives in the region.Service is also very good.Take the opportunity of fresh and delicious food, groceries, and so on.I should mention the breads too.

Im a instacart shopper and I came to the store to get 11 items and 3 was out of stock..2 spices and crab legs..this cause me to lose $28 dollars in tips because i had to refunded the items.. the staff was great and store was too... but they were out of stock on several items according to another customer aswell..

The food here is sometimes fresh and sometimes not. I have to look and pick carefully. As a whole Fresh Market has house branded items that are really tasty. But this location is not as fresh as I expected.

Had a great experience! Savannah and Kalib (or Kaelen) hard to tell with masks on, but these two were so great in helping me with all of my grocery bags and were so sweet!

Im particularly happy with the produce. Its always fresh and theres always someone around keeping it maintained. Prices are premium but so is the quality. Good pot pie, great fish options. I dont know about prepared foods or bakery items, but looks pretty good.

The only downside to this fancy grocery are the prices. The food is fresh, the grab and go are plentiful and varied. What I really love is the little Big Meal. Each week its different and around $20.

Reposting. I revisited this store after corporate reached out. Things have improved greatly. All employees were properly wearing masks and kept appropriate distances. Would still like to see more encouragement for shoppers to enter with masks. I know you cannot force this, but more encouragement seems appropriate. That seems to work for the big box groceries in the neighborhood.Very disappointed at the Covid response at this store. Very scary visit today as several employees on the floor had their masks pulled down around their necks with their mouths and noses exposed and a few others had the top of their masks pulled down below the nose. No one was offering masks to patrons entering the store without masks.You cant force customers to wear masks, but you can encourage them.Dont think I will return to this store.

Purchased 8lbs choice filets for Christmas. Their strategy is clearly in marketing poor quality products that are propped up to look great and priced at a premium. The beef was sold as “choice filets” but was about 50% fat. Shameful business practice. Looking forward to this location closing!!!

I live in Roswell but work in Alpharetta… so I shop at 2 different Fresh Market locations. The Roswell store is smaller and less organized then the Alpharetta location (corner of Haynes Bridge and Old Alabama).While the Roswell store works fine for regular shopping… the Alpharetta Store is where to go for a larger selection, better stocked store and where they are prepared for Holiday shopping. Yes, I have to go to the Haynes Bridge/Old Alabama store when the Roswell Store lets me down.I keep making the mistake of ordering from the Roswell store for my Holiday orders… and every time I go to pick it up something has gone wrong with my order. I think it was last Thanksgiving… they ran out of Pumpkin pies on the Monday or Tuesday of Thanksgiving week. IMO this is way too early to run out of a Thanksgiving staple. Luckily, the Alpharetta Store was well stocked.This year, the loaded Potato Au Gratin was the problem. It wasn’t ready when I went to pick up my order… they had to make it in the deli. But the deli did not use the right size container for this $24.99 purchase. The container I received is HALF the size of last years container. One of my kids noticed it since this is a favorite. I paid $24.99 for a little container of potatoes. And I bought 2 orders of the Potatoes Au Gratin... so I actually paid $50 for 1 order of Potatoes Au Gratin. Something happens EVERY SINGLE holiday. I have other stories… but I will resist writing a novel about it.I am seriously annoyed… and mainly at myself since I KNOW from past that the Roswell Store will let me down during the holidays.Bottom line… I am making my holiday orders at the Alpharetta Store from now on. The Roswell Store is never prepared.

Will not be coming back because apparently there is limit on how long you can visit. Lol was minding my own business and enjoying a leisurely stroll through the aisles to pick out a snack. Upon arrival to the check out counter the cashier immediately said “dang you’ve been in this store for almost an hour.” Lol ummm okay... What a strange thing to say. He sure must have been watching hard. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Just don’t stay longer than an hour because you will be summoned by the Time Police🙄😂

Not so Fresh Market: Twice this year we have purchased bad chicken from this location. The Alpharetta location is a much better option.

Very friendly, helpful, and beautiful clean store. We asked produce clerk if they had any more Cotton Candy Grapes. They were out. Asst. Manager Thomas returned 5 min. later where he found one last package. Even washed them so we could sample them. Excellent service!!

Was really upset when they closed the one off of Johnson Ferry in East Cobb, but this one is pretty close. They have great weekly dinner special for four. Wish they would do 2 of these per week, but you cant beat the price on these weekly specials. I also LOVE there banana chocolate chip bread!!

Great food for great price. Its more expensive but its all organic. I think I got 2 sodas a veal chop some veggies and fajita meat along with some olive oil and it costed me just inder 200 bucks. Amazing quality food though. Cant find this good of quality anywhere else

Its a 3 for me probably but I dont think I am their target customer, and the place is lovely. The selection is small and what they do carry seems to be the less preferred version to me. Like the Barrys tea isnt the black tea I like, its the decaf. Probably more health conscious. I just dont feel like I could get my weekly shopping done here for less than $300 and its only two of us and a baby. The store is beautiful, and food cases are enticing. Id probably frequent it for lunch if it is was just a little closer.

This store is very clean, stocked well and has very competitive prices. Everything I needed was easily found and checkout was very fast.

While some items are overpriced, the quality is excellent. This is the only shop I buy meat in, as I can always count on it to be fresh. The staff are super friendly, and I love that the butcher and deli staff remember me and what I like. I especially enjoy the recommendations they make for something new. It feels like a true neighborhood market, and I love that.

Not impressed

I stopped in quickly to purchase cookies & paper plates for an open house I was hosting within the hour. Honestly, I could get lost in the ambiance of this store. It is so inviting, and extremely easy to get sidetracked with all they have to offer, I almost forgot why I stopped in! First off, their products are high end so dont expect to pinch pennys here, however, the quality is top notch so you dont mind spending a little extra for the value. They offer a lot of unique products that entice you to keep shopping or even purchase. Whether you need it or not, you just want to browse and touch or smell, maybe even taste if you allow yourself to fall!

Every time I go to Fresh Market Roswell I leave appreciating the helpful attitude of the people I encounter. Today was my good fortune to meet Glenis. She was over and above helpful and a joy to meet. The bakery didn’t have my husbands favorite dessert and the bakery lady offered a suggestion. Glenis overhearing the conversation grifters my husband with the substitute pie for Fathers Day. What an Angel. Thank you, Fresh Market, for having such wonderful people to serve your customers with excellence. And thank you, Glenis!

I love this store! The service is impeccable!I can hardly shop anywhere else. The food is super fresh. I love the cleanliness of the produce area.Buying the prepared dinners has been a treat for our family. My experience is that this place is the place for “top-notched” food and service!

This was a five star review until I had to deal with Tanya the manager. Not only was she rude and condescending, but I have never had worse customer service in a grocery store ever. A manager should be leading by example not how well they can show their butt to a customer. I felt embarrassed by our interaction and really reconsidered if this should be my daily lunch spot.As for the positive in this previous review:Sushi is amazing, the guy running the sushi bar is super nice. The samples are great and the way they give suggestions for the little big meals is awesome.

I love The Fresh Market! While a little pricey, you get what you pay for, fresh, quality food. Great sales on chicken and beef and all inclusive kits like spaghetti ingredients meat, noodles, sauce yum! Also, they have sales on seafood, steaks and fruits and veggies too. They have a very wide variety; hot ready to eat foods, pay per lb. food salads etc, pizza ready to eat and take home. Lots of foods from different ethnicities Asian, Mexican, Indian, American but more variety than your name brand grocery stores. The store is well lit and clean with sanitizer wipes for your hands. 4 stars because the staff wasnt as upbeat as most Fresh Market staff at other locations. The only greeting I received was from the cashier at checkout and the gentleman at the meat counter. Also they have a great beer and wine. They have Arent Garden too!

Last year at Christmas I pre ordered an 8 lb Premium Choice Beef tenderloin to be trimmed and tied. When I arrived to pick it up I had to wait quite a while because they got it out of the case to fix when I arrived (even though on the order form you have to tell them when you will pick it up. ). But it was a very good cut of meat and made a great Christmas dinner. I placed an order this year a week ahead for a 9lb Premium Choice. When I arrived to pick it up, they didn’t have one in the size I had requested —the largest was a 7 lb (6.2 Lbs after trimming) USDA Prime ($4 per Lb more). I have more people coming this year and am very disappointed that they didn’t have what I ordered. They should have at least called if they couldn’t fill the order. So I paid more for a piece of meat that will probably not feed all my guests. Hopefully it will still be tasty. I am not sure why they even bother with the order forms if they aren’t going to order their meat accordingly.

I have been most pleased with this new store in our area. Visit there 3-4 times a week and leave feeling thankful I can get there without going through a traffic light. Love their specials, of which they have many. Fresh produce is great, the gourmet burger package of 4 fresh stuffed burgers, potato salad, bakery buns, 4 ears of corn and a dozen cookies..All for $20! They have the same package on Thursdays but it is salad mixings....choice of spinach, etc. plus 60 shrimp or lb. of chicken strips or steak strips. Also a package of cut up veggies to put in the salad along with the shrimp, chicken or steak. Plus your choice of a bottle of salad dressing and a package of sour dough rolls. I will try to keep them in business. Also this week they have whole beef tenderloins for $9.99 a lb. Bought that a couple weeks ago and it was fabulous. Please give them support! Nice addition to the neighborhood.

Interesting selection, but not as broad as Id like. Its a nice change of pace, and you can probably find something that will fill a particular food need, but I couldnt find organic prune juice, and the ready to bake pizza was pretty bad.

I wouldnt even give it a one star if I had the option. The selection was horrible and the check out girl chucked all the hard stuff on top of my eggs in the bag. I said please dont do that to my eggs and I get oh Im sorry in the worst voice. She also didnt even had me my receipt and I had to grab it off the machine. She was going to charge me more for Broccoli bunches instead of broccoli crowns. I will never for any reason shop here again.

I wish the olive bar was taken care of a little better. Some of the items in there look to be sitting there for a while. The other parts of the store are top notch.
