Friendliest service in New Mexico, staff is squared away and manager is just lovely…if you go anywhere else you’re getting robbed

Got 3 boxes of 308 Winchester silvertip today. Someone had swiped 2 rounds out of the center of each box. Guess I shouldve pulled the sleeves out all the way to check but yeah.... Fully check your ammo purchases. Not worth my time to make a 100 mile round trip for a few rounds. Great service otherwise besides a shady character behind the scenes.

Ive purchased nearly a dozen firearms here with excellent service before during and after the sales... purchased a multitude of optics and some other miscellaneous firearms items... friendly folks, knowledgeable... not a big fan of the lack of bulk ammo availability, but the firearms selection and prices make up the difference... Highly recommended...

Been dealing with this family for over 30 years. Used to have a gun / junk store on the tracks. Believe you me we have haggled over a price or an option over our knowing each other but was always a good deal, both parties were happy. And now a days the kids treat us like kin. Went into the store looking for a 380 auto.Saw an old AMT 380. Just for you that don’t know AMT was called American machine and tool that was in California in the early 70’s. All I wanted to do was research the serial number and check the gun for liability issues. The people in the store said they wouldn’t allow that, to happen. They blew a sale today. The price was to high. If you are not willing to let the customer research the gun 1st then you have no Trust in what you sell. Rude unprofessional service.

Pretty horrible service, with really high prices. For both pistols Ive bought this month, i bought mine at (courtesy pawn) ZIA was about $40 to $60 higher and only gives me $10 off as a veteran which is pretty sad compared to most everywhere else i go to.

Definitely one of the best family owned businesses Ive ever been to. They make everyone feel welcome, and never hesitate to teach you more about the guns they sell. My family has bought from them for years, and Ill be glad to continue that tradition with my future family.

Great selection, great people! They stay pretty busy but the wait is totally worth it. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to help out with any questions or feedback you might have.

I like this place the staff was always nice and helpful even let me take Scopes outside without paying for him to check them out see how I like them first. And the staff in the ownership were extremely courteous and nice.

Very wide selection of both long guns and handguns. No employee spoke to me or even looked at me the entire time I was in the store. Prices out of line with reality -- priced a gun there, then saw the same one for ~$100 less in a different store the same day. I guess theyve got the market cornered in their little city, so they can get away with charging like that.

I have bought and even sold firearms here and have had nothing but positive vibes from the staff and store. Even just in there looking at times the staff still like talking to the customers whether or not a sale is going to happen. As long as Im in the area this will be my gun shop.

Did not get any Service .. I’ve been in numerous times over the years and got the same treatment... the only thing I could see why I did not get any help was because I’m not white... ( that’s my opinion and observation )going back in tomorrow to give them one more chance if I don’t get service I’ll order my guns online and ship them there..if you look at the reviews with Spanish last names they all say the same thing no service... I would given them zero stars but I can’t ..

Zia Guns refused service to active duty military members based on presumptions. We were refused because my fiancé’s home state is California, however, he has not lived there in several years due to being stationed overseas. My home state is New Mexico, I am currently stationed in Alamogordo, I also legally own all of my firearms, and still I was refused a sale. I will be telling other military members to stay away from now on.

Great Customer Service and Great place to shop. Only gave 4 stars because I work 8-5 Monday thru Friday and with church on Sunday, it only gives me about 3 to 4 hours a week that I can shop. But THATS OK CUZ ILL MAKE THE TIME! ;D
