She is professional and accommodating - much more than I can say for the any Big Box stores that we shopped before discovering the gem that is Atlanta Ceiling Fans. This place is the best, my family bought four fans from them about six years ago. My brother had accidentally broken one of the fans recently, we brought it in and they fixed it on the spot, saved us about $350 not having to buy a new fan. Such kind people, thank you!

It doesnt look like much from the outside, so I was surprised to find a well-rounded selection of styles on the inside. Brandon, the GM, knows everything there is to know about the fans he stocks. He was also extremely helpful with suggestions and concerns that we had. He encouraged us to take our time, take pictures, and put some thought into it. I went home to compare prices and found that the Atlanta Ceiling Fans price was always the most competitive. We ended up purchasing four fans. Its so refreshing to find a local business you can trust. Ill probably only purchase fans here from now on.

Stopped in with my eldest daughter to get some ceiling fans for her new home. They Were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When they did t have exactly what we wanted they would have placed an order to their supplier. Much better shopping experience than other stores I have the area.

Wow, words do not properly describe this fabulous company! After recently purchasing a home, we could not determine the make and model of the ceiling fans. ACF (Atlanta Ceiling Fans, Roswell, GA) went out of their way to help us not once, but twice! Brandon Humphries and Caroline Humphries are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional. They figured out the specifics of not one, but two of our fans that were not run of the mill brands. They reached out to fan collectors and rare fan aficionados to figure it out and then sent us the manuals as well.They are wizards! I could not recommend them more! 😊

Wide selection of ceiling fans - knowledgeable staff

I had a blade arm break on a pretty old ceiling fan so I needed a replacement. I figured out the make but couldnt find out much more about it, so I got in touch with Atlanta Ceiling Fans and Caroline there was a huge help.They didnt have the right product, so she researched it, based on photos she had me send her, and found the proper part for me, sent me the cut sheet for it and the contact info for the company with the replacement.I now have the replacement on order. It should be here within the week. Atlanta Ceiling Fans customer service is tops, in my experience. I know where to go for fans now.

Hubby and I just bought a fan there today and they had a nice variety and they had many more to choose from in the catalogs. The lady working was so nice and informative. We already plan on buying another fan (a build your own) for another room from Dan’s. I highly recommend this store.

Caroline was very friendly and helpful. I had been searching for an extremely large fan that was not outrageously priced and not having any luck. A quick call to Caroline and she pointed me to three fans that met was I was looking for. I recommend shopping here if you need a fan.

Best prices and outstanding customer service. Had a minor issue with a cracked glass cover on a fan I bought and they replaced it for free. Will not go anywhere else to buy a fan in the future.

I only recently began working on replacing lousy fans with Minka fans. It was a very nice surprise that Dans Fan City of Roswell was close by, and even a nicer surprise that the entire owner/staff of Dans Fan City is very knowledgeable and extremely easy and nice to work with. If you want a great fan, go see the great people at Dans Fan City. Makes the whole process much easier to work with people that actually know what they are doing!!!!!

Total waste of time, called looking for a remote kit to retrofit some fans.Describe what I wanted over phone, was told they had it...drove out there and was then told they needed to know what brand of fan, to take a picture and come back.If I hadnt of called to check and see, sure.If the lady on the phone mentioned to come in with information, sure.But to call, have them say they have what I want and not ask for additional information makes me not want to go back.
