Professional staff and excellent and very thorough work. I recently dropped a mower off for repair and was pleasantly surprised with both the price and how quickly they finished with the repair.

They charge a $50 diagnostic fee to drop off. They called and told me what was wrong and what their plan was to fix it. Then they called and told me to come pick up my backpack blower. It runs like new. It took them a couple weeks but the results speak for themselves. Easy to deal with, straightforward, honest pricing. Ill be returning with all of my other broken air cooled power equipment. Great work!

I have used the AA Power for several pieces of equipment over the years and most recently my John Deere D170 mower. They have had the mower over three weeks and after calling just now they say they will look at it today. UGH. Too long as my yard is suffering!! That said I am giving a 5 star review because Zoe was amazing with customer service and understanding today as my mower is under warranty and John Deere is picking up today with a three day turn around. they really are trying to make things right and I appreciate that.

I took a trimmer and chain saw here that weren’t working. Paid $50 each just to have them look at them (could put that towards repairs if they were able to fix the items). They called and said they couldn’t get either working or repaired. I picked them up and had someone else look at them. The trimmer was not fixable but the chain saw started on the second try after basic trouble shooting. Makes me wonder if they even looked at the chain saw after seeing the trimmer couldn’t be repaired. Total waste of $100.

Very knowledgeable. Set price limits so you wont get stuck with an outlandish final price. Upfront with all fees. Quick in and out of the store. Wont do any work until all the problems are diagnosed.

Very satisfied. If you are not happy speak to the Manager and usually he will help you solve the issue. I get it to uned up here once a year. Happy so far.

I was looking forward to making this my place to go when i needed repairs. I went in one time to get my chain on my chainsaw sharpened, they were nice enough to do it in 5 minutes. After that i tried to get help on my mower, it seemed like they were turning me away. Anyway couldnt find another place like this. giving them two stars because they couldnt take my mower.

DO NOT GO IN THERE!Double check their work before you take your Lawn mower home!Paid for a tuneup which included sharpening the blades and it was not done. Called them to let them know and they denied blades were not sharpened.Have been referring business to AA power equipment, will never do that again.

I have used AA Power Equipment several times to keep my 10 year old mower running like new. I have always been satisfied with their work and customer service. I would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to others.

I will give you guys 2 starts because the service was ok. See the thing is I paid $40 just to have my blower looked at. Of course it is your policy for a non-refundable fee. But after you called and told me the blower could not be repaired. I asked you if I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT a blower from you guys, would you apply those $40 towards the equipment and the answer was NO. Anyways i lost $40 and a blower “non repairable” but it’s fine it’s not the money but at least consider giving credit towards maybe a used or new product you may have on stock.

Went in for a last minute mess up on my part with the spark plug on my lawn mower. nick was kind enough to walk me through the phone before I came in what the problem was. wait time was three weeks out, nick was able to fix the problem right on the spot, helped me load it back in the car as well .He couldve charged me a lot more Im sure, because honest technicians are so hard to find these days. I also noticed to female technicians and felt like the owner invested time in these girls and it was so refreshing to see them there. definitely a small business that i would support and recommend.

Left mower in Jan. Over a month passed and still no word on when it will be ready.UPDATE: Went to pick up and still same problem, even the girl that works the front noticed it. She suggested I leave it and shell have a tech adjust it. I left it. Tech fixed it.But I was charged a lot & went without the mower for something that was an easy & quick fix.They gave me a partial refund.

I brought my Honda there with power issues, and after a tune-up it is running fantastic. It was in the middle of summer and I was expecting a 1-2 week turnaround, but it was ready in 3 days! Thanks, I will definitely use AA Power again.

Do not go here.I am extremely disappointed with the service or lack there of from this place. I brought a trimmer for repair and was told it needed a new carburetor. The carburetor was supposedly replaced and in working condition. A few months later I attempted to use it for the first time and it didn’t run. The same symptoms prior to the repair. Returned trimmer and was told that it was outside of 30 day warranty period and was given an excuse that the carburetor could have gone bad because fuel was left in it. Was charged again to clean and adjust carburetor. Picked up trimmer and was smart enough to test before I left. Same issue – won’t run so obviously no one checked. After no update from the company I finally called and was told the carburetor would be replaced. After supposedly replacing again it now runs but won’t shut off. Now I’m being told that it can be looked at but will be charged to fix. Are you serious? This place is a joke please do not go here.

Ive only been to AA Power Equipment twice, each time to drop off equipment for servicing. The store is well organized and clean. The employees all seemed professional and friendly and willing to answer questions. They have a $40.00 minimum charge to diagnose the problem. If the problem is small as in one of my cases, you might not have to pay more than $40.00 because that may cover the repair labor.Their prices on equipment seemed very similar to the prices at the big box stores. I saw a lot of Echo and Honda equipment, which are both brands I own. They are 10 miles from where I live, but I plan to keep going there.

This was my first visit to AA Power Equipment. I needed a repair for my Honda lawn mower which wasnt running at peak rpm. The shop was a Honda dealer and had the parts. I dropped off the mower on a Friday afternoon and received a call the following Friday saying it was ready for pickup which was within the 7-10 days quoted to me for the repair. The staff was friendly and helped with loading the lawn mower and the shop was clean. For my first visit it took me a bit longer to find the store front within the shopping complex. Give yourself an extra 10 minutes added to your trip time for your first visit.

I use these folks every year for tune ups. Great folks. I also purchased a new Honda Mower from them and Love It!!

Poor running Honda mower. In on a Saturday, ready on the following Tuesday. It was fixed correctly the first time. This after fighting another facility for 3 months. Great customer service. Ill be brining everything to AA Power from now on.

This is the second time Ive used AA Power Equipment and Ill keep going back. They keep my 12 yr old Honda mower running really well. Everyone is very helpful and friendly as well.

Walked in Wednesday afternoon with a dead blower - walked out Saturday morning with a kicking and screaming blower. Great job. Kept me informed. And the work was done under warranty even though I have had the blower for four years.

I needed a new leaf blower since it was going to cost too much to repair. They were very helpful and confident in selling me an Echo. It is very light weight, works great and have used it four times in a week.

SLOW:Took 2 weeks to diagnose and replace carbeurator on my chain sawARROGANT: when you call to check on your repairs, they essentially tell you, well call you, dont call usPoor Quality Repair: When I returned home with my chain saw it would not start. When I looked, the link between the clutch control and the the clutch (it is a small copper alloy metal linkage) was lying under the the clutch detached from the clutch itself.You would think that they would test it before allowing you to pick it up :-((

Although it took 3 weeks to fix my mower they were upfront that it would take that long the work was immaculate and they even cleaned up the rest of my mower. Looked brand new when I got it back.

Went in for a chain for a tru-cut mower that they have serviced in the past.I gave the old chain to the guy at the counter, he thought it was a chain saw chain. Couldnt match it up even with the help of a technician.Maybe someone knows the business, but not today.

Weve used AA Power twice for our temperamental Husqvarna trimmer and they went above and beyond to help troubleshoot an issue so we could avoid replacing an expensive attachment. Highly recommend them! Well be back!

Be cautious of this place. Told me me unit was ready, but when I went to pick it up I was told their final check indicated it needed a new carburetor and that part is no longer available.
