Never using them. Ever. My friend set up her reservation for moving way in advance and paid to make sure she was good to go. I arrived to help her clean up the old apt and shes was on the phone with them. They stood her up!!!!!! They lied about calling her to cancel ( no missed calls, no voice-mails on her phone.) Then they didnt even refund her money!!! They arent answering any of her calls now. Luckily she found a new company coming today that is way cheaper and has been way more pleasant and professional.

William, Andrew, and Joel did an amazing job. The whole experience with them was great. These 3 guys exceeded my expectations.The downside to the move was the office staff. I spoke with 3 different people before the move happen. I understand the process of the calls, however it should be the same person every time. I was quoted around 800 for the entire move and ended up paying 1080.00 not including tip. Communication is the key in this business and it was lost within the 3 people added to the mix. All in all i would hire the company again and request the 3 guys I had for future moves.

Geran and Chris were professional, communicative, quick, on time, and all around the best. We hired them in short notice and they made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it and double checked everything before leaving. Could not recommend them more! You will not regret hiring them to be your movers!

We used All My Sons Moving & Storage for our move last May. A representative from the company came to our home and walked each room to determine the cost and amount of time the move would take. The move ended up taking 3 days instead of the two days that was quoted and the cost went substantially over the quoted price. We had 6 guys on the job each day. The four guys who were part of the core crew did a great job. The were hard-working, personable and wanted to please. The two additional guys varied each day. They were obviously inexperienced and didntt share the same attributes. One took a cigarette break in our garage or outside the front too many times to count. During the move there was significant damage done to the walls, hardwood floors and to an heirloom china cabinet. I got estimates from two different companies to do repairs and submitted them to the movers insurance company. A month passed before I got an email with an offer that was a fraction of what the repairs cost. After reaching back out to them multiple times, I decided to cut my losses and accept their offer of pennies on the dollar. I would never use All My Sons Moving & Storage again.

We told moving company ahead of time that we had heavy pieces of furniture to move but they did not bring a truck with a lift gate. The 4 movers complained from the moment they arrived to move our stuff out of our apartment because it was too long of a walk and the parking was not ideal for them. Then they continued to tell me how we packed all of our boxes incorrectly. Then, we left to go to our house closing and when we returned, they had emptied some of our boxes and thrown our items into different boxes and taped up horribly. We have multiple items missing because of this. They also put a giant hole in our apartment wall and argued with us that they didn’t do it. Once we got to the new house, they unloaded their truck and it was 5pm. We were told they would stay until the job was done, but the movers took the truck and just left with the job only halfway completed. They informed us that a truck with more men would be returning the following day and it never happened. We tried calling the office numerous times and would say someone would call us back and they never did. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Don’t use them!!!!! My husband and I were left to move the heaviest items ourselves the next day. It was a complete waste of money. My husband and I moved the second half of our items (including the heaviest things) in a shorter time period than they did their job. It was an awful experience!

My experience was great overall! From the company squeezing me in for a move last minute to the day of team. Cole & the Crew were AMAZING! They were truly a joy to work with, and they executed the job in a timely manner. They arrived on time and made moving a breeze for me during a stressful time!My only critique would not be toward Cole & the Crew but the company itself. The amount of time it takes to complete paperwork and phone calls during the moving itself eats away at the time equating in more hours being added to your final invoice. If possible, the process for the movers themselves should be made easier by possibly having some of the paperwork completed ahead of time.

Working with Matt, Paul and Sade was great. They communicated their arrival, broke down details of charges, were professional and most of all a ton of fun to work with. We had one snafu with a bed get slightly damaged and I kick myself for not having had it wrapped to protect it. I also wish that All My Sons could have given a more accurate estimate and detailed breakdown of cost when giving a quote. Sade was very helpful in explaining the details once on sight and very respectful of time and keeping the job moving. I would definitely recommend their services and use them again in the future.

We downsized from a 3500 sq ft home to a 1200 sq ft home after 16 yrs. This was the first time we hired an actual moving company instead of having friends and family pitch in to help us move. MONEY WELL SPENT!!!! This company was reasonably priced and the moving crew made a big job look easy!! Donavan, Ernest and Gibson did a great job and know exactly what they are doing! They took great care of our things and were always professional, yet personable. They even treated my very curious 8 yo grandson like a little brother or son. This is the crew I would ask for….hands down!!!

Recently had to move some office furniture from Atlanta, GA to Nashville, TN and Robert and Donovan were extremely professional, efficient and friendly to work with! They made great time and arrived well within the time frame we were quoted. They were in and out in 15 minutes and made the whole process as painless and stessfree as possible. I booked 3 movers last week for my apartment in Alpharetta. Some guy named Thomas out in Dallas, Texas told me I was set to have 3 packers at an hourly rate of 189.00. My apartment is very small, couldn’t possibly take 3 movers more than 2 hours. I gave a 100 dollar deposit, which I was told would lock in my rate in case anything changed.Uhaul botched my truck pickup, and so I had to cancel and reschedule. My “locked-in” rate via deposit was apparently meaningless. I was quoted almost 800 dollars today for a move that I was told would cost around 550. I’d appreciate the rate I made a deposit for being honored. I haven’t even used your services yet.Thomas out in Dallas needs a script or something so he doesn’t lie to potential customers.If All My Sons is moving professional athletes, like Dak Prescott, which Thomas made a point to tell me about in his pitch, then surely you can afford to charge me the rate I was promised. This is unacceptable. I’d appreciate you guys making this correct.

Jerry and the team were wonderful. They did a wonderful job packing and moving everything. They had a wonderful attitude and were very professional.But I am not happy with all my son as company. I will never be using all my son again. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know. They quotes are off, I end up paying almost double of what they quote. I don’t feel like they are being honest with their quote. I’m willing to pay $300 or even $400 over my quote but not $700. They also told me I would be able to get an afternoon appointment, well that didn’t happen when they called and confirm my appointment. I ended up paying double what I was quoted and had to take the day off of work since they didn’t stick to our appointment agreement.

Jerry and his team were very nice and professional and even offered to put together a TV stand we were going to have to do ourselves!! Definitely recommend!

DO NOT USE these movers, hidden charges, did not move all that was asked to move, left furniture haphazardly, 1 mover was limping, 2 movers didnt seem to know what they were doing, WAY over charged from what original quote was given, still have not located some items that are missing. They give you a low quote up front and then over charge for items not mentioned initially. They sat in their truck and would not start the move until they were paid. DO NOT EVER USE THEM you will be cheated.
