Be sure you have people and tools because their delivery is in your driveway and you have to assemble it. I guess laziness is the way.

Amazing gym,5 stars.

Weve been a customer of theirs for about 5 years now. The convenience of this place is about the only pro. If you get it paid within 6 months is the only way you get a bang for your buck. I love Carlos hes always been really friendly and helpful to me and my family, Lewis on the other hand is rude with no type of people skills. I would only recommend this place to people with bad credit who cant get approved elsewhere.

I had a washer and dryer deliveries yesterday :)Honestly the two guys who deliveries were the nicest people everrrrrrr !!!! They set everything up and answer all million of my questions !!! Def a great experience !!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this store.And again a big shoutout to those guys they were rockstars and I really appreciated both of them !!!!!!

Horrible horrible experience. Not only after missing one payment did the assistant store manager Lois not only swear at my sister after calling her twice and saying it was the wrong person. They came to knock on my door. Broke the wood off of my door from kicking it. And Lois decided it was a good idea to kick my plant that was glass that my daughter made me for mothers day down my front porch. Looked and laughed as it broke into a bunch of pieces. I do have video and I will be pressing charges. I am appalled by their behavior as not only people but managers. Wow is all I can say. Virgins rent to own has been a pleasure to work with! Great service and products. Avoid rent a center.

I will never rent something from this place again. The day the bill is due they will call you back to back to back like 10 times if you don’t answer the first time. There have been plenty of time where I was at work with my phone ringing over and over from 4 different numbers from the rent a center. I had no problem paying my bill but one call and voicemail is enough. They would even call me on the prank call *67. It was just ridiculous. They are also very rude, Not all of them but some of them. I do not recommend this place.

Went in after a week submitting application because I was sick, to see if the bedroom set was still available, if not was more than willing to look at other sets..the manager was completely rude, I greeted him first and when I had asked him if it was still available he was short and quick and said nope its sold when I said thats okay what others are available and he said what you see then continued to be ignorant. So I let them know we would be spending our money elsewhere with no problem. Will never return.

I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY to go here terrible service they add charges to your account and lie about it each worker got a different story about your account they’re rude when I call to try and get understanding regarding my account they had me on speaker phone laughing this place is a damn joke do not do business u will not be happy!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

The store manager Carlos is very unprofessional very rude and spoke to me very condescendingly. He also missed represented his title with the company when I asked to speak with his supervisor he stated that he was the district manager however he is only the store manager. I asked him For the name of someone that I could speak with to make a complaint and his reply was that he was not giving out that information and that I would not be making a complaint. Very unprofessional very rude

Very unpleasant. I try helping my parents because they dont speak english and when i call i get nothing but attitude and i get the phone hung up on me... They over charge on everything they lie about the prices when it comes down to paying of the furniture in payments they come out to be even more than what they originally said. I do not recommend this rent a center in round lake.
