I’ll start by saying I’ve been to this store MANY times with my grandchildren over the years and most always had a great experience and the kids love it! Always spend around $20 for ice cream but it’s mostly about the experience, the boys love it. However, this time the girl that was working (I won’t say her name respectfully) was VERY unpleasant and downright rude. She didn’t greet us she just had a mean look on her face and would just stare at us with that same mean look as if she was very unhappy we were there. As we got our ice cream one of the flavors wasn’t working so I told her and her response, without even looking at me was “it’s full” needless to say not with a pleasant tone. So I tried again and said really I don’t think so. She started to come over and I held the handle to show her it wasn’t working and a small amount came out but stopped. It dropped into the bottom tray and she very nastily said “don’t do that it’s not a drain” I replied I’m sure it’s quite common that the ice cream drips it’s just inevitable and she stated unpleasantly “yeah but I have to clean it” I told her look I’m just here to enjoy my time with the boys I’m just here to have fun and she says “yeah me too” and walks away with still no resolution to the ice cream problem and stands behind the counter. I asked if she was going to help and she comes over holds a cup under it nothing comes out and says “it’s not working”. Worst experience ever!! Supposed to be an enjoyable place for a treat and she made it anything but that. Never once did she smile.

I went to frostie bites in a sad mood hoping some frozen yogurt would help me out and thankfully it did and also the worker Emily made my day as well, she was so nice and sweet! Very sweet welcoming employees!

The place was very clean and had amazing service! Emily was so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Went in and couldnt believe how dirty the store was! The yogurt all different flavors tasted like freezer burn and the toppings were stale! You need to be cleaning when food is involved. 2 young ppl behind the counter couldve cared less. What a horrible experience and huge waste of money. Never will we go here again 🤮 Hopefully the owner will see this because I dont know how else to get a message I dont know how your employee would even know who me or my family was because we werent the only people going in-and-out of there also we were outside the location for a good 10 minutes before we went in where they could have very easily taken a towel and wipe down the area that needed to be cleaned off! I have worked in fast food before and I understand when things get busy its not so easy to clean up but during your downtime Im sorry theres no excuse we will not be returning to your location fyi Theres no way your employee would know whether or not we thought that the yogurt was any good because we didnt stay inside we went outside and sat in a vehicle so They have no idea what we thought of it

Great selection of frozen yogurts and sherbet! TONS of toppings to choose from! The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful. My only complaints would be to get shorter, wider cups/bowls and turn the temp down in there, the toppings are melting together.

If you are not going to be open just close down

All the flavors were delicious. The toppings were fun. Little brownie or cookie bits, A girl scout cookie, too. You could even add caramel sauce and whipped cream. The place was so clean and the worker was so pleasant. Im going back there again soon.

After reading all the good reviews, maybe we went on an ‘off’ night, but after visiting once, I doubt I’ll return. The yogurt was extremely pricey. $13 for 2 small cups, and I barely had any in mine because I didn’t see many flavors I wanted to try. I did give 2 stars because I thought the raspberry sorbet was decent. However, both of us ended up throwing out almost our entire cup of froyo because it tasted so bad. It had a very medicine-y or metallic like taste to it. I was pretty irritated for what we paid for it. Literally left a bad taste in our mouths!

The frozen yogurt is awesome and will always be but today the lady working the front desk had what seemed like her mother or sister and had toddlers with them. The toddlers were running back and forth in the store which is fine ya know the kids have nothing better to do but they where coughing a storm and then sticking there hands and all the topping which is pretty gross if you ask me and the kids where only asked to stop once but they didn’t and kept sticking there hands in the toppings and running around, I thought this was pretty gross considering how much bacteria kids carry on they’re hands especially when they had a cold and was making not wanna eat the food in front of me. Otherwise it was awesome!

I love the frozen yogurt and good people too also the selections for toppings is usually always so extensive and wide

It was ok the spoons were color changing but the toppings like the cosmic brownies were stale all the frozen yogurt flavers were out of order but the flavers that did work were good exept for toasted marshmellow the worker there didnt greet us or say anything when we asked questions she wouldnt respond or help us but over all it was ok.......it was our first time there and probally our last........

I love this place--best in town. Im a young adult in the area and it is always great to get frozen yogurt from such a fun and clean place. Everything about Frostie Bites is really pleasant--the yogurt, the music, the colors, the nice red-head girl behind the counter who always greets you with a smile. My friends and I love hanging out here and Im sure anyone else would too! :)

.58 cent an ounce. Kinda high when though I see comments that theyre competitive. Glad to see gluten free options. Would be nice to have gluten free toppings separate for those with an allergy.

This is a great place to come for a treat whenever the occasion. pick you size, flavors, and toppings. so many flavor profiles with countless combinations. They even have a selection of cold drinks. The only thing that may be a drawback for some will be the music. its played at a level where no matter where you are in the shop you hear it, and its all 50s and 60s. the shop is always neat clean and organized. The staff are always friendly and willing to answer your question. its a great before or after place for any of the other entertainment venues in the area.

I was excited to try this place out since there is no other frozen yogurt joint nearby. Honestly, I think its the best place for frozen yogurt within 20 miles! The place is very clean, the yogurt is tasty (there are always new flavors to try) and the variety of toppings you can put on are plentiful. You could go here several times a week and never run out of new combinations to try! Highly recommended!

Vanilla and chocolate yogurt is SUPER yummy! I, personally, wish that they had Reeses peanute butter cups but my boys LOVE this place! So fun for them.

This was our 1st time here and Frosty Bites was terrific. The Ice Cream was delicious and the lady was extremely pleasant when serving us. We Will defiantly be coming back.

Excellent soft serve. Many flavors & toppings. Edit 5/19. Beware of the stale candy. Petrified milk duds, gray chocolate & licorice that will break your teeth. Other than that, all good.

I visited this frozen yogurt place for the first time today. Ive been to many of these places and have had so so experiences. This was different. Super friendly staff, hospital level of cleanliness and the best part was the selection. 15 flavors and like a million toppings. Probably the best froyo site ever.

I stopped in with my grandkids and Im glad we did. There are many different options for flavors to choose from. Also, there were many different choices for toppings. Overall, it was very satisfying. We will definitely go back.

Ive been to this place multiple times, have loved it every single time! The selection of toppings is amazing, and there is so much candy to choose from. Its always clean, bright, and the staff very nice.

What is fro yo? I never knew until I walked into this bright and clean establishment ! And now Jofroyo?! Frozen coffee with a ton of flavored syrups?! I wish I could but it gives me the tummy aches. Anyone that loves fro yo should check it out! And for coffee lovers too! Ask for Joe!

Went for dessert after dinner at buffalo wild wings. Yogurt wasnt flavorful and toppings stale. Worst part was sitting down at the table to see FLITH in the middle crack. If they cant take time to clean public area what does the backroom look like.....

I love the frozen yogurt, the place is kept really clean and we love the selection of items that you can enjoy on the frozen yogurt. I would give it five stars exept for the staff even though friendly she didnt care that me and my family were even there she didnt set her phone down didnt offer me a receipt.Just not what I was used to enjoying at this location but if not 5 stars for sure.

Heres our Friday night plan... Dinner at BWW and then my kids beg to go to Frostie Bites for dessert. Theres a ton of toppings and the frozen yogurt is awesome. I love the punch card (buy 9 get 10th cup free) since I have a big family!
