This Starbucks location is pretty good. They have never gotten anything wrong with my orders here.The baristas are all friendly and knowledgeable. They are all as quick as can be with the orders. That being said, the only minor issue is how busy this place gets. If you are in a hurry make sure you either order ahead or use the drive-thru (even though that line gets long too). Also, if you want food get there early before they run out.

Very strange store hours. Always changing and closing at 11 am on Mondays… why bother with this location

Today wasn’t really the best. i ordered 3 drinks and 4 sandwiches, it took almost 20 minutes for the workers to give me my drinks, and i was asking where my 4 sandwiches were and there was a worker that didn’t really help and said their probably behind, but every single person that ordered after me got their orders wayyy before i did, i understand i ordered a lot but i shouldn’t be waiting that long

I was here today! Horrible there no line so I got out fast I get home and open my sandwich it was the wrong one:( so I called and the girl was nice about it I get there a whole different lady starts saying she I cant hear you I cant hear you throw the drive thur I start to explain and she continues to say i cant hear you I start to get mad but I am patient. I go to window she says I cant take those two ideas back I gave her the coffee she Throws it very disrespectfully into the sink and gives me a dirty look. Now this is where I got mad I took my stuff and told her to have a nice day! She says yea thanks I am not going back to this SB. Very very disrespectful!

This place is always busy but the new baristas have been amazing! The older ones that have been there longer are still rude. Tabitha has been there for almost a year now and she is absolutely amazing!!! When I think of Starbucks she comes to mind the girl should be the face of the company. And she’s most certainly the face of the round lake beach Starbucks anyone that goes there frequently talks about her. I hope she takes the newer people under her wing so that they aren’t rude like the older ones

Everyone that is complaining about the drive times, if the line is all the way to chipotle and you decided to go wait that’s on you. Their line starts at the speaker; and if you’re wondering why it takes so long maybe don’t order 12 things, I always hear the totals behind me in the high fifties when I go.The staff here is amazing, they work fast and are super kind. Tabitha is my favorite, she’s always so sweet and cute.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Every time I choose this Starbucks my drinks are ALWAYS WRONG and Do not taste great, I hate going back to get it fixed because the drink will still be incorrect. Waste of time! I tried to be understanding but time and time again I just get disappointed all over again.

Honestly you get what you pay for, and theyre coffee is the best quality.

This place is horrible!!!! The longest line each time in drive thru!!! Wanted to continue to boycott but my kid wanted a frozen drink bad. ln line right now for 20 minutes and there are still three people ahead of us. No discounts, no apology. Nothing!

They always get my orders perfect and are always incredibly sweet! The amazing employee with the gorgeous green hair is a goddess! Love this location!

I don’t usually come to Starbucks but today my MIL sent me for her coffee. I came up & I got my order wrong yet the girl who helped me was extremely nice and understanding. I got to pay for the person behind me and that felt good. The girl apologized and mentioned she was new and wasn’t used to everything yet she was so good at fixing her mistake and being so nice and educated about it. I’m not sure her name but thank you to the young girl with braids for being so educated and polite!

Drive through took over 20 minutes. I placed my order about 2 minutes after entering the line, there were 3 maybe 4 cars in front of me.

Cant believe a Venti Pike coffee is $3.41!!Gonna need to start drinking McDonalds coffe for $1.

I went through the drive through today and the person taking my order was very nice and they people got my order perfect. The person at the counter was also very nice and the staff there was taking a lot of extra precautions to keep me as well as themselves safe during the covid-19 outbreak. Everything was contactless. Very happy with the service. :)

Placed a online order and there a sign on the door stating I have to pick it up on this huuuge drive thru line. What is the point of placing a mobile order if I have to wait in line for over 30 mins for a drink I ordered online. Really screwed up this time.

I come every day, usually only in the morning and I love all the baristas- especially Lexie! But today I came across ‘Gina’. Arrogant, rude and impatient! Starbucks, you can do better than that and Gina ain’t it!!!!

Not sure why this Starbucks always takes the longest. Today I was the 4th car from the drive thru and it took 16 minutes to place my order. It’s always like this. Always.

Very pleasant experience this morning. Long line in the drive thru was moved through quite quickly. Bailey at the window was quick to understand the order and ensured a quick and pleasant experience. Coffee was made to order and will be visiting again!

I come here very early every morning for my necessary dose of caffeine. The baristas are always smiling and sweet. Its great to have my morning start off on such a great note.

The staff is very friendly! This store seems to run low of ingredients though. Most times I always have to order a different drink than I originally planned for because they are out of something.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Rude baristas and drive thru staff. Calling corporate because they charged me twice for 1 order. All ther manager did was apologize and didnt try to rectify the situation.

My drink is always perfect

This is a very clean Starbucks. The music is not too loud, but loud enough that you dont feel awkward having a conversation with another person. There is a drive through. It also has some outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. Several outlets about to plug into. Not a large seating area, though.

This is a great Starbucks. The are fast and accurate on your order. The location can be annoying to get to but worth it.

Waited 1 hour in the drive thru. Whoever is running this Starbucks is clueless.

I only come here for pricey specialty coffees once in a great while. Its in Meijer so they may have a limited or different selection than a stand-alone shop,Im not sure, but the coffee I got met my expectations.

I ordered an iced tall caramel macchiato. I don’t even think it has any espresso. My drink is the color white....

Me and my wife seem to never get a good experience here. They either make the drink wrong, take too long, or are out of everything. Tonight they took 10 minutes on my wives coffee. Their pastry window was near empty. We have come here before at about 6pm and they put the pastrys away and are not serving them anymore. Definitely a not so good experience compared to may other Starbucks.

Best starbucks i have ever been too! Toni and Gina are amazing! So is the rest of the staff! Today i tried a grande nitro pumpkin for the first time and im in love! Thank you girls for the wonderful work you do! Its so wonderful to have a coffee shop that will offer recommendations to you if you wanna try something new! 😍😍

I am a regular (almost daily) at this Starbucks. I LOVE the Baristas. I would like to see the drive-thru follow through to be faster with the same (great) quality. The drive-thru takes more than 20 minutes each time, whether there are 2 cars ahead of me or 5. Please work on this as youre losing customers and I want to see your business thrive even more and I want to continue coming to my favorite Starbucks. Sometimes I need to be in and out though. Actually no star...2nd time recently went inside to order lattee...1 car in drive thru..3 people working...stood at counter and no one even looked my way...waited 4 minutes, then left. Hope this isnt their usual. Sorry I didnt get their names. This is second time Ive had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time. I go to Starbucks several times a week but will never frequent this one again and will warn my colleagues.

The staff is very friendly, but my order is ALWAYS wrong. Either sizing or the drink is not made properly. Baristas there dont care they are just pushing out the orders. When you ask to have it remade they look annoyed. Proceed with caution

Today I love my experience at Starbucks. I usually order a skinny vanilla latte but today I wanted to try something new. The barista with the long blond hair was exceptional. She asked me many questions and helped me pick out the perfect drink. I frequent this and every Starbucks in my area. If I try to take my time and pick our what I want or ask questions Im rushed and its very rude. The barista I had today is the bomb.I wish I knew her name. She has long blond hair and was working the front register on 3/4/15 around 9:45am. Thank you!
