I love Gamestop the store and the stock as well. Gamestop will always have a soft spot in my heart.

There service is nice but there are no playstation controllers there thats why I rated it a 4

Staff is always super helpful and fun to chat with. They know the ins and outs of the industry, so if you have questions, more likely than not, they know the answers.

Had to make an exchange and walked out with 9 games for the cost of the return. Bryce and his staff were very helpful along with being polite and respectful. Its nice to go in to one of these stores and not be condescend to.

I went in seeking a game, more specifically god of war, the one with his son. The employee here,(so sorry I forgot your name) told me that it was a good game as I had already heard. SINCE MY VISIT 2 WEEKS AGO, I have platinumed the game on my ps4. VERY MUCH SO would reccomend if you enjoy open world collecting and tons and tons of different enemies and missions.

Terrible. Friendly staff, but the prices of the games werent the prices as advertised on the gamestop app. I overpaid heavily according to the app and what I was charged at the store.

The release of Xbox series X and S was the other day, I think they did a great job of handling a busy day, communicating with the the customers so the day went smooth for people that were there to get their game system.

I usually drop by here for all of my game-related needs. The store itself is fine and clean, but the staff are very friendly and will stop to chat with customers with questions. Sometimes I feel like they spend a bit of time on chatting but there aint much harm in that. On top of that Im comfortable there as while they will check in once in a while I dont get the feeling of being bombarded with questions or offers for assistance.

Made a order for pick up online. Wanted to go and get it today. So I checked online and the availability. Found a pre owned controller. And wanted in store pick up but they seemed to send it anyway. Very inconvenient. And then when I called to ask the store about it, the voice mail doesnt ask you anything but to press one no other options and will hang up on you of you dont, very annoying. So I called again pressed one and got to the store I thought I purchased the controller from. Asked about the availability of it and they say they didnt get a order yet. And dont have it in stock either. Then I asked why their store says its in inventory, since youre my local shop itll be sent from there to my home. And she just hung up on me. Very upset i scrolled down from the page on google and made this review of my experience with them.

I never really give reviews, but my experience at Round Lake Gamestop was made phenomenal thanks to Russel. I just ordered a brand new console just so I can play God of War and get in really good shape. Give this man a raise. He was so supportive and helpful, and I truly felt like I was in a Gamestop. It was really immersive. Anyways, I am beyond impressed with the great customer service and will definitely be visiting in the future.

Very much reccomend Round Lakes gamestop with gaming needs! especially if you do not know what you are doing. Tiffani was so helpful today she went over and beyond for me. i came in looking to buy my son a nintendo switch having no clue what to get or what i needed and she made sure i knew everything and walked away with everything. she took her time and answered my five million questions I am so thankful!! there needs to be more store associates like tiffani in the world!!!

Oh I LOVE this place! Its small but they always have what we want AND the people that work there are a hoot along with being super sweet.

I had a perfect experience there I was picking out a gift that I was not too familiar with so I asked fit their advice. Btw I came in behind what looked like a big rush of holiday shoppers but I had the 2 young ladies and the young man to myself. All three pitched in to point me in the right direction and there was not the slightest snarky or rude behavior you would almost expect when they are being mauled by holiday shoppers. Thank you for your help I hope my daughter loves the expansion pack you suggested.

I ordered a PlayStation 4 pro from Chicago they told me that it would come in a week three weeks ago by and when it didnt come I called to ask them what happened to the shipment they told me they would call the next day then we went to ask about what happened to the shipment and I found out that the game stop that was supposed to send it didnt sent it this was a bad experience

It seems like every time I buy something from gamestop now I get bombarded with questions when Im paying for my items. Just trying to buy splatoon 2 the other day and its, do you want to add a preorder for this this or this?. I say no, and then its we have a pro day sale tomorrow over 2,000 dollars in sales. I dont need all of that, I just need the game.

If your looking for frustration and unorganization, this is the store for you. I checked online for 2 games, said it was in stock. Showed up and 2 sales associates could not find them because of how un organized the drawers were. I waited for 20 mins while they searched and complained on how messy their stock is. If you need something new, maybe this store will be for you. If you need used, go somewhere else. Do not waste your time.

I had preordered pokemon moon online being told a poster would be coming with my purchase. When I went into the store I was told that the poster was available only to people that had purchased both versions of the game, I had told them that online it said otherwise but he said no. After many emails with corporate I finally was able to go back and get the poster. But with all the hassle Ill be avoiding GameStops in general unless they have a very cool exclusive item but will be steering clear of this location especially.

This location does not answer there phone calls anymore and then you get an “attitude” if you have ordered anything then they call you and say “well when are you going to pick up your item, we’ve had it here waiting for you and you haven’t come in to pick it yup yet”. Well if they answer there phone calls then the customer could call and ask them if there order is ready to be picked up. It’s not rocket science people, ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS THEN THEY CAN PICKUP THERE ORDER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡.

This use to be my go to shop but after my recent interactions with them I will never step foot through their doors again and hope it permanently shuts down. The workers have lost touch with what Gamestop was all about! For the gamers right? The 2 that were in there tonight obviously only reason for being there is to get a paycheck and possibly association discounts. Needless to say I will be making my purchases from another store from now on.

Pre ordered a game was not told that would be able to get it late the night before. Now on the day of another game released and they were staying late to sell the other game, and even though I had paided in full couldnt get mine if I came later then 9. After showing up and trying to figure out why that was the millennial behind the counter kept rolling his eyes like I was a moron! Will never shop there again
