Good store for all things office.

We went in to have something printed and laminated, and need a few things to do that. Harry, at the counter very graciously walked us through how to use the printers and loaned us a pair of scissors and a glue stick. We were there for about 20 minutes and he never seemed impatient. Very impressed with the professional service we received.

I love Office Max/Depot. This location is no different. I am always helped quickly and by friendly employees. I can email a document right from my phone and they will print it and have it ready in seconds. I dont have to make the trip back to the office or home to print it out. They do all types of printing for business and personal. I do my business cards there also. I would give it a 5 star but besides the printing services which are cheap, the other office products they offer are quite pricey compared to big box stores.

Will be returning here often. Every time Im at the round lake beach location the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the best solution for my home business needs. On top of being very courteous on a personal level

Blanca at the print counter was helpful in getting my print needs taken care of. she even made a recommendation for the paper I should use. And my project came out better than I had planned. I will definitely be returning to the shop for all future project and printing needs I hope the rest of the staff is as it friendly and as approachable as she was

Poor distribution and customer service. I ordered on-line with one-day delivery on 1/22/20. My items did not come on 1/23, nor 1/24 and not even 1/27/20. They kept on telling me it would come the next day. I called them today and they said the carrier doesnt have the item and would be issuing me a refund. Whats the deal with this OfficeMax?

Waited for anyone to help me with laptop purchase for.almost half an hour. No one helped, was.totally ignored. I left. Went to Best Buy. Office depot just lost 1000 dollar sale. Good job!

The print center at this location has saved me on numerous occasions! The staff is well trained on all of the equipment and have been able to help me with any and all jobs. This store and its staff consistently meet or exceed my expectations.

I went there to exchange something but if I didnt have the receipt I would t have gotten anything back for it or would t have been able to exchange. Most other stores can look up what youve purchased especially if you have a rewards program. Otherwise a good experience. They have a great price on the felt tip pens too!

What a deal there having, 2 glass computer desk with wheels ....Nice. 189 for the 2 nice size desk.

Nothing out of the ordinary. I couldnt find an associate tight away for a question about some of the shredders. I figured it out. Store was organized. Cashier was friendly.

I went in looking for an ebook reader and the worker told me the product Im looking for doesnt exist even online. Funny, when I checked amazon I can get one for about $30 bucks. Stick with recommends on products the store carries.

Nice store. Their prices are okay but their sale items can be a great deal.

I made a trip to this store specifically to look at a product only they carry and purchase one or two. I was completely ignored even though I was the only person in the store. I will not waste my time or spend my money here in the future. Its no wonder so many of these stores are going out of business with their extremely poor customer service.

Its a good Office Max but has changed over the years. Its local and one can call about an item. A very small staff.

Do not purchase executive chairs from Office Max. No store warranty after (2) weeks unless a extended warranty is purchased.

Went to get some envelopes, and was really surprised to find they were five times higher than other stores that sell envelopes. Need less to say, I left this location. I did not even have to leave the parking lot to find a less expensive product.

Every time I go to this place, I feel stupid for doing so, they have lots of products, but for some reason they never have what am I looking for.🤣🤣🤣
