Best place to go if you love antiques and nic-knacks! Was here for over 2 hours looking at everything! Their is SO much stuff. Love the variety of different collections for those who hunt down old items or have their own personal collection. Dont be fooled by The size of the place. theirs plenty to look at if you love to look at every detail and item. They have old furniture, jewelry, action figures, comic books, collector coins and signs and more.
Always a great place to stroll through and look. Found several treasures over the years there.
Lots of neat things. You have to go inside to experience it for yourself.
I bring out-of-town expectations to my antique mall adventures, and this is one that I would happily return to next time Im in Austin. The staff were friendly, there was more than I could comb through in the time I had allocated for my antique mall wander, and the prices werent over the top. I left with three items - a mcm vase for a housewarming present, a vintage citrus reamer (because I buy them compulsively), and a fun little glass measure that was used to dispense meds and will now dispense essential oils.
Fun place to look for treasures! Clean. Helpful staff.
I found some of the most amazing sterling silver jewelry here. I mean unique stuff. There were so many pieces i couldve easily spent $250 but i restrained myself to these 4. The store is littered with antiques i remember seeing in my grandparents home. The memories itself was worth the trip. I will say if youre spiritually sensitive you will want to make sure youre centered before entering. I was overwhelmed in some spaces. But a very positive experience overall. I will go back.
Love exploring this place, usually spend a couple hours per visit. Theres wide variety of different items for sale, and we end up leaving with at least something every time, and enjoying the rest of our visit just browsing.
Best store in town if you love expensive and designer stuff!!!!... everyone it’s so friendly came for vacations here and so far this store it’s my favorite one, not even the outlets lolTotally recommend it
Wish I could give them 0 stars. Save your money!!!!!! Go to another place. My 2-year-old could have done better 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
A lot bigger than we expected, we didnt allow nearly enough time for exploring every aisle! We did get a great deal on a beautiful tiger pine side table, and were going back again this weekend. Super nice folks working there, eager to help you or leave you alone, your choice! Lots of collectibles, not just antiques, so check it out!
This is my favorite antique store! I come here at least every two weeks and they always have the cutest things. One of their booths has super cheap well playing records, from the 1970s-1980s. Another one of their booths has super cute vintage beanie babies with the tags protected with a casing. Definitely come here and support a local business.
This place is wonderful 🥰. Full of popular culture, a look back at a time that was. A time of our grandparents and parents. What was fashionable, home decor, and style. I really enjoyed my time at the Antique Mall.
I asked up front if they could plug in an old toy to see if it worked and not only did they, but they also got maintenance to open it up and secure the bulbs inside so they make a better connection. Everyone was super friendly and up for chatting. I really like this place.
I love browsing the many, many aisles of this antique mall! The variety always surprises me and I usually find a treasure for myself or a gift for someone else. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Lots of neat things. A fairly good sized store. Plenty to look at.
Love this place could shop for hours
Great vendors. Most of the employees are great. One of the managers is kind of grouchy.
The worse costumer service ever, we use to go there a lot but after the mask Mandated lifted they still want people to wear them or you cannot shop there. I wore the tham mask but is wasn’t good enough for them they literally tell you to wear it above your nose they don’t care if you have health issues asthma ect...they try to shame you about it. I will never go to this place again they have no ethic.
As its name implies, they have a variety of vintage clothes, knick knacks, furnishings, etc.
I wanted to love this place but the customer service we experienced was terrible 😔
Great antiques, toys, artwork, and lots of more great stuff.
I started getting junky FB posts from vendors in this mall. I dont even live in the same country, and if I did, I still wouldnt want spammy ads pretending to be posts. There are a million antique stores in the world I could choose from. I doubt anything in this mall is really an antique, just old stuff (Antique actually has a specific meaning). Even if I lived in this town, I still wouldnt shop here.
Horris service sky high prices!!! One of the worst placest to go to.
A ton of stuff, prices can vary widely between booths. The place is always hot, so be prepared in the summer to sweat. They dont have an air conditioner I guess. Fun to look around though.
A variety of antiques and collectables, and not just furniture and dishes. Friendly associates that help with questions and viewing items.
The sellers and their wares are great. Some good finds. But I have wondered before why the staff turnover is so high. I almost never see the same helpers there more than twice. The reason is the manager: she is a horrible person. If the staff forget to pack something you bought, or you have a question about a purchase, you will find out what shes like in a hurry: a real bully.I have shopped there for a couple of years and have had 2 occasions where I had to speak to her. Each time, she interrupted me, raised her voice, and basically tried to intimidate me into stopping talking.I wont be back. There are plenty of other great antique malls out there.
VENDORS BEWARE. Until the owners deal with the current management, this place will continue to lose its best vendors and customers. We are seasoned vendors that spent two years in the Antique Gallery Round Rock. We had five booths in the mall at one time. It became painfully obvious that the manager was detrimental to our business. She creates a very toxic work environment for employees and vendors. From the beginning, we experienced problems with the manager, Melody. She runs the establishment on a serious power trip. She is unprofessional, rude, dismissive. My husband still made a point to try to be friendly and say hello to her, but she would completely ignore him every time the entire two years we were in the mall. We know she also behaved this way towards another long-term male vendor. Employees of the mall told us they walk on pins and needles. We witnessed her treat staff terribly and even fire them for simply being honest and doing their job instead of bowing their head down and remaining silent about known wrongs. We personally experienced several miserable and bizarre incidents with this manager. She was even hostile towards our 4 year old daughter. Customer reviews have echoed this sentiment as well. The day following our move-out, we went to pay our prorated rent for 4 days and collect our check. Instead of issuing us our check, and keeping it with all the other checks at the front counter, Melody held ours in her office. She then proceeded to charge us an increased rent and claimed it was the new price per sq ft. Wed received no notice of this and rent there is not raised for current vendors, even when theyve been there 10 years or more. Only newcomers pay the current increased rate. Anyhow, we paid the overcharge amount because she refused to give us our check otherwise. Unfortunately, there is no upper management in the mall above Melody. The owners live out of state and are unreachable. Other vendors Ive spoken to have reached out to them in the past, but Im told they do not care and will not do anything to improve the situation.Beyond that, the mall will rent booths to anyone with little discernment regarding what will be sold. We believe an antique mall should be filled with interesting and unique vintage goods as well as valuable antiques. The core mall audience now mostly shop for average garage sale type stuff because its plentiful at this mall and they are accustomed to finding it there. Shoppers looking for that special antique or design piece will shop other stores first because they dont expect to find it at the Antique Gallery Round Rock. It makes it tough for the handful of knowledgeable remaining vendors that do hold the bar up.Lastly, the price per sf has gone up considerably for brand new vendors and its 13% commission on sales for everyone. The mall doesnt have the clientele to support those rates, and they spend the bare minimum(if anything) on improvements and advertising. They arent doing well and they expect the hardworking vendors to pick up the slack.Owners, please do something about this manager!UPDATE: Shortly after I posted my review, the original ‘antique gallery round rock’ listing with all 199 reviews, changed the name of their google listing to ‘antique mall’ so all those reviews would no longer be easily accessed. They then started this current and completely new google listing under ‘antique gallery of round rock.’ This is an obvious attempt to hide all the negative history.
Love this place! It has a huge selection, friendly staff, and theres always new inventory arriving. Definitely recommend!
This place is huge. You can get lost in there for hours! I found 3 items that I just had to have, right off the bat. My mom and dad (from out of town) found some things as well. I would be giving this a 5 star review if it wasnt for the manager lady. We were in line, a long one, to checkout and she is standing at the front of the line literally screaming at everyone. Workers and customers alike. She was being so aggressive that we put all of the items back and just left. She made an otherwise lovely outing HORRIBLE.
I tried to buy a book and could not since they could not find the seller as the price and seller was not marked. Also some staff were not wearing mask all the time
I have shopped here for a long time and always recommend others. I will no longer shop here or recommend it to anyone. THE MANAGER MELODY IS HORRIBLE TO PEOPLE. Every bad review about her here is true. She’s a bully. I have no idea why the owners keep her. What a shame. An otherwise great place to shop. Too bad I won’t be back. If she’s not being rude to me directly I’m witnessing her being rude to others.
LOVE TREASURE HUNTING HERE
Always fun to hunt for treasures of the past. Friendly staff and great prices.
You can easily spend a couple of hours in here! You’ll find everything from antique furniture to books, and glass wear to cowboy boots. The staff are helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced on most items.
Sooooo many vendors and everything you can thinknof inside. Beautiful booths and good prices. Can get lost and spend hours in here
The prices are crazy. Its really neat to see all the old things and how things have changed from the olden days. Made me remember where I came from though. Pretty good visit over all.
Nice place with some good finds.
Loads and loads of antiques from wall to wall. Great place to just wander and look for just about anything antique.
This is sizeable mall with something for everyone I guess. It tends to be hit or miss for me, but that doesnt deter me from coming back. I HAVE found a couple of gems here and there are a few quality dealers I like. After all, its all about the treasure hunt!
OMG!!! My friend took me and lets just say I can spend HOURS at this place. I love how each booth/space has its own unique antique items. This place will have you oooh-ing and awww-ing the whole time. Prices are super reasonable.
Great stuff. A little pricey but not too bad.
The manager, Melody is extremely unprofessional, classless and rude. If the owner of this establishment has any sense at all he will get rid of someone with such a bad attitude. She made feel extremely uncomfortable and I am not alone, another customer came up and thanked me for handling the situation with class and dignity. We left without purchasing any of our items and we will NOT be back.
There is so many interesting items, I easily spent 3 hrs there and didnt even see it all. Im definitely becoming a regular..
Cool place lots of goodies! Killer hand made knifes sold by one vendor! A must see I found stuff in here that I havent seen since I was a kid.
Great variety of antiques and treasures! Big store could look around for hours in here
We see antique malls all over the country. This is about the best and best run. Thats why we have a space there!
Cool place. I went looking for a 2qt cast iron pot and to my disbelief there it was! I paid a little over $25 for it and could not be happier!! Nice friendly staff as well, very helpful.
So glad they are open!Take your mask. Some dealers are a little pricey. But always a fun trip, especially when you find that perfect thing.Clean and lots of friendly people.
Great place to explore with lots of vendors!
Wife had never been!! Loved variety & service of staff.
Any new vendors or shoppers watch out for this angry troll manager Melody. She is a super dictator with bipolar issues. If you do not listen to this control freak, she will seriously yell or threaten you! Buyer and Seller BEWARE!
I love to come here but some items are way to expensive for what they are and the condition.
Lot thinks but little high price
This place has all kinds of cool items. You can find collectibles from various eras. I can spend hours looking at everything. Good place to kill time.
Fun finds..best antique mall in north atx burbs!
Attractive displays. Quality items - above average vintage and collectibles. Clean. Good location. Plenty of parking. Good prices. Good variety.
Theres always a variety here. Some things look familiar, from childhood. Others are just different. We enjoy strolling up and down the aisles to browse.
Found what I needed for my nieces 21st bday. Everyone had their masks on and the workers were very helpful!
This place is AWESOME! They have it all... Jewelry, furniture, video games, action figures, toys, decor, clothes, purses, etc. You name it & chances are its there. Tons of different styles of things to fit everyones taste. The staff is helpful, they make sure you know they can help if you need it, but not in an over-your-shoulder & hovering the entire time way.
There are a lot of great stores there, and if you are in to antiquing then definitely go.
There is an older woman that works here that treats her coworkers so poorly, or maybe she is the manager I’m not sure. I know she works there because I saw her go to a back room slamming the door. I was shopping and had to leave because it disturbed me so bad. She was screaming and talking down to the workers! I hope she reads this and considers working on her behavior. Some people can’t be around environments like that. It really really startled me :(
I love this place, so many good finds. Kills my wallet. Good place to find cassettes.
Fun place and I always find unique pieces.
People who work there are rude and inconsiderate.
Huge variety of booths with the stuff you are looking for.
Not everything is a true antique but it’s a really fun place to explore and waste a few hours. Some sellers price items way too high but every once in a while I find a unique piece at a great price. The people that work there are always friendly and helpful.
Good antique mall, if a little expensive. The staff was very helpful. Items used to be poorly marked, or made it difficult for staff to decipher where the item came from or how much it costed. That has now been fixed. Enjoyed my visit.
Always lots of great things to find here. The booths are always well maintained and staff is always helpful getting items. Great selection of items and good prices.
This mall has a very nice selection from antique, vintage, retro and unusual items. Plan on taking at least 2 hours if you want to see everything. All of the booths are private retailers who set their own prices. If you see something you like but you feel the price is too high, the people who run the store are very helpful and will even call the booth owner with your offer to see if they will accept. I have found many great items here and would recommend a visit. Chances are you will not go home empty handed!
Excellent selection of antiques and collectibles for a reasonable price. Fantastic Sterling silver booth by the register with vintage, collectible jewelry at the best prices in Austin. Worth a look!
I love to spend time just wandering and lookingvat all the treasures!
A lot of unique items to browse from jewelry to furniture to miniatures and more. The staff is also really nice and helpful!
Enjoyed it very much had a lot of things to choose from well go back again, we would like to see more sales. Associates were very helpful and friendly.
So much selection with an incredible number of vendors! Very sweet and helpful staff. Very well organized and bright compared to other places.
I cant believe how low the prices are..alot of great items and gift ideas all in one building.
Great place to find antiques they have anything you can imagine at good prices
Decent selection. Pricey.
The RR Antique Mall has a ton of vintage and antique stuff at great prices! I live in Austin and travel here because there are better deals here than in Austin. I have found many cool treasures and unique things here!
Is the lady who runs this place mentally unhinged?yelled at a bunch of customers in front of us and a bunch of other customers. 😂 everyone just left...crazy!
Melanie the manager is the worst possible person to be in charge especially for customer service. She is loud, not nice to customers as already stated in other reviews. The staff is good but the cashiers are always on their phones and don’t greet customers when walking in. The mall itself has a few good dealers, a lot of the same things I notice, crazy high prices on the toy vendor, etc. There are far better antique malls around in Taylor, Elgin and Austin. It’s a shame because this place has so much potential! I guess the silent owners don’t care who’s running their stores as long as they are turning a profit...sad
Love all the things they have too sell.
My wife and I went in on a Sunday afternoon and bought a bunch of stuff from them. We had about 3 carts full of stuff we were buying. We also had our two kids with us.We were very turned off my the manager who, as we were going through our finds for the last time before purchasing (to calculate totals, etc), lingered as if we were going to steal something. We had to tell her we didnt need her help and she stood there saying that she had to make sure that if we put anything back, it had to go in the right spot. Right.... We gave her one or two things to go back and said if there was anything else we would let her know. She turned around but was just rude. When we got to the front to pay for everything, there were at least 5 employees there all waiting for us to leave since it was closing time. They we kind of helping, but it seemed like they were staying only because the manager lady made them stay until everyone was out. They told us some of our stuff had to go out the back of the store because of theft issues, I guess. We were the only ones in the store though and everyone was standing there waiting for us to leave... One guy stood there holding a picture frame for 20 minutes while they rung us up, but we didnt really want anyones help to be honest. We just wanted out of there. It was one of the most embarrassing situations my wife and I have ever been in. I am rarely snarky as I have a pretty even-keel temperament, but even I was getting upset with them.We may go back only because they had some decent vintage, but I will be very tempted to call ahead of time to find a time that that manager lady isnt working.
Great place to browse and reminisce. Lots of unusual things for sale. The staff is always helpful and ample parking available.
Pricing is decent but customer service is poor. I requested a price on an item and left a note with the item at the front desk on Saturday. I called the front desk on Tuesday and the item was returned to the booth, still no price and the note I left was gone. Why don’t you just tell me you’re going to ignore my request and throw my note away??
I have been going to this place for years and never had a problem. Today l went in and an item was not priced. The cashier, Liz, was very nice and explained it is usually not their policy to call, but, she tried to text since we were from out of town. The manager, Melody, came up and was very rude and almost threatening to Liz. She was also very rude to us. She told Liz to imediately come to the office after her transaction with us. I feel that this manager WAY OVEREACTED to the situation and took her straw boss attitude to the limit. She made herself look very small and very curt to customers. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I have read some other reviews about this manager that were far from flattering. This woman is extremely bad for business.
Wow! What a wonderful and very Nostalgic experience... bought a couple of items at a great price...
We come here all the time, and spend a lot of money, but no more! Whats sad is how rude the manager is, the store is awesome and has so much to offer. Someone needs to talk with her before more people quit coming.
This place is awesome. Its massive and has sooooo many different booths and items. I passed by it so many times and I dont know why I waitied so long to go in and check it out. If youre into antiques this is absolutely the place for you. Theyre willing to negotiate on the price of some things and most things are not priced outrageously. Some things are but I think thats more so the owner of the booths.
They have fun and interesting things to see and the staff is always helpful and friendly
Hit or miss. Some sellers know pricing and others dont. Its getting to be too many booths with either new things or art/upcycled items.
