I went in to Target three times last week to buy a specific item and despite saying it was in stock, it wasn’t. Later I found out it was in the back and they can’t get it out. They told me to call in to check to save my time. So I just called target and someone put me on hold and then hung up on me. So I called again and she kept hanging up on me😡 I had to call 5+ times for her to finally pick up. She automatically puts me on hold. When she finally picks up the phone, she is super rude and mean!I get that your busy but I just had one simple question to ask. Our conversation was only a few seconds long. And to top it off, she also didn’t even answer my question.Target should do better.

Buying cloths Target.com is one hell of process and frustration. It says 2 delivery etc., but they ship it from other countries and UPS will hold the packages in the store. If we contact them, UPS will say contact Target and Target will say contact UPS. I dont know why would a customer keep calling UPS and Target to get their product. TARGET you need to improve your customer service persons with accurate answers not always generic information.

Pick up was easy, quick, and very convenient. Products were as promised and in great condition.

Target has a variety of trendy items for the whole family. Target also provides healthy and convenient food options.

I shop at target at least 2-3 times a week and spend between $25-$150 each time. I’m usually treated with respect and kindness. I have had 20 leg surgeries from a boating accident 5 years ago. My leg hurts constantly. Today I went in to the one in round rock, Louis henna, and I returned something that didn’t fit my child, and then went and looked at their $5 section and women’s leggings. I had a handful and no basket so I put it in the reusable bag I had had the return in. I was going to go get a basket and put them in and then continue to shop around. My leg was really hurting so I was struggling holding it. Before I could even stand all the way up from leaning over my leg and balancing the items I was trying to carry, a cashier rushed to me, took all the items, said he was “helping” and then said I’ll check you out at this register. I wasn’t even done and he was assuming I was trying to take the items I guess? I don’t know why because I was literally right in front of them and had no purse. I said I usually use self checkout to see my target app and check deals. He started doing them all for me and I said slow down. I’m paying two separate transactions. He was so rude and judgmental which you’d think he wouldn’t be. . He was maybe 20 and acted without any tact or respect, dressed sloppy and very unprofessional. He treated a person with disability with disrespect and 0 kindness or effort to actually help.he didn’t ask if I was done. Or if I needed help finding anything. If he thought I was trying to be sneaky he could have waited until I was by doors leaving, not right by employees near register . Before any negative action on my part he judged me. I’ve never stolen in my life. I will not be going there again. I never write reviews either. First time, but I’m beyond offended.

Youre stores are bright and quiet and your staff seems happy and actually wanting to help

The staff here is so incredibly nice. I can tell that they are short-staffed, but everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful despite how busy they are. Very pleasant experience, and I wish everyone working here well

I recently had a need for a small dual exhaust fan for my window. I looked in all the usual places like Walmart and home Depot who claimed to have it, but did not. While I will be honest in saying that Ive been to Target perhaps twice in my life I thought Id give them a try as they were in the same area as home Depot and Walmart. Well, to my surprise, they had the dual exhaust fan for less than the other places that claimed to have it but did not. Kudos to Target for the unexpected surprise.

Nice selection, friendly staff and the store wasnt crowded. Medium to small selection of fresh meats & veggies but good enough for a quick meal. Nice large selection of wine!!! Greeting card, journals and pens are well stocked for the home office. Safe, well lit parking and clean shopping carts. Ill continue to use this location for variety, friendly staff and location proximity close to home.

Just had to call this store 6 times in a row! The first time the girl working tonight hung up on me after I asked a simple question. What is the brand and model of the car seat on display since there was no sign. Called back to back 5 more times and no answer. They did answer one more time only to fidget on the phone like there was an issue. Worst target experience ever! I’m already stressed about buying a car seat at 6 months pregnant. But what do they care they only work there but can’t answer a simple phone call or question. Sticking to the south locations from now on. We thought we finally found the car seat we wanted and we are now completely dissatisfied and disappointed. Can’t even speak to a manager cause they won’t answer!

Cleanliness, selection and quality of products are always consistent and any chance I have I choose Target over any other box store.

We love how the store is clean and organized during our visits. Also, we took a store survey and heard back from store manager Jordan the next morning addressing our question! Super awesome customer service! We will come back all day long!

I just want to Thank the employees of this store for stocking so fast while customers were waiting to get food. I did not have time to wait in a line at HEB this morning so tried Target. HEB has been great too but I walked into Target and finally found eggs, butter, juice,frozen foods and some paper goods. I am so relieved even though I didnt get bread milk or water I was still satisfied with what I found. Thanks Target!!!! You have great employees!!!

The store feels clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that they seem to have a bad habit of not keeping enough cash registers open some of the time.

Oh my goodness!!! I had the best experience I have ever had at a retailer.. the manager over the checkout lines on Friday evening 11/06/20 deserves all the praise! Target is VERY lucky to have her. Every single employee I came into contact with was super helpful and happy! 10/10 I am blown away.

Ordered online. Chose in-store pickup. Changed my mind to drive-up pickup after I got the “it’s ready” notification.Wow!!! Someone was standing in the drive-up area as I pulled into the parking lot! Holy cow picking stuff up can be fast!

The truth was very surprised with this store, right now I was in a queue just to buy pamper for my son and I only needed 1 person to enter and they did not let me because they closed at 4:30 and at 4:28 they did not let me enter, the truth is that there is no conscience

Located very close to I35 in Round rock crossing. The parking is very wide and is easier to load the items as its located opp. to store front. Staffs are helpful in locating items. Masks are mandatory as of now. #HappyShopping

Andrew B. is an outstanding and professional employee. Every time I come across him (I would have to say 5th time now), he gives eye contact, waves, and genuinely asks how I am doing or if I am with someone else, he asks how we are doing. A small gesture like this goes a long way. Not only does it give a welcoming vibe to this Target, but he is the definition of what customer service should be. Everyone at the store greeted me and were friendly. Quick and easy purchase and quick and easy return. Their Drive up feature IS THE BEST!!!! order and pay everything online and pick it up at the store. A now loyal target customer!

I’ve been to this location multiple times because it’s very close to my apartment but the customer service is the worst I actually ask the employees how they’re doing, I’ve got it once in a year of visiting.

The best experience ever! I had no one to help me carry a large TV up to the second floor of my apartments and the guy that helped me load the TV in my car said when he got off work he would help me carry the TV from my car up the stairs! Wonderful selection.

I went to this location was told at the door I could not enter due to not having a face mask. The young lady at the door told me this was policy for ALL target locations. I called cooperate and was informed this policy does not exist. I then called and informed the manager of what happened. She stated this is only for targets within Travis county.

Dianna at the self check out was very friendly and knowledgeable!! She was also instrumental in telling us about the Target App, helping setting it up, training us on it and giving us helpful tips! The App and the customer friendly people, like Dianna, will keep us coming back and recommending everyone else do the same!!

The staff was so nice and it was so easy to go inside to pick up my order. Everyone took the necessary precautions by wearing masks and gloves. I was in and out so fast. I have never been more impressed with a store...especially during these difficult times.

Selection, ease of access and customer service were all great. However, as usual Target needs to have more cashiers on hand... and They should make Order pickup its own section so people dont have to wait in line behind returns.

Claimed to require masks to enter. Claimed it was a local ordinance and that their address is in Austin/Travis. Its not, its in Round Rock, Williamson county. 121 Louis Henna Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78664This is especially obvious because they never had a restriction on plastic bags being offered. They were not willing to provide masks to customers, and they were not able to sell masks. As an essential business that provides food and critical items, I find this unacceptable.But beyond that, I cannot stand that they refused to be honest about it. If they want to make it a store policy overall, then fine, but dont sit there and lie about local ordinances when they were never bound by Austin ordinances before hand.

I didnt have the best experience with the online support team, so I decided to just go into the store. Anna (at the customer service counter) went out of her way to make sure I was well taken care of. Excellent customer service, my expectations were beyond exceeded. Very helpful when it came to assisting me with my baby registry items. Thank you Anna!!!

The employees at my local target are phenomenal! They always go the extra mile to provide great service. The manager (I do not know him by name but he is an African American gentleman), Mrs. Diane and others are always making an impact on my shopping experience.

Convenience and quick service.

Up until legitimately yesterday night at 10pm did this target didn’t close until 11. I went in the store around 9:45 and at 10 they start turning the lights off and announce the store is closed, listing their hours, however they still claimed that weekdays they close at 11pm. I leave without any look or comment or sorry for closing on you an hour early without notice. Now they have their closing time listed as 10pm. The other targets in the area close at 11pm.

Good customer service. My order had my name all backwards so the cashier couldn’t find my order. She found it once I found my email and searched by Order number. She then explained to me that she did not find my order it originally because the name was entered with middle name as last name, first name as last and well so on. She was very pleasant and ready to admit their mistake. She had a pleasant demeanor and helped me to the end. Great customer service

Quality products

Everything was quick and my order was accurate.I was able to locate items that I have not been able to find at the grocery store for almost a month.

I love that employees took the time to talk to me and my toddler, and make sure I was finding everything I needed. Even more so an employee walked me and my child out to the car caring my bags and covering us with an umbrella in the pouring rain. He even kept us covered with the umbrella while I got my toddler buckled into his carseat, and while I got into my car.

Excellent customer service! I had picked an impulse item and looked online to see if there was a better deal, which there was. Luckily, there was an employee stationed at the checkout and I was able to inquire about price matching. He checked quickly and promptly gave me the better price!

I love Target, but my treatment today took it over the moon. Miguel and Edward were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. And Marie and another lady at the Front lanes were super sweet and friendly!

They failed to take off the $2 now coupons. I contacted Target online and no help was given so I will have to drive back to the store. Definitely would not recommend to anyone who wants to save time.

Product and customer service

For big box retail this is the best. The home decor selection is stylish and the prices are great. I love the clothes here. There is a high fashion feel to it all with a lower price tag. The selection of DVDs is always good. The food is a little in the high side, but the store brand food is way better than most.

Target in general is usually a fun place to shop. Dont particularly like this location. The items we are looking for are often out of stock. We are a family with two toddlers and like to bring in our double stroller when shopping, just in case the kiddos get fussy and to hold our items. I understand that a stroller loaded with stuff may look suspect. But, if we were really thieves, I think we could figure out how to steal with just a regular basket. Most importantly, we, like most people, spend quite a bit of money at Target--our debit red card tells the story. Yet, it seems that every time that were browsing trying to figure out which products are the best and the best deal, we are being watched. Good on you for upping the loss prevention game, but when it is to the point of lightweight harassing loyal shoppers who spend quite a bit of their hard-earned money in the store, seems counterproductive. Also would be nice if they kept the family bathroom fully stocked (changing table covers and tp) and kept it a little more clean. On the positive side, nice that they have a family bathroom--though we had to wait the other day because the loss prevention guy was using it, one of the managers is really friendly when we see him in store, and this is our closet location. So, we will continue to shop here out of necessity, but will head to the Pflugerville store whenever time permits, order online with free 2 day shipping, order from Amazon Prime with 1 day shipping, or head to Walmart.

Shout out to Corey who works at Target! He was a light in my day. My day wasnt going at all bad; he just went out of his way to help me locate an item I needed. He was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately, thats rare nowadays. I have to admit I always go to Walmart because its closer to home and a bit cheaper. However, I can never get help from anyone! Nice and clean store, very well organized. They are never too crowded, which is nice for shopping without bumping into a bunch of people. Sometimes they have very few checkout lanes open, which means a longer wait than you should have to wait in a relatively empty store.

Although they didnt have wjat i was looking for, the employees did everything they could to help me out and I ended up getting a product just as good! Amazing service even on the busy day of Halloween :)

This target is going through a floor change. Its looking a lot better. Their shoe aisle can get a little crazy and look like 30 children went running through there BUT we go here on a weekly basis.Also, it should be mandatory that all Targets re-do their bathrooms.

I like how people are complaining about the store not being picked up... And how its always dirty... Maybe if we had people putting items back where they belong instead of just dropping the items on the ground, that would help. The employees are working and are cleaning and keeping everything organized they cant get to every messy spot at once, be happy there is a target out here we can all shop at, and if you dont like it dont shop at this location anymore. As for my experience, it was great, always a pleasure shopping here

Our local Target is cleaner and more well organized than most locations.I like it because of its extensive inventory. After visiting 5 stores looking for rca cables (for people who still use any vintage audio equipment), this was one of 2 that had them in stock, name brand for $4 less than the other store. If you cant find something at a which you think shouldnt be rare but actually is, this Target saved my night.
