Joann Fabrics is a great place to shop for a wide range of seasonal craft & decorative items. Their coupons are wonderful, ranging from 20% to as much as 50% off regular prices.Clearance items can be as high as 70% or 80%.The store is clean, conveniently locate and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Rude lady at fabric counter. My son is on the spectrum and usually does not touch things. He saw the beautiful ombre colors of threads and gently rolled his hands on them a couple of times. Right when we turned to leave, someone asked if we needed anything I caught on right away that it was not said in a nice way. When I said no. She just stared at me and thats when I noticed she left customers at her fabric counter just to come and I guess teach us a lesson? When she got back to her counter they all laughed.Im not coming back.The last time another lady at the fabric counter asked where I was from. When I said round rock she was like no, where are you from. Like country. What kind of backwoods question?! I guess because Im Asian?

Annette was incredibly rude to my girl friend when she asked for help finding stamps. We were not aware that they had stopped carrying stamp supplies, but Annette was incredibly aggressive and demeaning in our interaction. Will avoid this location in the future.

This is my go to place for creative props, materials/fabrics, paint and artificial flowers. They also tend to carry that thing I never knew I wanted, but suddenly need! Good coupons are always available, too.

JoAnn at round rock location by Ikea location has some very Friendly staffs, last week me and my daughter shop there we are struggle get coupons out the joAnn app, so we can save some money 💰 the lady at the register saw us struggling and still couldn’t load, she said I want see you smile 😊, she pull out her phone look for coupons and scan for me . She make me happy tear 🥲 she did make me SMILE AGAIN . I didn’t see any name tag so I don’t know what her name, she are white lady with beautiful white silky hair, they do have some kind peoples in this world 😇 .

I love this store! The shelves are very well organized and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is enough room to shop even when the store is a little busy. Fellow shoppers and workers are respecting social distancing and masks. I can always find what I need (and most of the time, more than I need).

Great location! The checkout & fabric cutting areas have recently been revamped for the better. No more paper tag #s at the cutting counter...just add your name at the kiosk & watch for your name on one of the four the monitors as you shop. Nice big well lit store.

Great place to go for any of your craft needs. We were there recently to get foam for a chair back and Kathy was ever so helpful in helping us figure out the best way to assemble the foam for our project. Only wish they had one in the Belton Temple area as we are about half way between the one in Round Rock and the one in Waco.

Short on stock. Probably getting ready for the holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas). Still good deals on their doorbisters.

The rudest clerks at any store I have ever been to. I wanted one piece of fabric cut. 2 elderly ladies working. One was busy, the other lady just keep being on her phone. No other people were waiting, but she told me to sign in anyway, then just stayed looking at her phone and leaning on the counter. The older lady finished what she was doing and helped us. When she finished, she asked my husband to put the fabric back on the shelf where we got it from. REDICULOUS!!!

I went in to look for burgundy color material for my mother. I was able to find someone to help me find the correct area to look. The store did not have a wide selection to choose from. Maybe because I am a man I expected more choices. I was disappointed in the lack of variety.

I usually have a great time at Joanns and receive nothing but the best customer service. However, I went today with my husband and brother in law and received HORRIBLE customer service from one of the fabric cutters named Annette. She was extremely rude and disrespectful when we asked for 9 yards, since the bolt we picked up only had 8. My husband, brother in law and I were flabbergasted and we didnt know what to say. I hope they train their employees better on how to treat customers.

This store never had anyone who can just help you with something. Any time I ask (including today’s trip) I was told to go stand in the checkout line and ask one of the cashiers. The line was 8 people deep today and I was on my lunch break. I just needed a yes or no answer to if something was still in stock (online said the item was in stock but the store had nothing on the shelf indicating it was indeed in or out of stock). The yarn selection looks large but it’s the same few brands in various colors. It’s just meh all around at this Joann’s. Probably better to order online and ship to your home.

Not overly crowded, which was nice. Prices a lot higher than I expected for the yarn and the Christmas tree ornaments I was looking at. Christmas craft kits underwhelmed me. Disappointed not to find more Christmas fabric panels. Maybe they were just sold out already. Store seemed clean, well-staffed. Check-out was quick. Staff was pleasant.

They have a large selection of sewing machines available. Awesome find for me during the holidays. The only reason I give them this rating is because no one helped me even though I was very obviously looking to by a sewing machine. As a first time buyer, it would have been nice to know what-all I needed to get. Google helped me more.

Found all the fabric we needed. Took a little bit due to they changed the sections from the last time we were here(over a year due to where we live now.) Staff friendly as always and was minimal wait to get fabric cut as well. Also a variety of great prints

I can always find what I need and items that I dont need but my mind is telling me I do ;-) The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The prices are great and there is always a coupon that I can use. If I could change one thing, it would be to have Joann Fabrics, closer to my home.

They had great deals on the fabric we were after plus the coupons! We walked away paying next to nothing for over 16 yards total of all the different fabrics we picked out! And the bead sale 4 for $10 I was all over that! Believe me the savings was so worth it! I saved almost triple from what I spent!

The young girl with green hair who cut my fabric was such a sweetie! She was interesting and made polite conversation. Seriously a breath of fresh air.

I used to love coming to this store. But it really has gone downhill. The customer service is lacking a lot. You got 15-20 people standing in line and you have one cashier. Its very junky in there! Aisles are so close together, fabric is way out of whack and the pattern drawers or disasterous and out of order... Etc.

Summary: A large fabric shop, slightly out of order with inventory in the middle of the isle ( one star removed).Details: we visited on New years day so perhaps they were understaffed and this may be the reason for some areas to be slightly messy and uncared for. I didnt interact with the staff, but they appeared to be friendly.The star is large with lots of inventory including remote control drones?

I have always loved JoAnns Fabrics; however, the one here on University in Round Rock Texas is going through a remodel and they are extremely low on fabric and fabric choices. I would call to make sure they have what you need before making the trip.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products in store and they always have excellent sales and coupons.

Very poorly stocked. Calico wiped out. Elastic wiped out. Seasonal many empty panels. No one greeted. Trash overflowing by front door. Many outs in home dec. All fabric in disarray. Many missed opportunities!!

I wish this place was closer to home. Ive never had a reason to shop at Joannes until I began quilting. All my hobby needs could be met by stores closer to home. I must say that I was astonished and a little overwhelmed by the amount of fabrics they had in stock. The shelves for their crafting supply could use a little restock, but overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Only two staff members cutting fabric with customers patiently waiting ten deep. Then the same issue at the cash register. Just too pay, I waited 30 minutes. Just. To. Give. Them. Money.

Needed some 3d printer filament in a bind, called them up they set it aside and went over and picked it up. Great service!

I normally dont do these kinds of things but i am so ANNOYED with how my trip to this store went tonight. If you don’t know how Joanns works or have never been there DO NOT go to this location... the staff on duty tonight (7/31) was not helpful and when i went to check out my son was a little fussy and i had never been there before so wasn’t sure how it works and instead of helping me and telling me how it works and where to go the cashier was very rude and gave me attitude like i was bother

Fantastic location with plenty to choose from! The lines arent terribly long, and theyre selection is great. I was just window shopping in the area and stopped in, and of course, its Joannes, I ended up finding a few things that I needed... This is a wonderful store with all kinds of crafts, hobby materials, fabrics, decor, and more!

Joann fabrics has many craft and art items. The mobile app keeps all your coupons handy and usually there is a coupon for 40 or 50% off one regularly priced item. Their prices are a bit high however they frequently have great sales and the coupon I mentioned. I never buy their beads full price, they are often on sale for 50 to 60% off and occasionally 70 or 75% off. The app also has their weekly ad on it so you can check for sales before you go. The downsides - they are slow. If you need fabric cut, youll need to wait. If you have them do a custom framing job, it will take forever. When its time to check out, you will wait in a very slow moving line. Overall I do recommend them, as long as you hit the sales and use the coupons

I do really like this Joann. The manager and employees are super nice, even if they area busy, they willing to help, I can remember the managers name (I think they have multiple), but she rocks! The place smells like art, the workers there are nice!

Great fabric store. We were trying to repair some chairs that were destroyed by our cats but werent sure what to use that they couldnt tear up again. The employee who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable and got us some heavy duty fabric that has worked perfectly.
