In the last two months I have had major service/repair performed on one bike and minor service/repair performed on another at Blur Cycleworks with excellent service both time. I also recently went in and have a professional fitting done on my bike and the experience was fantastic. Erik the shop owner took his time in helping me understand why we were making each change and the options moving forward if I wanted to make further changes. This was educational and provided me with a basis for how to think bout my bike setup going forward. Thank you to the Blur Cycleworks Team. I went into Blur Cycleworks today to get a proper bike fit with Eric. I bought a Gravel Bike at a different store two weeks prior that I have been trying to fit (quite poorly) on my own and decided I needed to get professional help instead.Eric started out gathering information about my specific biomechanics then went to town tweaking my new bike. Every time he made a modification he followed with a detailed explanation which gave me a much better understanding on how to better fit my bike to my needs. Eric was methodical and logical in his approach and when it was all said and done I felt so much more comfortable and natural. I went home and took my bike out for a 10 mile ride and had an absolute blast with my now properly fitted bike. My pedaling felt so much more efficient, my cornering felt tight and best of all my neck, hands and shoulders didnt hurt. I couldnt be more pleased at the results. If you are having issues with your bike do not hesitate to get a proper bike fit with Eric, you will NOT be disappointed. I am so pleased with the level of service I received that I will definitely be coming back to Blur Cycleworks for all my cycling needs in the future.

These guys are great! I was greeted immediately by a friendly staff. Brought a brand new bike I had to assemble in for a brake adjustment and they did a fantastic job. Very reasonable price for quality work!

This is the second time I go to blur cycleworks. I plan to continue going, I recommended blur to a friend and will do so for the rest of my friends who have problems. Eric is very well at explaining what he believes the problem may be upon preliminary inspection and provides accurate eta on when he can get an estimate as well as work done. Very helpful and professional. I had an issue with my chain didnt have an appointment and with just a few days before taking them on vacation I took it to them. They were so helpful and very and very fast in the turnaround. Explained to me the issues I was having and fixed the derailer placement and had me on my way. So happy to have brought my bike in to them and I definitely will be using them for all my bike needs in the future.

Hello Eric and Brian,I have put over 100 miles on the new wheels and from mile one I had super confidence going fast downhill, these HED wheels are fast. I have ridden over some bumpy trails and the wheels are rock solid! These are the finest wheels Ive ever owned and I really love the way they look on my bike. Brian is a wheel building wizard! Ill be honest I was a little concerned about how the wheels would turn out, now that I have spent time with them I couldnt be more impressed and delighted :-) Thanks so much.Matt M

This a great bike shop! Eric and crew are always ready to help you work out an issue on your bike, and help you figure out what the best course of action. I have also gone to them for a bike fit, and that resulted in no back pain, and less hand numbness. They are extremely knowledgeable, highly recommend trying them out!

Recently took in two bikes just for maintenance. They were new and didn’t need much but the staff there made just the right adjustments and now the bikes are running perfectly. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy, they took the time to answer all of our questions. I will definitely return here for all of my bicycle needs.

I bough the bike 4 years ago and it’s been the best purchase I made in 20 years. The bike is solid and their support has been phenomenal.

Got a bike fit done here yesterday, and Tom was great! It is clear that he really knows his stuff. Went on a 52 mile ride today and the adjustments that he made definitely make being on my bike more enjoyable. I am fairly knew to riding and he gave me so many tips on how to get in and out of my clips safely, how to ease butt pain on the bike, and even offered a trial saddle if none of those work and my seat may need to be changed. I had a great experience and will definitely be going back!

Needed a quick in and out adjustment to front brake. Guy told me an extra $10 for line cut + labor I guess. This after I just had my last visit had him put a new computer and go through the bike completely. Will be finding a new shop. I was more than happy to help a local small business. But not if theyre going to be pulling stunts like that. Ok Ive spent decent money with them just on the maintenance of my bikes

The owner Eric really knows his stuff. Very helpful, friendly and did an excellent job on my annual tune up and adjustments.No drop group rides are great for all level of riders. Including riders like me who arent used to these hills.

I went into blur cycleworks looking for a decent bike for a decent price. I got the best bike Ive ever owned for 200 bucks. The Owner also not only replaced my inner tube, but showed me how to fix my bike myself and what tools I needed! Needed my older mountain bike tuned up. Was attracted to Austin Mult-Sport by the special they had going on. The owner was very friendly with me, easy going as well. My bike is considered pretty low-end compared to the ones he had on the floor, but he treated me and my bike just as nice. I picked up my bike 2 days later. He did what he said hed do, didnt find anything wrong or try to sell me on anything. My old bike runs like its new now. Great place to get service done or even just to learn more about the sport!

Dropped my bike off for some gear slippage I needed fixed. It will still be a couple of days before the repair is finished, but the depth of detail that Eric and the other shop employee, I didnt catch his name sadly, went to helping to show me what some of the potential causes were was great. Great shop! Eric is knowledgeable, and unlike other shops Ive dealt with in the past, doesnt talk down to you or make you feel uncomfortable for asking simple questions. His $59 tune up made my bike like it was brand new! Ill use him from now on for tune ups and future bike purchases.

Blur Cycleworks is my go to place for my senior bicycle. I can count on owner, Eric Wanrsman, to take care of my 30 year old Schwinn, which works like it did when I bought it that many years ago. The most recent visit to Blur was to purchase a bike rack. Eric not only introduced me to my new Saris 882 Bones Hitch, but he mounted it on my car, tutored me on how to do it myself and it was on sale! The first time I used it, my husband stood by and offered assistance as I mounted it on my car. It was so easy to install, place my bike on it and dismount it from my car, that I look forward to the next trip after Christmas. M. Kahn 79 years old.

Tom is awesome and I always appreciate his attitude and excellent service. Tune-ups are very affordable and he goes the extra mile to make sure your ride is perfect. I had a loose cable which he caught and corrected and he is always willing to offer his recommendation for gear/nutrition/etc.
