Service department never calls back when they say they will. Bought a new boat. Dropped it off 8/2 a Saturday morning for warranty repairs (cracking in the fiber glass) and some other minor issues with electrical and the speedometer. Was told it could take up to 8 weeks. To fix the fiberglass issue. I called 2 weeks later girl at the parts desk said it hadnt even been looked at. So.eone would call me back 3 days later called back service manager said the minor issues were fixed boat was being moved to a fiber glass shop in couple of days. To get an estimate on what needed to be fixed. He said he would call me its now Sept 7th no call tried calling on hold forever left messages nothing. Just communicate its not that hard. I paid 25k for a boat that I had for 8 weeks after I waited 12 weeks to pick up. My next boat will not be with bass pro.

Just picked up my boat that had some electrical problems. When I went in they said that they where 2 to 3 weeks out, so I asked them to help me out and see if they could get it done sooner. With in three days I had my boat back at no charge!!! They replace a couple of connectors and fixed the problem. Thank you Bass Pro and Mary at the service center for helping me out!! Great service!!

What is going on... Communication is one direction... Me to them... Was told 12 weeks which turns out to be 16 weeks and today I was suppose to get what I purchased. AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION and I still am waiting to find out the next excuse. John G works well with me if I can track him down. Very unpleased with customer service and not meeting their advertised promise. Its like they dont care... Not cool!!!

I just took my boat to the Bass Pro Shop Tracker Boat Service Center in Round Round and could not be happier with the service received. Wayne and Brian went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and get my boat back to me quickly. I cannot say enough good things about how they took care of me. Highly recommend getting your boat serviced here

Run!!! They sold me the sun baked display model, I was told I would be getting a new boat still in the shipping wrapping. The seats fell apart weeks after purchasing the boat. They did replace the bench cover and now the bench is a different color then the rest of the seats because the seats are sun faded and the bench is not. The service department is even worse. Brought them the boat to have it services and have the pod that holds the gas tank in place replaced or repaired because it split after a year. They kept my boat for almost 4 months in the spring/summer time. This group that I have had multiple unfortunate experiences with, bragges that they are the best. WOW! Spend more elsewhere and save yourself the massive headache that no medication can help.

They have good people in the service department, but the manager needs work. I bought a boat from them at the Austin location prior to them moving to Round Rock. The manager is rude, entitled, and has lost sight of the customer/merchant relationship dynamic. I will be forced to buy by boats, equipment, and service from a different location.

Tracker Service Center is the absolute best service center I have used since owning a boat. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Gary the manager is professional and lets you know just what its going to be before they do any work. I have had my boat in their shop several times and each time by boat was ready before their estimated time. They will continue to get my business as long as I own a boat!

My husband took our boat into the tracker mechanics on Black Friday when my boat wouldn’t start. We were getting ready to leave for a trip. Joel and Trey pulled the boat back immediately and had it diagnosed in 5 mins, running in 10. These guys know their stuff and are very friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t take it anywhere else.

The customer service at this place is terrible! I felt like I was bothering them....the worst! The sales department team is in shambles as well, not a very good overall experience I must say. I hope they get their act together soon!!!

Pretty good place for boats.

First I would like to say they do good work. Ive been taking multiple boats there for seven years until recently. However Last couple times I have taken my boat there they take longer than expected and the bill was higher than originally told prior to dropping off.This last time I was very specific on when I needed the boat back and if they were to go over a certain dollar amount to let me know. I was told no problem, dropped it off, I call back and they hadnt even started and was told it would be past the day they promised. Gary used excuses, same as previous times.Again they do good work, but almost a bait and switch attitude.If you dont mind waiting for their schedule and an attitude if you question why is it different than previously told, this is your place.

Gary the sales manager is a used car salesman who thinks that hes really something. The guys who work under him are equally arrogant, condescending and rude. No exaggeration: they all come across like used car salesman.I felt dirty when I left there. Im taking my business elsewhere!
