The DSC system is very complicated compared to other systems Ive used. My monitoring service company called My Alarm, sent over a technician, Mr. Franks, from Blue Line Security.My Digital Keypad froze and after resetting, produced many faults in my system. This resulted in only a fifth of my alarm system working properly.Darrel Franks was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative about the industry and its ever evolving products. He held and spoke in high regard of the owner of the company.He had a great sense of humor and was very diligent about sharing every action he conducted.The bottom line, he resolved my alarms firmware and cleaned after his work area.He was very professional, yet had a warm personality.In my business (real estate & storage), anyone would be lucky to have him on their team. This company truly needs to take a look at Mr. Franks again as he did the two most important things any company could hope an employee like this would do.... She actually called ADT and wanted to cancel, but the bad thing was she has a 36 month contact! Shes also paying way more and receiving a lot less then what Im receiving from Blue Line.
