Purchased a used toy hauler. Salesman was fine and the buying process was overall pretty good. The day I picked up my trailer they said its ready to go which I assumed meant its been cleaned and checked out and ready to take home. They hooked the trailer up to my truck for me and had it ready to roll. First thing I noticed is all 4 tires had less than 50% air pressure. One of the shop guys who was great came out and filled my tires up and I was off on my 15 mile trip home. Once home I opened the trailer to find water all over the floor and couch. Somehow water got in the ceiling and came through one of the light fixtures. They did reseal the roof, so hopefully this wont happen again. My wife started checking the trailer out, and there was mildew in the fridge and freezer. The shower had the previous owners hair in it. The underside of the toilet seat was nasty and the front bedroom was dusty and had debris on the bed. We had to spend 2 hours actually cleaning the trailer as they should have done before pick up. We may consider buying there again, but wouldnt leave the lot without first looking over the RV REALLY good to be sure they did their job.
Professional attention, immediate service, sufficient in inventory, this place is a great place to window shop for an rv. the personnel are informed, courteous, and do in fact care about your opinions and needs. I recommend them highly.
We bought a Luna Rover and picked it up in Feb 2021. We love the Rover. 5 star for the River. The sales experience was very good AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. We purchased an extended warranty but good luck getting anyone to return an email, text or phone call when you need service! When you email and text, you will receive a quick reply that the message has been received and that someone will respond soon. That’s all you will get. So disappointed in the lack of communication. 1 star for the service and follow up
We waited 5 months for our new trailer to arrive. Our scheduled appointment to walk through our trailer was nothing but look it over and let us know if you have any questions. When we told Lucas we had zero experience with trailers he said we have a video for you to watch. Nothing was turned on to see if it was in working condition( other then the AC unit.) There was also a munfacturer defect on the front window that we were told was cosmetic and we would be notified when the manufacture had a solution to fix it. We were told this was an ongoing problem.Seriously?? He could not answer when I asked what they thought the time frame would be for fixing it.After sitting in the waiting room for over 15 minutes waiting for finance( we were writing a check for the FULL amount) we decided this was not the type of business we wanted to work with afraid that if/when we had problems with the trailer that nothing would be resolved. And...we had to find Lucas who had our truck keys. He was with another customer. We did receive our deposit back. But overall was VERY disappointed. However, the woman at the desk who refunded our money was very empathetic. Best part of the experience. Sad.
Great experience all the way around. Lucas the sales guy was a great and effective communicator, during the three month wait he kept me apprised of the situation. Ed in finance was quick and efficient. Definitely would do business with them again. Thank you guys for your assistance in getting my new Rover. we love it!
We stopped 10 min to close and was immediately and politely greeted! We had questions about light weight trailers and specifications. Steve went the above and beyond in a short period of time to provide us with as much as possible! Definitely will swing back by soon!
We bought are very first travel trailer .It was a 2017 R-POD 180.We are very happy with our purchase great staff. The only issue we had was the trailer was cleaned inside and washed outside was hoping it would have been waxed and removed all oxidation from exterior. We found issues we saw they fixed before we left.
No no no no no noLook for another dealer for service. Items were not repaired and came with new broken parts.
Wow, from the sales team to finance and the guys in the service department it was nothing but positive friendly Texas hospitality! I highly recommend them if your planning on buying a trailer. When you first enter their building you are greeted with a smile at reception and Sugar their resident dog.And if your lucky you will meet the owner, PJ. She is the same as you see her on PCRV YouTube videos...I cant say enough about this organization...They do business with folks country wide...its worth the trek!
Wow. We just bought our first RV. A 2021 Lance 1995 from Princess Craft RV. The whole team is simply awesome. That said, the service team is great based on my experience. We added Solar and other items and Kevin and Cody were excellent. We had a few issues with the added PepWave internet/cell router (Ultimate Road Warrior) but that was largely a vendor issue (mobilemusthaves.com). Still not fully resolved but PrincessCraft is working to resolve.Anyway, PJ and her service team are the best. It has only been a week since purchase but we are VERY satisfied this far. Thank you Princess Craft RV, Round Rock, TX
Overall our experiences at Princess Craft was enjoyable and satisfying. We purchased a 2018 T@B 400. When it came in the graphics we chose were wrong. We decided that if we planned to have the 400 for as long as we planned that the graphics had to be correct. Steve Johnson, our sales person agreed and we were able to put in a new order. Rather than wait another seven months, Steve was able to expedite our shipment and our new 400 arrived in a month. We are so happy with it and Willie (his name) has been great on trips. We would say that our only experience at Princess Craft that not not top shelf was the walk-though we had when we got the trailer. The technician did not seem all that informed about details of the trailer. That was all that keeps us from giving Princess Craft the five stars that it deserves.Happy T@BbersAlan and Joan Fisher
The purchase process was fairly easy. Had an appointment to sign papers but still waited another hour after that time. Not a big deal. 3 weeks after purchase I took my Intech Discover Flyer out for the first time. A/c was screaming and grinding so had to just leave it off. Left two messages and now waiting 4 days to even get a call back. Still waiting. I can understand waiting after scheduling to fix, But to spend tens of thousands and not even get a call back after issues on the 1st trip is far from a 5 star review.
Great selection! Helpful staff. Will be going back 👍🏼
Great customer service. Brent was very helpful.
I drove almost 2 hours to pick up my Tiger Moth thinking everything would be good to go. Upon looking at my rv they had not installed the ac unit. Lucas our sales person led us to believe everything was ready and he had not put it in on the work order. I had to wait numerous hours for them to install it. I am not happy with the customer service at Princess.
Loved this place, and they have a huge variety of campers.
On arrival the guy that greeted us didnt seem excited to show us anything. Told us he had the biggest lot of them in our area (untrue). He showed us a few but upfront said he has no inventory. Nothing to buy. Its 12 months out to get a camper. Maybe that is true for them? I went up the road and bought one within a few hours of trying this place.
We visited Princess Craft as a typical couple, good jobs and income but a decided lack of adventure. Heard Princess Craft could help, so we made the journey across the state to see if it was possible to get more adventure in our life. Well, it turns out that this is a specialty of theirs, and upon arrival we were well cared for, all of our questions answered, and then we left with a wee beastie we called the Dream Hunter. It was a painless process, and they even managed to take care of the hitch work on the car, walked us through everything - they even answered the phone when we had questions trying it out the next day and were wonderfully patient with us.We thought it would be a slow dose of adventure, but then we went to a Princess Craft hosted rally for Tiny Trailers and we had adventure, yes, but we also gained something we werent expecting - a welcoming community. Wine tastings, dance lessons, and knowledgeable experts willing to share their advice. This is where we really saw the Princess Craft team shine, whether it was fixing problems for campers, or hosting technical roundtables to share experiences with solar and other techs we were still investigating. Not only were the Princess Craft team great to do business with, but they included something very valuable at no additional charge. We found our tribe.
We have begun our initial investigation into RVs. The staff are knowledgeable and honest about the market and what your vehicle can comfortably pull.Due to the current RV demand, their lot is a low on on-site RVs but they still have a large representative stock. This includes some high end brand found nowhere else in the area.. If youre in the market for an RV, Princess Craft is worth checking out.
Great folks. Excellent service.
My wife and I were looking specifically for a Lance Travel Trailer. We decided to give 3 dealerships our exact specifications of what we wanted and see who would give us the best deal. Princess Craft not only won the bid-off but they were the most helpful with our build specifications. Lindsays communication with us was perfect before, during, and after the build process. On the day of pickup, the Princess Craft team was professional in all areas from the time we stepped in the door to the moment we left the parking lot. The camper was exactly what we hoped it would be. I would not hesitate to use these guys one bit. We started this process back in October (time to build was a bit delayed because of the pandemic) and drove from Middle Tennessee to Round Rock for this deal and we could not have been more happy with Princess Craft and their team.
We love Princess Craft!! They always have something.
I would have given a 5 star review because the sales staff is exceptional. Unfortunately, we have a service issue and have called service leaving messages each time. We dont know if the fix is something we can handle or to make an appointment for a service call. We have been waiting over a week for a return call. I called again today and had to leave another message.
After shopping far and wide, I ended up buying an Outdoors RV from Princess Craft. Upon delivery, I discovered several minor issues that needed to be addressed. It has amazed me how persistent PJ, the owner, has been to make sure everything is completed to the smallest detail. I am so grateful and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Hats off!
I would like to say this was the easiest purchase Ive ever made in an RV. Steve and Ed made it simple and an enjoyable cross state purchase to TN. Matthew brought my RV to me from Texas and made sure it was ready for me mechanically, electrically and ready to use. Cant say enough how great these people are. PJ you should be proud of your staff because they treat you like family. Great experience and would highly recommend Princess Craft RV for your next purchase. Thanks again to all.... Brad
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, no pressure. Good selection. Will return here when ready to buy.
My T@B 400 is the right choice for me. Its the perfect size for my needs, with everything so conveniently available in one attractive camper. As a new trailer owner, I find the T@B 400 very easy to pull and I must say my parking/backing skills are improving. Im very impressed with the quality workmanship of all the components, plus I really appreciate the staff at Princesscraft being so helpful in making a recent upgrade at no charge! My favorite components thus far are the comfortable bed, the headroom in the kitchen, the fantastic vent/fan, and because its Texas, the wonderful A/C! Ive named my trailer, Orion, for my love of stargazing. I’m sure well have many fun adventures together!
PJ5 Stars for PJ!!!!!!!!!!!505 Stars for PJ!!!!!!!5005 Stars for PJ!!!!!50005 Stars for PJ!!!She is the Heart and Soul of Princess Craft RV and the Camper Community.
Friendly employees and cool RVs.
We have purchased our last three travel trailers here. The folks are great and help you to make the right decision to match your needs. They specialize in small to mid-sized travel trailers and campers. We really enjoy our experiences here and the top notch service.
Customer service was excellent and the laid back feeling from the staff and sales reps made the experience enjoyable. Only downside was they seemed a little understaff the day I picked up my ALiner, but other then that I’m glad I drove from Houston to get exactly what we wanted in a camper and couldn’t find in the Houston area at all.
Ive rented a trailer from Princess Craft a couple of times now and both experiences have been great. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Im renting again next month and Im looking forward to another great experience. Also, when Im ready to buy, Im sure Ill be going to Princess Craft.
Service is the least friendly Ive ever been to. Rude and constantly interrupted me even though I was trying to ask about a serious issue. Finally just hung up and quit trying to ask Kevin anything. Tried doing maintenance with them a few times and its like pulling teeth. Sales is amazing 👌 definitely recommend but service it hirable.
Lucas was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We purchased our first truck camper from Princess Craft in 2015. We had a great experience with them guiding us on which one to select for our family. So when we wanted a new truck camper this year, Princess Craft was a no brainer. They made the whole process very easy. We love our new camper! Thank you Princess Craft!
Just went here, 1pm on a Monday, sales was busy so they suggested we tour the inventory to see what we like. Sounds great, except everything is locked. You have to have a sales person with you to view anything. Might be fine for others but, uncomfortable for me. Sales guy was a bit snooty when I asked about them all being locked. Feels like a trip to conns or Crestview buda. Not great.*Edited after reply*Sales took a couple in a camper, locked it on the way out (I know cause we checked) and another sales agent took another gentleman he was assisting into that same unit about 5 minutes later.
Bery nice on the phone. Have not been there.
Very knowledgeable and helpful with our questions and interest in RVing. They even enlighten us on the other locations and the many vast options that are out there.
Excellent RV buying experience! Sales rep knew all the differences between the different models I was considering. Shop staff was very thorough with the walk through before I took it off the lot. Every person i came across was extremely pleasant and greeted me with a smile. Highly recommended! :)
Another comfortable purchase accomplished with the Princess Craft team. We purchased an Intech Flyer Pursue to go with our Host Everest. Steve was our salesperson, whom weve learned to trust to provide accurate product information and a solid, fair price. Kevin, Matt and the Service crew prepped the unit in record time, including a very thorough walk-thru. Ed expertly navigated us through all things finance and insurance related. Tonya provided all the pieces/parts to get us one the road, and made us feel right at home with comfortable conversation, insights, and sincere interest in us and our purchase. We feel like part of the Princess Craft family and highly recommend them for any small RVs, camping accessories, or service.
Cannot not be more satisfied. Was suprised I received things I was not expecting to get in the purchase of my Aliner.
The day before we were to leave for Colorado, my husband noticed that our power cord/plug was singed and it was Saturday at 1 p.m. We called Princess RV and then drove an hour to see if anyone could help us. Since hes not a great do-it-yourselfer, we thought our trip would have to be cancelled. But, thanks to Cody in the parts department, we were on our way to Colorado the next day.He changed out the plug on the electrical cord and gave us great instructions on how to install the power receptical on the trailer. He was truly a lifesaver saving us tons of money not to mention a marriage! They are great people to work with and we would highly recommend doing business with them. And when youre there, give a shout out to Cody!
This place ROCKS!! BEST SERVICE HANDS DOWN. CHECK IT OUT ON YOUTUBE.
This dealer focuses on small campers such as R-Pods and truck campers. Also have a small store for accessories and supplies. Very friendly staff.
Brent was great. Walked through a number of options for us. No pressure but great information which helped us determine which product fit our needs.Drew was very thorough in making sure we understood how all components in the trailer worked.Overall great experience!
We got there at 8:00 this morning . No one knew anything about it. We had all our information ready. They didnt know that we were picking it up today . It wasnt on their computer. We had to call the customer who was in California and let them know their r.v wasnt ready. My husband showed the salesman his email with the customer information. The rv place had ten days to prep the trailer. We had to sit and wait for three hours. Then when the trailer was brought out, they didnt tell us anything . My husband had to go in there again and ask if that was the one they had brought out. They treated us as if we invisible. The gentleman didnt even acknowledge us . I didnt have a problem with Annie who was quite polite. Carla was helpful and apologized for the delay. The salesman just walked off and didnt even look at the information provided on the email . Fyi the service department is closed on Monday. We are transporters and are on a schedule. We were hoping to get an early start. My husband is disabled and no one offered to help hook it up . I didnt notice any handicapped parking either. I was very disappointed with the way we were treated. We were on time, bottom line they werent.
Saleman was helpfull, knowledgeable, and nice. If I decided to buy a rv trailer I will buy from them
Bought a new camper on Saturday and in spite of there being some minor issues, the staff were great! Everyone from sales to financing to the service folks-- everyone went the extra mile to get the deal done. Ive dealt with a couple of RV dealers over the years-- to put it bluntly, go to this one-- they struck me as honest people. Thanks again to the guys in service-- appreciated the time.
Great salespeople with extensive knowledge of what they sell.
We have a Livin Lite 10.0 Tent Camper that we bought used a few months go. Before we bought it we called and talked to Tonya to see how much a new Tent and Tonneau would be cost. Tonya was very helpful. Fast forward a couple months later we have the camper so I contacted Tonya again to order theTent and Tonneau. She had the manufacture ship the Tent and Tonneau to our house up in the Dallas area. Within a few weeks we had the package. When we went to install the new covers we realized we got a 8.0 tent and not the 10.0 tent. The packing list was correct so I knew it was ordered correctly but the manufacture just put the wrong part in the wrong box. This was on a Saturday when we discovered this but I called Tonya and we figured out they were delivered my 10.0 tent and the 8.0 tent was supposed to go to them. She worked out with another guy in the Parts & Service Department, Matt, would drive my tent up to Dallas on Monday and we would make the swap. I just got done putting my new covers on the camper and everything looks and fits great! I don’t know what other company who would be willing to drive from Round Rock to Dallas to make sure we go the Tents swapped so that we could be ready for our camping trip next week. We really appreciated working with Tonya and appreciate Matt driving all the way up to Dallas to help us out. Thanks guys!!Jonathan & Seth
Went 2 1/2 hours out of the way because reviews were great (vs terrible reviews and poor experience with local Luna dealer.) It was worth it in every way!! Crisp customer service. Very professional repairs. Friendly, personable. Quick turnaround.
Everyone at Princess Craft is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. And if they don’t know the answer they are quick to look it up or find someone who does know.Even though I went there just to look, 2 days later I picked up my new Aliner Ranger 10. There was no high pressure sales. When they were told of some of my physical limitations they immediately suggested the best trailer for me and my car. Made sure I had no problems opening and closing it and was completely comfortable. 5 stars. Wish it could be higher.
Unable to get a service appointment until a month from today. Need more service people.Service is not open on Monday. They have a large selection of campers....but dont have the service. Recommend you find a company that has service.
Buying our Little Guy Tag Max at Princess Craft was a fun experience. They make it easy! You can apply for financing right from the website. With only $500 down they will hold your trailer until you find a lender which only took one day! Then you set an appointment for pick up and signing papers. At that time they will check your tow vehicle and get it properly outfitted with the right hitch and wiring for lights( bring extra money for this part). They even help you find the most affordable insurance. The walk thru we had with Jose was great and very informative. All of the people we encountered were smiling and friendly. This place is very busy and for good reason so be prepared for pickup day to take a little while. However once they walk you outside and you see your new trailer hooked up to your vehicle the only thing you can do is smile all the way home! This was a painless buying process. All of our registration is being handled for us and we were given a one year free trial to Thousand Trails. We highly recommend buying from Princess Craft!
I am pleased with Princess Craft and Nucamp for standing behind their product. Our 2020 Nucamp T@G Boondock XL was still under warranty (DVD player and screw cover issues). Princess Craft fully serviced the problem areas without issue at no cost to us and got us in despite being overly busy due to the virus. We did not even purchase the camper from Princess Craft - and that says something more about them. Applause, applause to PC.
Everyone here is great. Literally everyone. My husband and I knew we wanted a Lance with roadster interior and Princess Craft made it easy for us! Super non pushy and also super helpful. We are bright colors people so they put a bunch of bright colored pillows in the trailer to make us see how it would look! It was our first trailer and they helped us know what we needed and didnt need, they didnt try to make us buy stuff but rather told us some of the things we thought we wanted were useless! Upon picking up the Lance they gave us a whole walk through, to be honest it was so much information most of the stuff we ended up learning on our own over time. I will be a Princess Craft fan for life! Thank you, every single person at Princess Craft!Oh and theyre awesome when it comes to repairs. We dont even like to take it anywhere else!
Great little dealership, especially for those looking for smaller campers. Their selection of ultralight teardrop and popup models was what we went to see. Salespeople dont wait outside like vultures and stalk you around the lot. Toured the lot on our own before heading inside the building to speak to a sales rep, who was knowledgeable and friendly. When we decide to make our camper purchase we will be bringing our business back to this location.
Recently took delivery of an Aliner LXE model and I couldnt be happier. The ordering process was straightforward, pricing was fair and staff was helpful. Trailer was delivered about 8 weeks after order was placed. Pick up process was smooth and everyone from the sales associate to the service technician to the finance department was courteous, low-pressure and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy an RV to visit Princess Craft
Since were in he market for a small camper or travel traveler we thought we would check this place out...and bonus!... it is close to our house. The lot is full of options and getting to go inside each one is helpful in making a decision. When you look online at campers they seem so much bigger. Brent was our sales guy and hes very non threatening, easy going... Didnt feel pressure at all. The showroom has some cute setups to show how some campers would look with gear inside. Theres also some smaller camping themed items to buy ex: plates, bags, soap etc. They do have financing and a special on one free year of free camping through another company with each purchase. All in all a great place to check out.
My experience was very good. only one detail could have been better and that was they didnt ;let me hook up myself when leaving for the first time. I would have appreciated the experience rather then the service dept. having it all ready for me to drive out. the walk through was great.
Good people ready to help
The buying process was super easy and very well organized. I felt very well taken care of. Its a smaller dealership which translates to a more personalized experience. There was, unfortunately, a long wait to get started only to find my new camper was not really ready for me to take but the staff made sure all was right before I left. Overall the process went smoothly and I would definitely recommend buying here.
I don’t like to post on Facebook but I’m really upset and just want to give other people buying a Rv a heads up. I purchased a Lance camper in 2018 from Princess Craft Rv in Round Rock, Texas and Pj talked me into buying a Mastertech extended warranty. This warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s wrote on. I paid $1978.00 for this warranty and it won’t cover a $400 jack because the repair service has to make two trips out. I have contacted Princess Craft two times since I bought my Lance camper and I never have got any help after the sale from them and now I’m finding out the extended warranty they sold me is worthless as well. Lance cant get replacement parts for there campers because Dometic or Atwood dont make them anymore. Think twice before you buy a Lance camper and never buy one from Princess Craft because if your not from that area there is no service after the sale. Never, Never buy a Mastertech extended warranty from anyone because they will burn you !Rick
I’ve really appreciated the low pressure, full customer service approach. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been highly knowledgeable. They’re also kind and enjoyable to work with.
NOT little kid friendly. Our kids crawled into a low storage area and Steve said they cant have kids in them because they are trying to sell them. He was not concerned with their safety, but rather that they would break or damage something, making it harder for him to sell the hunting camper shell. Then he stood there and stared at us trying to strap in our toddler who was having HIS turn throwing a tantrum.Uninformed about typical towing capacities of vehicles & giving misinformation. Go see Cierra @ RV Outlet. She knows her stuff and is patient and awesome, esp. with children.
Lots of inventory to choose from
Bad experience thus far and all round. Owners should be ashamed. Week 3 of camper in service with no feedback, have to call and beg them to call back. Owner asks to reachout directly, not doing their job for them. Looking through reviews it seems systemic.
On the road for three-months with our new T@B 400 and it was time for the wheel bearings to be serviced. Called them from AZ and set an appointment for a Saturday. Asked if they install rear observation cameras and they said yes, two models in stock. Great, also had a few minor issues and they said no problem, theyll fix what they can.Showed up at 0900 and met with Kevin, the Service Manager. Unhooked our trailer and within 20-mins they were taking it back. Kevin and I discussed mounting the camera and the bathroom vent. Felt confident, they knew what they were doing. We wondering around the showroom and found a few things we didnt know we needed. Spent time outside looking at the various models/small trailers. Several salesmen around but no pressure or sales pitch. Service was completed early and the cost was as estimated. Shame were not from the area or Princess Craft RV would be our go to Service Center.
A great selection or RVs on a small footprint. We purchased a 2019 Lance model 1995 and picked it up on a Friday. The technician gave us a very good orientation and we purchased vent covers and bug screens.there seemed to be a shortage of employees that Friday as our salesman and the finance manager was not there. The paperwork was handled by a very efficient lady with no problems. Our appointment was at 0900 And it seemed to take a long time after the orientation, and I realize the items purchased takes time to install, but we didn’t go out with the trailer until 1:30. Wish I could have been shown the hookup as it would have saved a lot of time in reading instructions later. All weight distribution hitches are not the same. Overall a positive experience.
No one came to greet us. Salesman ditched us. Told us everything was sold out. Disappointed. People in the showroom were very nice.
Well, the sales guy sold me a camper that was too small for my truck. I told him what I had, and my budget and put me in a Lance camper made for a 1/2 ton. Have to engineer it to fit my 3/4 ton. The staff is friendly, and service answered all my questions and fixed my problem with my jacks without having to go in which is why I give 3 stars. If for only sales, it would be a star or so
We never wrote a review and we have our Truck Camper now for a year.We had the best experience when we was in process of BUYING the Truck Camper. They really offered great service at this time. And we had no clue at all about Truck Campers. So when we picked our Baby up NO ONE had a clue how the Truck Camper really works. It took them a long time to find out how the heater system works.Than when they loaded our Camper they was not sure how much air they should put in the Truck Camper. Which was hard to believe because that is their business. After a short time we had to bring the Camper in because the fridge stopped working. They found the problem and told me I lost something. And I swear that the part they was talking about never was their the first place. And because I left the camper their for couple of days they had to load it on my truck again.Once I called them up, even send messages via FB and told them that driving 2 of the tie downs became completely lose... no really help from their side.LUCKY i had my husband with me when I picked it up, because I would just drive away trusting does people KNOWING what they do. The camper was NOT secured on the camper (Tie down).Than I had to bring it in to get a outside cover for the stove vent. It was do in couple of hours. When I was home I saw it was not right installed and now I lost the inside part of it (and had bees inside because of it).es it was my fault because I did not called them to let them know. But its not my job to check their work.So now the fridge is not working again and I have to bring it in again. Why do I dont go somewhere else/ Because their is no other place around where i live.Would I buy their again? I dont think so. I feel my trust was misused. It is just sad to see how people, sells people, business owner can band over to provide the best they can until you buy. After all the talks, and laughter we had, even became FB friends I would expect (in any case) the same great service AFTER WORDS.I love my Truck Camper, the best we ever got.But i am anything else than happy with the service center and the work they provided for us.
From the time we walked in and was greeted by Lucas our sales person, to Ed who did the paperwork and then Jose who did our walk through, we were treated with respect, professionalism and weren’t pressured into anything we didn’t want. This was an excellent experience from start to finish:
Great experience across sales, service, and financing. Well worth the time and experience. Modified review due to the lack of customer service after the sale. Getting ahold of someone in service has proven to be an issue that has become frustrating, especially when the sales side touts premier service after the sale for Princess Craft.
We recently went here and purchased our travel trailer. Friendly staff. Great prices. Not pushy like other places we went. Totally recommend this place.
We took delivery of our new Lance trailer today. Everyone was great with the delivery, closing and a few needed items we didn’t have while we were renting trailers previously from Princess Craft. The people at Princess Craft are great to deal with and we’re very happy with our purchase.Jim and Debbie R.
I was very impressed with this company and the owner. The owner, PJ, was a wealth of information and gave us very objective information including the pros and cons of each RV. She built this business from the ground up and answered questions other RV dealers could not answer. Her prices are extremely competitive. She listened to what we wanted and asked very good questions before showing us RVs that met our criteria. This was a superior experience!
Very friendly, even when it took me over a year to make my decision. Sales staff was consistent and patient. Price changed little to none over the duration of our discussion. Price was better than others and they are very convenient to Austin Metro. I have nothing bad to say.
Staff at Princess Craft RV made our RPod buying experience enjoyable. Very knowledgeable and no hassle approach attracted us to the dealership. We are looking forward to lots of camping memories. Thanks Brent.
I just bought my third camper from this dealership. Had a very pleasant no hassle buying experience. PJ & Co. were awesome & would highly recommend them.
Not pleased with the service there. Often some part forgotten or left off. Never get it right the first time.Think that Marcela at the front desk is great.
We purchased a used Lance 2375 from Princess Craft Rv. We had a great experience. They were very cooperative with our timeframe of picking the unit up and worked with us since we were coming from a significant distance. We felt the technicians that went over the trailer with us were very knowledgeable and thorough. They also set up our equalizer distribution hitch that we purchased from them. They did a great job with the set up and it’s perfect. The whole experience it was a pleasure. We feel that we were treated fairly and never pressured. We recommend this company with confidence.
They will provide you a transparent quote via e-mail. However, if you are a details person they will get annoyed with you. Because it was a low profit deal that is how he ultimately treated our business. Then he took things way too personal when I pointed out the inconsistencies. The service department is EXTREMELY disorganized. If you want your appointment time to actually mean something tell them ahead of time for sure. Set your expectations very specifically.Do not go to finance until you have made sure everything is in order. The detailed walk around I was promised was a joke. Keys missing, did not know answers to questions, left me standing out in their shop just waiting and waiting. The owner PJ finally got involved and she took the time to listen to our concerns and make the wrongs right. She was very fair in the end and is the only reason we are giving them 4 stars for what was a 2 star experience until she helped.
Bought an RV from them. So far they are easy and a delight to deal with. The whole staff is just laid back and pretty cool. They are professionals, just not uptight like most folks in business. Nice work PJ and her staff.
We purchased our Wolfcreek 850 truck camper there a few years ago and really enjoyed the experience. They also have been good at helping repair the camper. Great service. Highly recommended.
Great staff. Extremely helpful and had no problems looking at our Trailer even though we did not buy from them. I will definitely take all my service needs to them. Thanks.
Exceptional customer service that continued through delivery, they spent as much time as we needed to answer all our questions and give information so we were comfortable buying from out of state and the up front pricing was more than fair, no sneaky add on fees. would not hesitate to deal with them again, wish they were closer if we needed dealer service
Everyone was very helpful with providing answers to ALL of our questions. This helped us make the decision to pull the trigger and buy our dream Lance. Soon we plan to begin RVing full time. Thank you Princess Craft employees for all your guidance and excellent service.
Our questions about a camper not generally kept in stock were answered professionally and thoroughly. Great service!
Friendly staff, great selection, and locally owned. Wouldnt go anyplace else in the region.
We had reached out to a number of Lance dealers and only had 2 respond. That in itself was sad and not a very good sign. I can say from the first response and many emails and phone call questions later we were very impressed with their customer service. We setup a time to come and look at a few options we had decided on based on our own research and Brent’s advice. We had checked around on pricing and found the prices we were quoted to be very fair. The transaction continued to be very simple. We decided on a model, put down a deposit and set a date for pick up. The pick up went very smooth and we drove away with our new Lance.
From sales to service, this is the place to buy your RV in Texas. Our Little Guy Max was prepped and ready. We were delighted to get a walk through with PJ. And Kevin was a trooper dealing with my difficult German van hitch. Steve and Ed made the buying process easy. The whole staff is super friendly and good at what they do. Lovin’ the Max!
We have now done business with Princess Craft twice. After a lot of careful consideration, I feel the need to update my original 5 star review from 2018.Our biggest complaints about Princess Craft are issues with the service department and communication, however, I would warn potential buyers about trading in your RV at this dealer. We purchased our second RV, a Lance, from this dealer last year in May 2020. We had gotten quotes from 2 other dealers near us on similar trailers and also quotes on the trade-in value for our original RV, a T@G. Princess Craft offered us the lowest for our trade-in and when we were on the phone discussing the details with the owner, she made a comment that the trade-in amount her salesman had offered us was “generous.” You may want to skip trading with this dealer if you want a decent amount for your trade-in. We ended up going with Princess Craft despite their low offer because they were the only dealer in the state with the specific Lance model we wanted at that time.We made an appointment for warranty work on our Lance with Princess Craft in October 2020. We dropped the trailer off towards the end of October. We followed up with them over the next few months—we always had to call them, they did not keep us updated— trying to get status updates but we were always told that they were waiting on parts from Lance. Finally, we asked to pick up the trailer after Christmas and advised we would bring it back to Princess Craft once they actually received the parts. At the end of February 2021 (4 months later), we reached out to Lance to find out if they could speed the parts up. Lance told us that Princess Craft hadn’t ordered the parts for our trailer until mid December 2020, which means that our trailer had been sitting on their lot for about 6 weeks before they bothered to order parts to fix it, while they told us that Lance was holding things up. In that time, we were paying for RV storage, the bank note and missing out on camping. We sent all of this in an email to the owner, PJ, thinking she would have something to say, but we got no response from her.Once Princess Craft received the parts, the last appointment was pretty quick, however they broke trim inside the trailer and used brown caulk to fix the grey wood trim they broke. Also, the repair they did was on the slide, which they had to remove. All around the outside of our slide is scratched, as if they set it face-down and slid it across concrete. They tried to use touch up paint on one scratch, but it wasn’t the right color. I’d also like to add that they returned our RV to us both times filthy. I wish I didn’t need to update my original review, but I can no longer recommend this dealer. They are very good at making videos and pod casts, and I’m sure that if you are a You Tuber, you will get stellar service. Just be aware that you might get treated like we did.
