2019 Toyota Tundra Crewmax.This is the 2nd. time that I have done business with this guys. I had them install my custom led headlights and taillights. They are very professional and friendly. When it comes to getting upgrades on your vehicle they are the best in town. The quality of work and price they cant be beat. I really recommend them for any kind of upgrades on your vehicle.

I called to discuss some options for my 4runner yesterday, on the phone they were helpful, but when bringing it in as advised today, it seems they closed up shop early for the day.I was there this past Friday at 3:30pm.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this shop.I am very meticulous and do most things myself but I didnt want to mess up my slingshot graphics kit. I contacted the shop, they setup my appointment, held my appointment, identified issues with the centering of the hood ornament and we made adjustments on the fly. The results, outstanding! Great work and expedient! This shop knows what theyre doing and do a great job. I had the Roush Performance Pack level 2 installed by them. That includes the cold air intake and performance exhaust. Sounds great and feels swifter :)

I just had a bed cover put on by these guys. The last couple I had purchased and installed myself thinking I would save some money. I was wrong. They were cheaper than Amazon, and there was no extra cost to install. They had the cover in the next day and installed in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic experience, I would never do it any other way again.

They installed my car audio system 6 years ago and did a fantastic job. After 6 years, I took it back to get checked up because there was a small issue with power to the subwoofer and they fixed it quickly and without charging me. Great service and I will continue to visit from Austin for their awesome customer service.

Receive great service with the purchase and installation of an AMP truck bed extender. The bed cover I got from the dealership prevented the extender from easily flipping; however, I was shown a workaround. They also fixed the dealer installed bed cover so it fit right. Again great service, I recommend.

Been there in the past and they did great work, so I thought I would go back. I went in and the guy behind the counter was super nice and helpful, but the price he gave me was an estimate. He said one of the owners would call me back and give me a final price on the work to be done. I have yet to hear back from anyone and its been 5 days. I guess they dont need my business.

I had a stereo installed last night and I wish I hadn’t chosen Infinity Conversions. Admittedly, I understand that I’m to blame for not thoroughly doing my research.I bought a stereo from Best Buy and had it installed in my husbands car a few months ago and was frustrated that I had to wait for six weeks for for an appointment for the free install from Best Buy. Since I’m a bit impatient, this time when I wanted to get my car stereo done, I bought mine from Amazon, I decided not to go with Best Buy who would have charged $99 for the install and additional $129 to install cameras since I didn’t purchase it from them this time around, but would have to wait a few weeks. I called Infinity and was so happy to hear that I would only have to wait five days. I didn’t get a quote when I called and I am entirely at fault for that. My stereo ended up costing me $395 for an install just for the stereo without the cameras which I will now have to take somewhere else to get installed and pay a separate charge (I had already bought the $389 worth of parts from Crutchfield seperately so all in all this was $784 just to install this stereo) which is well over what I was quoted by Best Buy and Elite Customs. And even still, I would have been less bothered by the price if they hadn’t also been relatively rude throughout the whole process. While Infinity did a great job with the install and I have absolutely no complaints about the work they did, I wouldn’t come here again and consider this whole experience a hard lesson learned.

IC put in a bed liner for my Ford F150 six years ago and its still going strong. Ive been so pleased with it that Im having them do another one for my sons truck this week. The dealership wanted to go with another brand but I refused.

Infinity Conversions took my Jeep from standard to awesome! They installed a hidden gun safe, lift, tires, lights, rear-view camera and more. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable and the service was top-notch! Highly recommend.

High quality products with some very innovative tradesmen -but- very disorganized and poor communication.I have used them on 2 vehicles doing a lot of custom work. The issue I had this last time was that I was never once contacted and some of the work was done wrong while some was never done. I walked in and payed half the cost up front asking to schedule 1 day to knock it all out if possible, and if not to get it all done in one take. They said no problem and they would contact me once the parts come in to schedule but months go by with no contact. I end up showing back up and am told the high end air compressor has shipping issues because of hurricanes which is fine.. Stuff happens right? About half a year later after me checking in every once in a while I am finally told the parts are in and we schedule a day to knock it all out. The first time I was ever contacted by them was for them to say the vehicle is good to be picked up. I get it back and the DC inverter is installed under the back seat instead of behind it (which was specified in the scope of work), The light system in the bed tool boxes was not installed (apparently they didnt have the product after half a year to get parts), there was no electric outlet installed in the bed (which was specified in the scope of work), and the air compressor had no manual pressure regulator. A week goes by and the compressor keeps loosing power.Now after talking about these issues I was told they would contact me to fix the problems once parts get in. Once again, months go by and I am never contacted so I show up at their doorstep to sort it. We set up a day to knock it all out and things go well enough. The second and last time I was contacted was them calling to say the trucks good for pick up. I show up and some of the stuff is fixed. A loose ground wire was causing the compressor issue, they installed the light system and put the plug in the truck bed. The DC Inverter didnt get moved and no manual regulator was added to the compressor. I only mentioned the compressor and they said they would throw in an inline regulator and would call me when the parts came in. Big surprise- I have never herd from them.Sounds like a rough job right? So why 4 stars instead of 2? Because they did some really cool stuff as well. I had a great time planning out the scope of work and digging through potential parts with the owner. I was asking for some very unusual things (Such as a strong enough power draw to run a skil saw off the back of my truck or having a 2 battery system isolated in a way that prevents me from draining my entire system and even the potential to run a framing nail gun off a 3 gallon compressor.) He never blinked and had great ideas to accomplish everything while coming up with ways to save on cost without me ever asking. I was also extremely happy with an innovative design they made for the retractable air line in the bed. Pretty much they set the weather guard wheel well bed toolbox that they had a corner fabricated in a way that allowed them to install the retractable hose under it with a pivot at its attachment point. That and everything else was great (and there was a ton of stuff done.) Literally the only quality issue was the loose ground wire on the compressor which I totally understand happening.Overall I am not mad about it. I love the work they did and I really like that they use all high quality parts in an age where tradesmen generally try to cut corners on the cheap stuff to save a quick buck. I did feel that they wasted a good bit of my time and that their lack of communication was unprofessional and the fact I just went and finished a thing or two myself after the fact should not have happened but I would still recommend them to people looking to get work done. They are masters of their craft creating a high quality product at an affordable price point; but if you do use them I recommend making checklists for them to follow and staying on top of talking to them as opposed to expecting them to follow through on contacting you.

If I could I would make sure this place doesnt even get one star! The customer service here is terrible, I scheduled an appointment a week ago and when I show up they have to push it back another week ! Never did I get a call or notice! Please find another place! (Update: I found a better shop here in round rock called Jappanese Motorsports. The owner is super nice and is an overall a great place)

Patrick and JJ has been so helpful on installing the wrap of our SUV, so far they are half way done with the work, we are looking forward to see the final piece of Jade to be ready for us.
