Fabulous experience! Friendly, prompt service when I called ahead and later popped in to pick up my order. My valentine loved his chocolate-covered strawberries — a delicious mix of traditional and red velvet-coated. I’ve ordered from here on a half-dozen occasions and will next time I want to treat someone.
Usually order arrangements without issue from other locations but this was closest to the delivery address. This gift was well received but the quality of the arrangement and size of the strawberries were disappointing to say the least. Leaves haphazardly stuck in the chocolate and tossed in a box.I understand that fruit is seasonal and all different but this just doesn’t look like a $50 gift plus delivery....
Called the Cedar Park location on one of the busiest days, Mother’s Day, and it was routed to this location. I just wanted to advise I would be late to pickup my order. It sounded very hectic, but they took down my number and called me back about two hours later to ensure I was taken care of. Julia was very nice, and made sure it all worked out. She also asked how my order turned out and wanted to make sure it not only looked nice, but it tasted good. I’m sure they were super exhausted from a crazy day, but she still wanted to ensure I was satisfied. My mom loved her tray, and we all definitely enjoyed it. I always pick this over flowers because it feels more sincere and it also helps we get to eat it... always the freshest fruit.

I ordered a fruit basket for Fathers Day and picked it up in person on the Friday before the holiday. I called Julia first thing in the morning to ask if the fruit basket could be picked up before 5pm as I had my car in the shop and a conference call scheduled for that same time. She had the fruit basket ready by lunchtime and also helped me navigate with directions as I got lost in the shopping plaza! What amazing customer service. I will definitely be back to this store for another holiday sweet treat. Thank you so much for making my boyfriends Fathers Day so special.
I ordered a delivery to my boyfriends job for our anniversary, not happy to say that we were highly disappointed. He came home with the arrangement and tbh it looked sloppy and a very last minute made (def not worth the $80) the fruit was definitely not ready to be eaten. Melons were so hard and flavorless, strawberries and berrys were so soggy. I even went to the location today to order some strawberries and was given the ugliest attitude and did not even bother to mention my order or order what I was planning on getting so I did not have to deal with the person.Thanks for stealing my hard earned money, avoid.
Called to place an order earlier this week for my mom for Mother’s Day, but I learned that they could only do pick-up, which was an issue since I’m way up and over in New Jersey and I want the gift to be a surprise for my mom. The kind worker I spoke to allowed me to explain my situation and she’ll be allowing the gift to be delivered directly to the specific destination I need. My sister and I are beyond grateful.Had to call again today, 2 days before the holiday, because I needed to edit the Mother’s Day note I originally came up with and another very nice lady was very patient and polite as I read through the new note over the phone. She read it back to me and made sure everything was correct multiple times. Very appreciative of the service at the Round Rock store!
I was picking up an edible bouquet that my wife ordered for a friend. It wasnt ready at the pickup time, but I only had to wait for 10 minutes. The arrangement looked good. I dont know how it tasted - I delivered it to the friend.
Website was easy to use. E.A. Kept me very up to speed with my order. The service and quality we perfect. Would definitely recommend the RR location and will be using again myself. Great Gift idea or personal use :)
I ordered the mix fruit box and just got strawberries, no pineapple. I asked the gal helping me if they were out of pineapple. She said “oh you want the pineapple?” I said “yes, that’s what I ordered.” She said “well it really doesn’t matter”, let out an annoyed sound & went and got what I ordered.“First time” using Edible Arrangements in Texas. Will try a different one if I ever use them again.

Was suppose to be a wonderful surprise for my sister on her birthday - paid for delivery from one store and for whatever reason it was transferred to the round rock location. We were told it would be delivered BEFORE 5pm but that never happened. When the door dash delivery driver finally arrived (closer to 6) there was melted chocolate and crumbs all over the bag.Spoke to someone alleging to be the manager the following day and before hanging up on me he suggested we just get over it.
Ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my wife’s work for Valentine’s Day. It irked me that there was no way to pick a window for delivery but I understand Valentine’s is a hectic time for this type of business. The delivery policy states they have until 5pm to make a delivery at business addresses.I told my wife to expect a delivery at work. She left with at 5:07 with no delivery.I tried multiple times to contact this local branch as well as the corporate number and both numbers state they are unable to be reached. Supposedly this location is still open as of this review yet they are unreachable.Considering this is very timing sensitive and I shelled out nearly $150 for strawberries it would have been nice to at least be given a heads up that my order was not deliverable. I can only assume this location is having issues today and is dodging calls.I’m lucky that my wife is very understanding but any married man will tell you that doesn’t override disappointment. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a delivery service to look elsewhere.
I would put 0 stars if available strictly on the customer service received. The women on the phone was very rude and easily irritated at me asking simple questions. Before she hung up I could hear her say “Oh my god”. I recommend trying a different location with better customer service skills if available to you.
This is the 1st and last time I order from the Round Rock Edible Arrangements. I ordered 2 orders for mothers day. 1 for my mom to be delivered at her house. & 1 order for my mother-in-law house.When I called to make orders I specifically saidI wanted for the drivers to call me when they were to arrive with my orders. Never received a phone call from the drivers. When delivered they delivered to the wrong house I called and requested to talk to the manager and she was rude !! I was amazed to hear what she had to say. When I asked her for corporate number she said I had to get on the website and look for it myself.I believe they will make anyone manager now a days. I highly DO NOT Recommend This Store To No One. NO One deserves so much disrespect. Not to mention the manager hung up on me.
This place is terrible!! There were 5 other customers in the store who had deliveries for Valentine’s Day that didn’t receive them. My daughter put instructions for the delivery to be made after 4pm cuz we work!! They delivered 2 times before 4pm-ridiculous! Then I call, leave a message same day-no response...called back, spoke with a female who said they would get it back out- never came. Next day before noon, called 3 times, no answer. It’s Valentine’s Day- I had plans! I have the ring doorbell- no delivery. Come in today, 5 other customers with same complaint- the Guy running register tells me they tried delivering yesterday at 6pm- sir I have the ring doorbell. No one came to my house. So, he states he’s gonna give me 50% off, at this point, a 2 day old fruit basket is not what I want, but he can’t refund my daughter’s money because it was my fault it was undeliverable. So then he tells me he will have it remade, a fresh basket in 10 minutes and he would give me 30% off. He bought the same basket he tried to deliver from 2 days ago out to me. Fruit not fresh. I wish I could could give zero stars. Unacceptable for someone who is spending $100 on some fruit for a special occasion.
My order was a little later than I thought it would be but when I called I got great customer service and was told itwas out to be delivered. It arrived shortly after and was amazing! Thanks yall!
Truly an excellent example of customer service, I ordered several items for my four year old grandson’s birthday was amazed at the Professional assistance the person (female) provided me with. I was calling from Wisconsin and we do not always get that type of service. Thank you; I do wish I had her name
Terrible service and quality. I ordered a fruit boutique to be delieverd. I called at 10AM to verify delivery was still on for my order. At 430PM I called to check on the status of the order. I was told they were really busy and the delivery address was far out. I was told they would call the driver and check. I called back for an ETA. I was told the driver had just left but the distance was far and would be there when they could. I asked why it was taking so long and why it was late in the day. I was again informed they were busy.The delivery arrived and the quality looked like it was made with week old fruit from Walmart. The fruit was warm and the chocolate was melted. If youre looking for a great fruit gift idea I suggest looking else where. The quality is terrible and there is zero accountability for poor customer service!
Seriously the best. I live 1,000 miles away and I use their store all the time to send gifts to my family back home. The last online order I did somehow got put at the Whitestone store (don’t know how that happened) and their phones were off since it was Sunday. I was panicking because I needed to make sure the order was going to be delivered for Father’s Day and the sweetest girl named Julia from this store helped me. She went out of her way to get ahold of someone from the Whitestone store for me to make sure the order was good to go. Seriously means so much and I am so grateful she put my mind at ease!! I will 100% be using this store for a long time!

I will never use this company again. My wife was supposed to receive her edible arrangement on Valentines day it never came no email call or text saying it wouldnt be delivered.Spent over 140 wow.They dont even answer the phone but they took the money out my account. Stay away from this company.

After placing my order over a week ago and expecting my delivery to be made on Valentines day it was not. I called the Store only to be greeted with an attitude after asking the status of my order. I was told its still at the store nothing more so I call and get no answer,Check email for status update..Nothing. I have Ring Camera on the door,My Cell phone works and 9PM for residential deliveries came and went. Highly irritated because I shelled out some nice Change to make my Lady smile. Hows a Arrangement edible if you never recieve it?!🤔🤔(Spoke to employee and was informed system was down for the most part of the day and I can understand why. Problem fixed and Im satisfied with the resolution.)

My mom ordered a specific arrangement online for Valentines Day and went to pick it up at the store. Once she got there, the lady at the front told her they had run out. Then the lady had the nerve to tell her that the arrangement we ordered was the same as what she ultimately brought home. I can tell you, they were not the same.. even when my mom ordered online, it did not state that they were out of the specific arrangement my mom wanted. Not ordering from here again.

Used to love them but last order has me upset.Not ideal if you are delivering to a school!! Cannot guarantee delivery times. For the prices they charge it would be nice to do. A lot of other options for cheaper price that guarantee delivery.Order submitted before 8am and they delivered when school was out. Say they prioritize school delivery I dont see how.

My husband ordered the I love swizzle berries deluxe bundle to be delivered at my job!! Remind you I work at the front desk!! They send him a email saying it has been delivered!! Nope 👎🏽!! So when I got off I went up there had to wait in line for a hour to pick up my Valentine gift that my husband payed delivery charge for to get delivered to my job!! And the cashier said that they tried to delivered it, but it was unsuccessful!! How I work at the front desk!!
Overall we were very pleased with the on time delivery and quality of the fruit and treats. One thing the was misleading was when I was placing the order online depending on the arrangement the vase color would switch leading you to believe you were getting a certain color. This wasnt the case, adding the option to pick the vase color would be great. Thank you.

My experience has been great at this location. I met Samm, she is friendly, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them. They have fresh arrangements for only $30-$45 for daily pick up. Not bad at all. If you prefer completely fresh it takes only 20-30mins to make one.
The young girl said they couldnt sell me any arrangement that same day because their system was down. I called another location in Austin and they said they COULD. I dont understand why she wouldnt make one for me it doesnt take that long.
I went yesterday to get a gift for a birthday girl and I paid to have it delivered.i told the lady we need delivery around 11 and is almost 12 and nothing .I called and they told me that they dont put time on it soooo disappointment it was supposed to be a surprise now is all ruined 😣😭

I called on the phone before I came in and they said there would be various assortments of pre-made edible arrangements to choose from. When I got to the store and in a hurry to meet my client there was only two pre made arrangements to choose from. That being said one worked out, even though it wasnt exactly what I wanted my client loved it and they threw in some free chocolate covered apples and let me sample them which made my heart happy and earned them 4 stars!
They attempted to deliver at home and when they didn’t find anybody they called the recepient and delivered at her place of work. It was an even better surprise!

The delivery service sucks. I asked for an am delivery and didnt receive it in the am, or a phone call to let me know it wouldnt be an am delivery. We pay extra $14 for delivery and couldnt get when you want it...really pissed. Costumer service really sucks now days.
