Great store to shop in. Converse stores always seem small because of the isles but everything was well kept and clean. I was able to find a good pair of new shoes for a good price. The employees were super nice and helpful

Both the gentleman that checked me out AND the gentleman with the glasses who I gave life changing advice of prescription sunglasses, WERE AMAZING! They were talkative & funny & I loved them. I had a exchange and purchased a few more items and all 3 of us had a flowing conversation that wasn’t just customer service small talk. VERY impressed with my first in-store experience!!!

Lots of great sales! Social distancing signs all over the store. Associates were nice & friendly. Great variety of converse along with merch to match your new shoes.

Got a pair of Converse for $25 today! Not too shabby 😁 Small store. A little crowded. Small aisles. Organized fairly well. Variety of options and sizes available between the regular aisles and the clearance aisles. Grabbed these off the clearance rack which was an extra 40% off today! 😀 Im a happy camper!

Great brand and prices

Worst customer service ever! We went to buy 5 or 6 pair of shoes and we ended up buying only 2 and we couldn’t wait to get out of the store because the employees there was not helpful at all, you need to beg them for help! They were very dry, you need to smile a little bit for the customers and make them feel welcomed! Our visit was on 09/17/2018 around 4 pm and Samantha was on the cash register ! Samantha you need to smile a little bit more!

The reps were standing around holding a grand conversation near the register for well over 15 min. Neither of the 4 came to assist or even ask if I nor my family needed any help. We had to find them! Moreover, when my family entered the facility we had to greet them first and none of them reciprocated the greeting. They proceeded to stop their conversation look at us as if we did something wrong by greeting them laughed out loud and continued their conversation. Good thing there were only a few customers in the store. Super poor customer service by all 4 reps! They all should be reprimanded! Just pitiful!!!

I got some Jordans here.

I ordered a pair of Chuck Taylor navy blue slip-on sneakers. When they arrived they did not have the navy pin stripe around the toes like the pictures show. I was really disappointed because it makes them look very plain and nothing like the original picture. I think that is false advertising. Also, the shoe is very difficult to get on, due to the opening for your foot being so small. Not like other slip-on sneakers I have worn. I will never shop at Converse again.
