Big name fashion stores like Michael Kors are not the typical stores we shop even in outlet malls, but this day my wife and I decided to take a look.The store was clean, the items available were laid out well, and the staff was friendly and helpful.While we didnt plan on getting anything, my wife found an exceptional deal on a 3 bag/purse set that we couldnt pass up.It may be a while before we visit this store again, but it was a good enough experience for us to consider visiting this store again.

Bought a backpack in March, 3 months later and barely used the stitches started coming apart. They offer a year warranty right? Good luck with that. I contacted customer service and they made me go thru an ordeal to tell me they can not provide any solution. Worst CS ever. Dont waste your money here

Im not much of an aficianado of designer labels or even outlet stores for that matter. That said, I go where my wife wants to go and look for a gift for her sisters recent graduation. Friday late morning was a good time to visit because few people were milling around the mall yet. But...we still had to wait outside the store about 10 minutes before they would allow us in because only 10 people are allowed in the store at one time to adhere to the social distancing guidelines. Once inside the sales staff was helpful in answering questions and making a purchase. Mission accomplished before the heat and crowds set in!

One of my moms favorite places so we had to stop in. Very friendly place and nice and clean. Customer service can be a little overboard but I was a manager for a long time so I know that is what corporate wants so they are just doing their jobs.

Horrible experience the second time. I’ll start off with the first time experience since that at least deserves one star. I was shopping for a birthday gift for my mom.. great associates and bought her a very nice purse & wallet. Now my husband bought me a purse and within the 3rd day the strap became loose.. so I even carried less things because I loved the purse & didn’t want to complain. But within a week, the strap was holding on for dear life.. we went back to the MK outlet store. Today around 7:40pm. The manger was very rude, and she was on the phone. She asked what the problem was I told her the strap is holding on to dear life and laughed. She looked very rude, and starred at my bag for 2 minutes. Said okay we can exchange it for the same one, you must have a lot of weight in it. First of all, I barely had any weight in it to begin with. The bag is a large size.. it should be sturdy enough to hold enough weight. Then she said we’ve sold over blah blah amount of this bag and never has someone come to complain. Well ma’am I’m the first one to complain. Then they didn’t have the same color or the design with the MK logo she told me to get one that didn’t look the same. First of you should of let me exchange it for a purse with an even amount and sturdy straps. Worst experience ever. Most likely will not return. Any shopping I do for MK will be at the Domain.

Everyone here was so incredibly sweet and the transition between greeters to sales associates was effortless. Always greeted with a smile and extremely friendly. I had a horrible experience with tech support on a smart watch. But the staff in store was AWESOME!

I love this store, its very tidy and the alwayd have an amazing collection. Even though its an outlet store the products are not very old fashion and you can get handbags at low as $100. They have an amazing collection of accessories from watches to sunglasdes and have some dresses and outfits in stock.The reason for not giving a 5 star is because of their checkout time. The staff take forever to checkout any item and so theres always a line at the checkout counter.

Great prices on MK merchandise. Lots of purses and a section of clothing, perfumes, and glasses. Not sure if they had shoes I didnt pay attention for them. Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable they helped me decide on a purse color I purchased as a gift for my bestfriends birthday. Thanks yall!

Yesterday was Such a bad experience in Michael Kors in Outletmall in round Rock.There was a rude lady her name is Legita.I don’t know she is the Manager of this store how come? I just got inside and ask for hand bag price n she said there is paper u can look there is price for everything I was like what ? I ask for managers she said I’m the manager, I was like how come you manager u not helping me at that time she said to me get out from the store im going to call Security. My mother and I walked in and the first girl was amazing, she explained the sales and walked away. The second girl comes over literally after watching the first girl explain everything and starts explaining the sales all over again. I made the mistake of telling her shoes looked nice (Micheal Kors of course) and the next thing I know she is pushing the shoes on me, I tell her Im not interested while my mother and I look for purses she askes the other sales girl to get the shoes and pressures me to try them on even after I showed disinterest​ in wanting the shoes. She then leads me over the dresses and tries to persuade me to get the shoes with the dress. Every step we took in the store she was right there breathing down our necks trying to make a sale on something.All my mom wanted was a damn purse! This woman would not let up about those shoes, she was extremely pushy and it made such a miserable​ experience​e for us, we hurried up and got a purse with a matching wallet and left. The sales teams was extremely aggressive when it came to making sales which makes the whole expereince a complete nightmare, I would rather shop online next time... never again.

Store manager was very rude and worst customer service I had . She told price for bag less and when I checked out it was more. I simply asked why I paid more and she was rude, she just said it was marked wrong or something but she wasnt clear on what happened. Afterwards, she said will do the price and said it will be final sale . Thats her fault and she made me look like mine . I would have rather returned the bagpack . I wont think I will like that bagpack ever because of the bad experience I had. She was judgmental.

The store was nice, good deals and good selection. I usually dont leave 1-2 star reviews, but in this case a small improvement could really do wonders.They would have gotten 4-5 stars (as well as a sale) had it not been for the hovering associate that stalked me throughout the store. I had a teeny purse with me, and was dressed for church, so I dont think I came off as a shoplifter that needed special attention. Maybe she was just super bored, but still. It was to the point that I just wanted out of there more than a new purse.First she asked if I needed any help, and I said I was fine but would let her know if I did.She literally did not leave my side for one second. Im talking actually coming over my shoulder and giving her 2 cents on what I was looking at.I even had to blatantly say after a while, and after a lot of un-necessry input (I love that color, this one is really popular,) that I really just needed a few minutes to think on my own but appreciated the assistance. At that point she did one, 15 second lap around the store, and came right back to me - how you doing?It was truly just aggravating by then, and not at all helpful.Ended up going to the domain and getting one instead.
