The Hutto Location has changed management recently and the store seems to be declining. We’ve lived in Hutto for three years and This Wag-a-Bag had the best customer service, coffee and creamers were always stocked and everything was always very clean. We always received a “Good Morning” or “Hey Guys” when we came in. Not sure what happened exactly but there was a Sudden change in management and some staff and the place just isn’t the same. We have pointed out certain items (mainly coffee) are consistently empty and unkept. And when we jokingly said “we may have to find a new coffee spot” ... the response was “Bye”. So disappointed as we appreciated the friendliness and upbeat attitudes on our daily morning coffee stop. Hope it gets better as Circle K will do, but it’s not the same.

The mgmt at store at S. Mays and Logan needs to hire customer service oriented employees. Some are ok but Im constantly hassled about what I buy, and just now I was reprimanded for the clerk throwing the wrong item in my bag when I went back to exchange the item. Wont be back.

Have all the necessary things needed.
