Got our booster shots here. Staff was very busy but good job taking care of customers. Kudos to the pharmacist that was doing the injections plus all her regular duties.
Do not shop here! I came here over the weekend to purchase a bottle of sunscreen. Was not provided with a receipt. Management was not able to print me a receipt. This business is commiting deceptous business practices and stealing from consumers.

Anna is by far one of the rudest employe i’ve ever encountered. She spoke so rudely to my son when I went to go buy a Teddy bear. She also told me to move while i was talking to her and was basically yelling at me! If we could we would go to a different walgreens but this is the closest one!
The pharmacy often sends refills to the wrong drs, has an attitude, and is difficult to deal with on the most simple of things. Save your time & frustration and pick another Walgreens location. Other local Walgreens locations are so friendly and always do their job accurately, quickly and with a smile.
My husband just went to get his flu shot in the pharmacy and the pharmacy technician refused him service. He showed his Humana insurance card and she said it wasnt the right card. That card has both the medical and pharmacy benefits on it. I used that same card to get my son his Flu shot last year at a different Walgreens. What a waste of time. She needs to be properly trained. You are going to lose customers to CVS and Walmart with that type of service.
I guess I should have read the reviews on the store before I went to get photos developed there. I have now gone in twice, both days past the expected turn around time frame of development, to pick up the pictures. Sadly that is not the case. Not only are my photos not on site, but they dont know when they are going to get them. The shift leader punched in something on their computer which told me nothing as to the turn around time frame as to when the photos would be in. She didnt even seem to care and couldnt answer a single question about where in the process they were. Do try and avoid this store.
My problem is that I know I should steer clear of this pathetic store but since it is 2 minutes from my house I go there from time to time and 80% of the time it is a poor experience. Staff turnover is super high but the staff is not the problem. It is the Walgreens business model of keeping you in the store for as long as they can with entering phone numbers, cashiers having to double check misleading advertising resulting in unreasonable wait times, and with the virus you would think they would increase efficiency to get the customers in and out in a short time but no, Walgreens doesn’t care they only want to increase their bottom line.
Hands down one of the rudest group of employees I have ever had to deal with. The Manager is so condescending and rude, it is unimaginable that there are not consistent complaints...oh wait...there are. Looking at all the reviews at this location, it is a common theme...extremely poor customer service and an award winning rude staff. Trust me...drive up the road to the next location....or even better, a CVS.
The store location is convenient BUT the store mgr is lacking a lot. The pharmacy staff are rather uncaring nowadays. They havent had stock of prescribed pain medication for over a week, they wont go get it from another store that has it nor will they transfer the prescription to another pharmacy with it in stock. When a person is coming out of surgery this can be rather important. They dont call the patient to inform them of the shortage either! Friday at 5pm is no time to let someone know they dont have stock of a necessary medication. The person then doesnt have time to contact their doctor to have it filled elsewhere before the flippin WEEKEND! This has happened to more than one family member within the past two months. I wont do business with pharmacies or stores that have such little regard for their customers. Walgreens has some personnel to remove and replace! This is terrible! This used to be my favorite store & so close to home. Now that is a thing of the past ... just keep it. Well go elsewhere now. Lousy service, disrespectful, judgemental & lacking any compassion. I miss the old crews both in the main store & in the pharmacy!
Worst experience with a pharmacy ever! Extreme incompetence. They wouldn’t let me change my insurance due to missing a little number that wasn’t on the card and wasn’t provided by my insurance they had closed for the day so there was no way to get it. I waited 45 minutes in store after waiting in line outside twice and was on the phone for 20 minutes beforehand trying to do it over the phone. The staff was very undertrained and it was taking 3 pharmacy people to deal with one customer. Honestly would never recommend this pharmacyIt was appalling. We were mandated to change pharmacies by insurance and had no other choice.

THIS STORE DOESNT DESERVE A 1 STAR! both managers need to learn their coupon policy. I asked, So you are telling me the other stores in the area, the ones I have been to in Dallas, etc are all wrong but you are right? He said yes! Keep in mind I have been to hundreds of Walgreens in OKC, Dallas, Houston, and new Mexico. We pulled up their policy and both managers refused to look at it. Will never go back!
Came in to look for toys as I am a collector and found nothing. As I was leaving the woman at the register spoke to me very rudely because of my backpack and acted as if I was there to steal, and just kept giving me ugly looks the whole time, never going there againUPDATE: said Id never come here again, but I was in a bind, didnt have my card on me so I tried to pay with Android pay, couldnt get it to work, employees were no help cause they didnt know how to use it apparently even though they have the setup and everything, they didnt even try to help though, very disappointed cause all I got was a shrug and a sheepish frown, other businesses at least train their employees on this, horrible service, very disappointed, telling everyone I know not to come here
Absolute joke, we waited 35 minutes and only had two cars in front of us. There is a new guy here working the front and the drive through in the pharmacy. Two other employees took lunch during peak hours including the actual pharmacist. This place isn’t consistent at all and it’s a total joke.
Its really hit or miss but mostly a miss. Staff can be friendly but most of the time they are not. Pharmacy is a whole different story. Very short and they do not smile. I typically go after 5pm so they are probably just overwhelmed from the hectic day but that is no excuse. Management here is not knowledgeable about their front line processes.
The lady in the photo section was very very rude. I needed to find information about the hours of the passport pictures. I waited politely for the lady in the photo section to be done helping the lady in front of me and she approached me with what do you need. A Hi mam how can I help you? wouldve been a better way to start the conversation, anyways I asked since it was 8:00 at night what was the hours of the passport pictures. She said anytime and began saying who was going to get the picture and I said well me and she said to show her my shirt and she started telling me what was wrong with my shirt and what I had on, she also rudely asked if I was getting a Mexican or United States passport and I gave her a look and she said dont look at me like that I need to know to make a difference in the picture I said United States she than said ok well you never know. I found that very uncomfortable I did not go to ask what was wrong with what I was wearing or what ethnicity did I look like to her. I was with a friend and he found that rude as well, I wont go there anymore there that lady needs to improve on her customer service.

I have never had any problems with any walgreens, and i have been using them for over 8 or 9 years. I used a different walgreens, as it was closer than the one i normally use since i moved. Thought it would be the same easy process picking up my prescription but no, a man named Rex said that my credit card wasnt working, it was. He knew his machines had been down, but failed to tell me this and just went on to say it was my credit card. I had to find all this out from my mother who called because they left me waiting for over 10 minutes without telling me they wouldnt be able to process it that night. My mother calls and Rex thinks he put her on hold and shoutted that theres a Pissy lady on the phone, when all she had called about was why her credit card wasnt working, and he had told her it was their machines. She said their customer service was her issue not their machines, Worse Service ever, do not go here.

It used to be the other way around, but I choose CVS over Walgreens now for several reasons. One of the biggest is that I find it hypocritical that Walgreens sells tobacco products.
