This Office Depot location has some of the best associates I have come across. They address my needs right when I went into the store and brought values to my attention in buying an office chair. It saved me a lot of time. Also, the store manager (Richie) met with me on evaluating Laptop options for my next computer investment. I will be buying my next laptop from Office Depot.

Office Depot completely and utterly failed to fulfill my purchase. I physically went into the store 3 weeks ago to view office chairs. I found one that I liked, and purchased it online (it wasnt in stock in the store).Now, 3 weeks after that purchase, not only has the delivery failed multiple times, apparently the shipper never received the address I gave to office Depot.I requested and received a refund, and also received a valuable lesson in who not to purchase office furniture from.

Went in to use printer but had problems getting the copier to print the shipping forms and not the email. Asked an associate for help and they came over and showed me what went wrong and got my forms printed. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They almost have no return policy now. Think thrice before you buy anything. They won’t take back or swap even if things don’t work. You are left on your own to call support for warranty which is a lot of work. Otherwise they are good as usual.

Print jobs are fast, accurate, easy to order!

Marsha and Roubina were staffing the Office Depot in Round Rock when I shopped today. Both ladies were knowledgeable and thorough. I was very pleased with the policy of honoring the on-line price for some items. I was treated very well and I especially want to compliment Marsha and Roubina for their lovely customer service.

A few weeks ago, an OD sales associate helped us select a perfect office chair foe my wife, who is now working from home. His knowledge, insight and review of multiple chairs helped us select an office chair that she has called the best chair, giving support and relief to chronic back painAdditionally, Tim M helped select a printer for our home office on or about 6/11/20. He knew the printers that OD sell. He compared features and educated us. The printers were very similar in feature, quality and price. However one manufacturer was a better buy because of the cost if printer ink. Tim does not work in commission. In our opinion, Tim was both knowledgeable and trustworthy. This week we will go back and purchase the Tims recommended printer.

John and Olive in the print shop were wonderful help.

All the staff are very kind and it couldnt be better.

I purchased an office chair which felt comfy when I test drove it in the store but after a few days in it at home I realized it wasnt the chair for me. Morgan, the Manager, was very helpful in allowing me to exchange the chair for one more suitable. Friendly staff all around and they take care of their customers.

I wanted to let everyone know just how great Gabrielle Martinez that works in the Print Center is.The store could be really busy but no matter what she rushes to get my orders done and she’s always so polite that I had to take time from my busy schedule to say thanks!I’m big on customer service and I’ll keep coming back because of Ms. Martinez!

I wasnt having a good day when I came to this store. I had called Jerrys and I wasnt given a clear answer when I asked if they had a specific product in stock. I went online and saw this location had the eraser refills I needed.I go in and look at the section where it should be and it isnt there. Theres a packet of the click erasers, but not the refills for them that I saw online so I go to leave. On my way out Marsha asked me if I found what I was looking for and I didnt feel like lying so I said no. We got back to the aisle and come to the same conclusion.Well would you take these (the click erasers) for $2 less? she asks. Im in disbelief. She cant be serious. Yeah, why not? We walk to the register and applies the discount. The chip in the card doesnt read immediately, shes understanding about it. Even though it was small talk, I appreciate it.Thank you Marsha! If Im in the round rock area and need supplies, Ill be back :)

I went in to print 2 sheets of paper. It took almost 20 minutes to do this simple task with no one ahead of me. They guy who helped me had no idea had to print off an attachment, and when I told them I was in a rush they kept taking their sweet time. I would never go here again.

Employees are so helpful. When I start looking around the store an employee always ask if they can help me fine something. I bought two reams of printer paper last time I was there and the cashier carried them to my car for me. They are all just really nice.

I ordered 10 copies of a flyer online & went to pick them up. Whoever put my order together stapled the copies to the paper bag you so now they have staple holes in them. Not a huge deal but just carelessness on their part. I had to wait in front of the copy center for 5 minutes while employees stood around chatting, I got ones attention who then radioed for someone to help. & if you order online you have to show your drivers license, just a heads up on that.

I went in for the self service printing. I had emailed my document in and received the code to print it out. In the self service area, there were two copy machines: one with a giant sign that said black and white printing, and the other with a giant sign that said color printing. I needed color, so naturally I waited in line for that one. The man in front of me was using it to copy like five Chapters of a textbook, so he was taking a while. I waited for 30 minutes. During this whole time, the black and white one was available, but I needed color, so I had to keep waiting. The store associate in the area clearly saw me waiting several times and made no effort to ask if I needed something or if she could help. Finally, the paper jammed in the color copier and the man called over help. After he saw my hopes for finally getting to use the machine die, the man, NOT the store associate, pointed out that I could use the black and white one thats been available. I replied that I need color, and finally, the store associate bluntly points out that the machine with the giant black and white printing sign also prints color. So I ended up wasting a half hour just to print the two pages of the colored document I needed. When all of that could have been avoided by proper signage and more proactive associates.

Went because I needed 100 business cards a roll of custom stickers and a custom stamp, any question I asked I got a 1 word response that didnt even address the question.Trying to just move on and get what I needed, I sent the design I needed to the email posted on the counter and was then told that it would not be printed and that I must do it online instead. Ive came here before and have always sent it to the email posted. I left empty handed out of frustration. Will not come back.

This place is just in need of some good management. Can never really find what you need but they offer to order everything. If I want to order something I’d go to amazon and get a better deal.

I came in to make a few prints DIY.My prints were not coming out very nice. I worked with Mauro in the printing center. He assisted me with improving the quality of my prints. Thank you for your help. He provided me with solutions within minutes.Will shop again and highly recommended to all.

Clean, easy to find what I was looking for. Great service. Its nice to have a cashier ask how Im doing and genuinely care about my response!

Olive in the Print/Copy department is a super star! She went above and beyond for me on two separate occasions. Its employees like her that keep me coming back to Office Depot in Round Rock. Thank you, Olive!

People are very friendly and they have good deals and variety Went to print a couple of pages in a special paper. They did it very fast and at a great price.

I have never actually taken the time to write a negative review until now. I walked in there to get a dry erase board that I needed to get for work ASAP, and they told me at the front that she would check to see if it was in stock. She told me it was not in stock so I told her that I would just take a different one with the same dimensions and she said none of them were in stock. I suspected that she was just being lazy so I went to the back of the store and asked a different employee, he looked up my item and said they have 4 in stock! The lady at the front literally lied to my face to avoid more work. Will never return again.

If I could give a negative I would, not based on the store; but the manager. I live 800 miles away I needed to exchange an item without a receipt. The manager was called over, without looking at me or acknowledging me pushed my item away never looked me in the eye and said I cant help you. You have an out of state ID and no receipt. I am not angry about not being able to take my product back, but at the HORRIBLE customer service I received!!! I planned on buying a computer while I was in there and based on her lack of people skills your store LOST well over $600 from me.

Jacoby spent hours helping me sort out mysterious formating issues with my resume and made sure the colors were just right! I dont live in Round Rock, but I will definitely be glad to make the drive in the future when the quality of a print document is imperative. The team as a whole gave great customer service! I want to purchase 2019 calendar. But my mind tells me not to purchase anything at this store. Because of price is so seriously ridiculous! I dont want to waste $20-$45 a calendar. $20 can be use for ⛽! Im sorry to say it and I feel that I dont need to go shopping this store. Unless clearance price drops and will consider to come back.

I just went in to this store to return a stapler that I had purchased less than 30 days ago. I walked up to the counter and handed the young lady my receipt and explained that the staper I bought did not work. I also mentioned then when I opened it to use it looked as though it had been opened before. She told me to get another and bring it back. I did and at this point another lady was there and said that this stapler had been returned before and she could not take it back. Huh? I explained that I had my receipt and she again said she would not take it back. I told her I needed to speak with the next higher person in line and up walks the manager. I told him that I was an honest individual and would not be returning the stapler unless it was not working properly. He then began a rant that I was accusing him of calling me a dishonest customer...at this point I said I wasnt accusing anyone of anything, I was just trying to return a non working stapler. He continues speaking to me as if I was an idiot and the begins going over this stores return policy...I HAD MY RECEIPT and it was within THE 30 DAY RETURN WINDOW.Long story short, he took the stapler back, gave me the new one and escorted me out telling me this store is hit by thieves 5x weekly and hes just being extra cautious. Im not angry with him but I think he needs to sit back and revisit what just happened and brainstorm ways he might have handled that better. Ive been a Office Depot customer for about 20 years but I dont see myself going back to this particular location.That said Ill warn future customers that you might rethink shopping here and if you have to return something.... having your receipt and being within their policy of 30 days might not be enough.

Very poor service; and bad parking. Four people in the back talking, one lady at the computer doing something then about 5 minutes she says she can help me. I asked for copies on cardstock; they said they were backed up and I would have to wait 2 days. I could have left it; but in the past I could have walked up to the service desk and been taken care of that day. It was not a big job! So then the Manager on duty (one of the people who was in the back talking) tells me the same thing. The customer service was slow before, but now with a wall to hide behind is made them snobbish and poor customer service.

Item was a good deal. If you order through the web be prepared to give a copy of your drivers license.

This print shop is the most unorganized mess I’ve ever seen. I brought them a very simple project to be laminated and was promised 2 days max to complete. On day 5 I called and the items couldn’t be found. Got a call shortly that they found my partially completed work and it would be done shortly. 1 day later I show up to pick up the items and they can’t be found again. What a waist of time.

I used self-service copy and ran into some problems. Their U/I on the self-service copy machines is not very intuitive. Customer service was pretty abysmal and the guy at the copy center pretty much made me feel like an idiot for asking for help. I definitely am not going back there.

Getting school supplies here the other day was such a nightmare I had to go from one office depot to another to find what I needed one office depot head boxes of The notebooks we needed and the other had none in stock. you think they’d be able to send some over to the other store to keep an equal amount of school supplies at each location. It’s very annoying to have to go chase down all these supplies. And the lines oh my, why couldn’t they just open up more registers.

Went in to buy a chair last Saturday and the cashier was not only unhelpful in getting me where I needed to talk to, but when I was checking out he made some immature and offensive jokes while I was checking out with him. The guy in the back was great, but the cashier that day for being the face of the business was rude and unprofessional

Store is being remodeled but still working well. Came in for a print job and it was done perfectly.

Black/white self serve copy machine was broke. Store seemed a bit short staffed. May even be cheaper to upload & receive copies.

Dont forget your flash drive! If you bring in one to have things printed from it, they may forget to give it back to you! This is why they have a HUGE bucket FULL of them. Its not the customers responsibility to ask for their personal property back. It is THEIRS. So make sure you ask for your drive back because they may forget.

Jerry and Rhinard, the mangers, were extremely rude and unwilling to help us with a return. We had our receipt. We were within the return timeframes. We were asked why we ordered so much if we didnt want them. Come on, Jerry, we made a mistake. Customers do that on occasion. Then Rhinard was no help as well. He was short and rude. Dont go here. I asked for their managers name and number but they said its against policy to share that info. Basically you cant keep them accountable. Im writing corporate shortly. Avoid this location.

Copy Service not good. Inexperienced employee. Waste of time

If you go print something make sure they give you flash drive back. It is their job to make sure you get your flash drive back. You dont get to look for it in their box of forgotten flash drives so they will just say its not there. Went to the store to look for it and the cashier even forgot what I came there for, waited 35 minutes had to ask for it again then she remembered.

This store sucks. They only sell good narcotics!!????

Waited 45 minutes for a fax and walked out. Two employees working. Cashier standing there staring at the people. I filled out the paperwork and left after the entire line was gone and the attendant went on to help new people who just came in. At that point I knew I could stand there all day and wait to fax a document.
