Justin did my garage door opener install. The install was contracted through Home Depot. I could not be more pleased with the professional and courteous service I received.He was both knowledgeable and friendly about the process. He even programmed my other remotes to work with the new garage door opener install. I asked a few questions regarding the longevity and condition of my existing doors, and he was happy to answer them and did not try to sell me anything (unlike some previous garage door technicians).I think should I have future garage door needs, I would gladly go with Aaction Overhead. Recommended.

I needed an unusual part to complete the repair of my son’s garage door, but I couldn’t wait to get it off the internet because I had return home before it could arrive. Looking for a local parts source, I contacted Aaction to see if they carried the part. I sent pictures of the part and what I thought was the part # to Ashley of their staff and she checked into it. She got back to me that they didn’t carry the part, but she volunteered that she would see the next morning if one of their technicians could pull the part from an old unit. The next morning I got an email from her, saying that the tech was able to salvage the part and that I could pick it up, “no charge.” It would have been reasonable for Ashley to report simply that they didn’t stock the part, but both she and the technician took a couple of extra steps to help me out, without expecting any compensation. That is truly excellent service from very nice people, and I want to commend that. (I did give them a box of doughnuts, but their niceness was probably worth more.)

I bought my garage door opener from Home Depot and Aaction Overhead Door installed it (Home Depot arranged the install). Everything worked out perfectly, they were right on time and called me 20 minutes before getting here. Justin was the installer and he was very knowledgeable about all the installation procedures and explained everything to me very well. The installation was pretty quick and Justin made sure my garage door was running well in its track and lubricated places that needed it. Justin was a not only a nice guy but did an excellent job. I’m a little late with my review but AAction got me scheduled immediately, gave me an accurate quote, and Zack showed up right at the beginning of the service appointment window. He worked quickly and efficiently to replace the gasket on my door and even did a quick sensor realignment for me. Friendly, professional, and responsive. Trustworthy and a good value.

The technician was very courteous and asked me to inspect the work when finished, I really appreciated that. No I was not looking for a service call I was hoping to get some technical support over the phone regarding adjustments. However I have called them twice and because I guess I told him that I don’t have the money for a service call right now they decided not to call me back. This is the third garage door opener weve had installed by Aaction over 20 years, one being replaced due to lightening strike. Each and every time they have been professional, prompt, and neat. Ashley, in the office, was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons to the different openers and together we selected the right one. Brians install was neat and quick, calling me before he got there to check if coming early would work. He reviewed all the features of our new opener, taking the old opener with him. I even called them to thank them for being such a great company to deal with. I highly recommend them and will be using them next time.

Zach showed up on time and did an a great job fixing my garage door. i attempted to do it my self but couldnt get it quite right. i though it was only the spring that needed tighten, and Zach confirmed it. he didnt try to up sale me anything and only repaired what was needed. hopefully i will never need to have my garage door repaired again, but if i do; i will call Aaction Overhead Doors, and if i hear of anyone that needs help with theirs, they will be the first i recommend. These guys installed my door opener (purchased through Home Depot) but I wish I would have just called them directly. They came out on the appointed day and time, were kind and courteous and answered all of my questions. But really - its their customer service that is truly outstanding - and one person in particular - Ashley - who has been an absolute breath of fresh air. As a new homeowner with no knowledge of garage doors or openers in general, shes helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone, shared important information about the care and maintenance of my garage door and has even gone to bat for me with Home Depot when Home Depots customer service failed miserably to meet even the lowest of expectations. The seal on our garage door was damaged and needed to be replaced. I called Aaction Overhead because they were close to our home. I spoke with Ashley and made arrangements to visit the shop.She asked who the mfg of the door was. I didnt know and though I tried to explain it she finally suggested that I take some photos and send them to her.She suspected that the standard L Bracket they use on many doors would work but wanted to be sure. I sent the photos to her over the weekend and she called back on Monday after sharing them with her Lead and he confirmed what she had told me.I picked up the parts and installed them on Saturday - right before the rain.My wife stopped by and they discussed us getting a new door at some point in the future but we were going to hold off on that........ for now.Ashley knows her business. She didnt try to up-sell and when she didnt have the answer at hand, she asked. Im old school and expect that from a vendor and far too often they fail to go the extra step.Ashley went the extra steps it took and sold us what we needed. Fixed my garage door problem in record time. Was stuck halfway open and off the tracks, so they considered it a “security” issue, and sent a really nice, and knowledgeable man out to save the day. I was in the market for a new garage door and opener. I contacted several companies. All of them came out quickly and made their proposals. BUT AAction Overhead Door Co. went beyond that. They really educated me about the parts of a door, and the opener and in the end, I felt as though I was a far more informed consumer and better able to make a good decision. They even went out to the warehouse and opened up several garage doors so that I could see the wood colors that I was considering. Their price was very competitive, very good in fact. I had no idea what to expect when AAction contacted me to install a garage door opener at my home. Boy! Was I surprised!! On the day of the install I had an important doctors appointment and was concerned that the appointment and the install time would conflict. So I called and spoke to Ashley, told her my concern, and she said shed take care of it for me. 90 seconds later Bill called and said hed be at my home in 30 minutes (he made it in 20) and hed make sure Id get to my doctors on time. And he did! Great service and customer care from Ashley and Bill. Because of these two people I would got to AAction again in a heartbeat. I dont know if this is appropriate or not - dont care - but I think Ashley and Bill should both get raises. Its because of them Id return to AAction and also let everyone I know with a garage door problem that these are the people you call. Thanks, AAction for a great job.
