Im a big fan of this Randalls. Their bakery and butcher are top notch and markedly better than other local grocers. The only criticism Id give is that the produce section isnt as varied or reasonably priced as HEB. Overall prices seem to be a bit higher, but they have great discounts through their rewards membership and sale paper that we always take advantage of. We also use the pharmacy and the pharmacists and employees are always really friendly and prompt. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend their Bakery and products. Items properly arrange in isles and easy to find. Bakery products and freshly baked and all are very good quality. More than that their friendly customer service. Highly recommended place to go for grocery and bakery products.

Update Nov.6Stopped in to get some cold meat. The lady behind the counter completed my request promptly.She treated me like I was not even there and hardly acknowledged me.Not sure what the issue was.

Room to roll your cart, good coupons and very courteous employees who know how to bag your groceries right!

After 15+ min waiting in floral I left. Asked 2 different associates to help. Went to customer service and had to find someone who was working that counter. After 4 overhead pages I left. An associate on the way out said ohh she must be in a meeting. Thats understandable, but leave a note then. Waste of time going to Heb

Always a pleasant trip for a grocery store. Always a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. This store has a smaller meat/fish department compared to other Randall’s and they have a Starbucks inside.

As always, great selection and excellent customer service. The produce looked great and there was a sale on some of their meats. Great grocery shopping experience.

Don’t ever get pick up orders they over charged me and wouldn’t help me or give my money back! It’s a total scam and will just getting pick up orders from H‑E‑B since they are honest in their business transactions!!!

I dont normally go to Randalls, but today Id been through 3 stores looking for malt vinegar with 0 luck. I was a little anxious about calling ahead to ask about their stock, but the lady in customer service and the young man who helped check for me were incredibly kind and helpful!

I enjoy shopping at Randalls. Whenever I stop by the deli the lady with long fake eyelashes is never friendly.

I love the brownies here but on the 5th of sept 2020 i found a fingernail in my 7 yrs olds brownies. And all i have gotten is there is no way this could have happen we dont package the brownies and then the corporate says they do package the brownies. Its a big mess and no one wants to take responsibility. Also let me not forget that the very next day after me. Showing them the brownie they keep the other brownies on the shelf.

Jessica at the bakery is a magician and does all our cakes for 1 year smash sessions. We give her an outline of what we want and she creates masterpieces that match perfect and are very tasty. We even had our anniversary cake made by her and it was delicious!

Clean store with fast check out. Good prices and good deals.

I must say, I am a regular. Randalls is close to my house, not a HUGE store and does have limited selection compared to other stores BUT they are always so kind and helpful and I really can save big if I pay attention to sales and my rewards card!They seem a little short staffed but I am always pleased with and happy to see Cedric and Olivia .They are always doing their best when I see them and it shows.

Randallshas become an unfriendly market place for the seniors.they make it very impossible for seniors to use their Apps to shop for items on sale.when you ask for help, their customer service personnel mostly cannot help because they do not know how to apply the Apps either, so you have to walk around asking other customers to help you. I have complained for over 4 years for them to improve on this area so that the seniors can benefit from the sale items.Randalls is the most expensive grocery store around so most people shop there when they have sales. The store is clean but we need to save money too. The customer personnels need to be trained how to use the store Apps so that they can help the challenged people and the seniors that want to buy groceries that are on sales in their store.most of the time I have to leave the store for lack of finding someone to help me to use the Randalls app.

It was clean and had some good sales on meat and poultry. There were a few items I couldnt find and when I asked someone they werent sure but pointed me to someone who did and they showed me the way. Unfortunately I didnt get either gentlemans names but they were helpful regardless.

A welcoming, low stress environment that has the necessities for everyday life.Its very convenient.

Randalls never lets me or my family down, their Randalls brand is always pretty on point with the brand its trying to copy but so much cheaper. Gotta love the gas points and games as well. We still have our stainless steel pot from there pan giveaway. Overall I will ALWAYS recommend Randalls over HEB!

Clean store well lit and stocked prices are as high as usual. Dont get me wrong. This is my neighborhood store. I just the prices were lower.

Due to Covid, you would think these stores would handle food more carefully now. When my sister went to pick up her cake order the lady at the bakery, Tonya, gave her attitude. She was taking the garbage out and went straight to the cakes and handed my sister her order. No washing hands or anything. The cake itself was gross inside and tasted more like candy than cake because it was too sweet and our tummies were upset after eating it. I felt bad for my 5 year son because his bday cake was ruined.I ordered a cake from this same lady and she gave me attitude twice on the phone. I was only asking her to repeat her name and she got upset. I mean if you dont like your job and cant handle customers and also cant keep a clean environment so no one gets sick then dont work at such places where food is sold.I spoke to the manager of the store, Mike. He apologized and said he would speak to the bakery manager, Kim, and have her call me. So far I havent received any calls. I will take this to corporate because getting sick from someones mishandling food is not a joke especially during the time of pandemic.Update: No one has contacted me as of yet (April 20th) but I called the bakery again and am expecting a call back from the Manager.

Randalls is always nice and clean. Not lot of shoppers. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

Love Randalls. One of my favorite store. I am not sure if they have walmart like app to just search and find where stuff is located, but even if they dont, all the staff is really polite and helpful anyways.

Its a good store and the people are friendly. Their prices are higher than most places but they do have some good deals on meats and often Ill stop in simply to see what the bakery is trying to get rid of.

Best meat for a grocery store. Usually pick up a lot of managers special markdowns.

The last couple of times I have been in here it was not good. Flies in the meat market. Staff is non existent. Tried one more time today and it will be the last. Wanted to get some of the P3.. they looked questionable... They expired today. Its not posting my pics but I took one of the fly in the meat market and the brown spotted meat.

Randalls always clean always perfectly stocked and I always check those 50% off items. I love shopping here it is always such a pleasant experience. I love the vast array of everyday items infused with new and unique items. But today I did something entirely different I bought breasted chicken from the hot deli area with season green beans and a small container of fried okra. Oh my gosh the fried okra was so delight fully seasoned.

I think Randalls has had a reputation for slow service. I know Ive had that perception for years. Well I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped here for multiple items and shopping was a breeze. Staff are always friendly (though not many roam the store floor) and Ill only go here if I need something specific or theres a good sale. Otherwise, theres no way to justify the higher prices. Btw...why doesnt this location have curbside????

The website didnt apply coupons to the online order.. the shopper couldnt understand how a scale worked (3 lbs of $16/lb is a big step up from 2 lbs), and there was ZERO support when I asked for the coupons to be applied. At least at HEB people are helpful.

Great store, reminds me of the grocery stores I loved in Colorado! Prices can be high but the deals are great as well

Unless it’s on sale it’s overpriced. Deli is usually good but lately they’ve been “running out” of ingredients and subbing them out with other stuff and not telling you.I didn’t buy a pot pie for it to have sliced deli meat inside. It tasted NOTHING like the normal recipe. It was super salty and I couldn’t even finish it. Disgusting and tasted like nothing but preservatives.

Its got hot food and Cold drinks, good place.

My husband works in the meat market.He eats and sleeps Randalls (dreams and talks in his sleep about working there).He loves his job.Customers ask for him by name and adore his friendly helpful manner.He receives high recommendations from customers and special commendation from company often.Great store.Always clean.Great array of products.A mainstay for our grocery shopping and pharmacy.

This is a nice clean store without the crowds of the other stores close by. I only stop for a quick in and out or for some of their meat sales. I would stop here more however when I have shopped my bill is higher than the larger nearby stores even with the reward card.

Only gave 2 extra stars for the pharmacy. Can I rate the pharmacy separately? If I could 5 stars. The store itself and the staff are mediocre. Also good luck ever using a coupon seems like every time I try to use one there is a stipulation. Heb is way better. Even their meat selection (which is supposed to be SELECT) is dull and limited. The randalls in cedar park is so much better so if you want to go to randalls dont do it at this location it is a weak link in the chain and misrepresents the entire randalls/tom thumb experience. Im a disappointed randalls lover. No wonder there is less of a crowd they dont stand by their customers, heb does and they are packed. Also only 2 registers open ever but there are like 15 registers. I love being the 40th customer in line.

1st time visiting this location - the store itself was very nice. Cant say the same for the Cashier - no greeting, basically tossing my purchases down the belt, no offer to help bag my groceries, no thank you or closing & started checking out next customer while I was still bagging my own groceries. MAJOR fail at checkout!!

I got my flu shot there. It was quick and easy. It didnt hurt at all.

Kicked out for not having a mask. Can loot a Target, but cant show your face in a Randalls. No problems at Target or Walmart. I will continue spend my money where Freedom Reigns.

Had a great trip to Randalls today. Employees were super friendly and store was clean and cool. Was assisted by beverage worker and had a few laughs. Emma and Mathilda were awesome helping us with checking out and were super friendly! I will visit more often simply because the great customer service! It made for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Clean Store with Friendly Services. Maybe not the cheapest groceries in town, but good products are organized well, neat and clean store appearance is attractive. Moreover, I always get great customer service experience here. I really like this store.

This used to be my wife and Is favorite place to shop. We ordered a wedding bouquet from the florist department and was promised an exact bouquet as depicted in a picture the florist herself provided to us. When we went to pick up my soon to be wifes bouquet, for our wedding the next day, it resembled flowers for a funeral. The bouquet was brown and white instead of the burgundy, blush and green that was promised. Thanks for the poor customer service Randalls. You all took my wifes smile away for our day.

Always run some kind of good specials. More times than not I have to get a raincheck if theyll give you want. Normally something does not ring up properly and I have to stand at the service desk at least 80% of the time. However everyone is always really nice, they have the best customer serbice of any grocery store and I do like their specials! You can always get some kind of good deal. ALSO, they are the ONLY ones I know that double AND triple COUPONS !!!!

The best store I have ever shopped at. Convenient parking. Usually short lines at the registers and the employees are friendly and seem to really enjoy working there. Recommended!
